461  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: September 22, 2015, 03:06:02 PM
those people who said bitcoin is dead are the same peoples who hate bitcoin and its success, they missed the bitcoin era and now spreading fud like this, but they know that its not correct bitcoin is not dead but it gonaa shine more and more in future

Even now, we are early adopters of bitcoin.
yeah we are early adopters of bitcoin. because bitcoin is only starting from now, and maybe in the future our grandchild will also adopt bitcoin and now we can call them as a future of bitcoin.
462  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 22, 2015, 03:03:23 PM
For a bitcoin noob like me,the best way to earn bitcoin is faucet and signature campaign in this forum

> only earning a dollar a day from that though alone from faucets ><
its better than have a dollar a day than you are only hang with your friends or in your house without doing anything, and while you are using faucets you can make a post in this forum and keep posting until your rank is full member and now you can earn from signature campaign.
463  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: September 22, 2015, 03:00:19 PM
save money by only buy what you need and not always what you want

Do not buy unnecessary items then you can save lot of money and also no need to buy all latest gadgets instead just buy what it may need for you but many people just buy the latest items in the market but they never use them much so it is completely waste of money. If you want to save money then you must plan what and all you can avoid in buying.

That's a really good advice. For instance when I look at my friends, many of them buy a new smartphone every 12-18 months.I have mine for 3 years now and it still works fine. The same goes with shoes or other stuff. I don't buy 5 pairs each year just because they are hip and trendy.

That is the new trend to show off in public particularly young guys are so much interested in these new phone and they are ready to buy them even with high percentage of interest. That's why all these big telephone companies becoming very rich also these guys release new models every few months with some additional features and sell at high prices. Just avoid these thing then you will save lot of money in a year.
yeah thats right and the great way so that you can save your money is wait for a time when they release again a new model it will cover now the last model and the price of it will now decrease so you can buy the phone with low price.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Use In Philippines on: September 22, 2015, 02:57:38 PM
Bitcoin is ripe for mass adoption in the Philippines, but only after some major hurdles can be addressed. Some of these are:

  • Most Filipinos earn about PHP300 or less for a full day's work.
  • Smart phones (Android & iPhone) ownership is not that prevalent with Filipinos, however it is slowly growing as their purchase price drops. Now you can get a second-hand one for about 3 to 5 days salary.
  • Internet access costs PHP5 (about 10 minutes labour) per 15 minutes.
  • Free WiFi is not readily available except in very limited locations in major cities.
  • Most Filipinos are un-banked (cash is king) and do not trust/respect banks.
  • Very few Filipinos have access to or have a credit/debit card, although those with a bank account do normally have an ATM card linked to their account(s).
  • There are very few businesses in the Philippines that accept bitcoin as payment. Those few that do are mainly in Manila.

Most Filipinos are familiar with (and many use) pera padala (money remittance) businesses within the Philippines to send money between family and friends in the Philippines. Every major town and almost every small town has at least one pera padala business. These businesses accept cash, charge a fee of about 2% to 3%, and have cash available for the receiver to collect within a few minutes. Most of these remittance amounts are usually well below PHP5000 (about USD100).

The Philippines, with a population of over 100 million, is currently served by two major local bitcoin exchange businesses; coins.ph and BuyBitcoin. Both appear to be well operated, economical, and offer normal exchange services as well as some value-added services. When exchanging bitcoin into PHP, both offer bank deposits (free) and pick-up through pera padala businesses (for fee a little above what they are charged  by the para padala business).

For the short-term future, I see the main use of bitcoin in the Philippines to be for remittances into and out of the country. Intra-country use will not develop until the Filipino can see an advantage in its use over cash.

Will Philippines government block bitcoin like many other countries?
no. and not will, even if the government of the philippines not supporting bitcoin still they will not ban it because bitcoin is a great help to the economy of the philippines. And they have now a discussion about the bad and good effect of bitcoin in the philippines.
465  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin investing on: September 22, 2015, 02:53:40 PM
well you investing at something you believe can hit biggers exchanges that doesnt mean that the interest on the coin raise ... it can fail and well die faster,

but bitcoin is diffirent with other comodity, this is decentralization comodity, no one can influence the market
just trust of the community could determine bitcoin

the bitcoin market is very easy to manipulate. especially on exchanges like btc-e which has a very thin orderbook. every market can get and is getting manipulated.
so very easy to manipulate especially the miners because they can create or have a huge of coins every month and then they will sell it after they sell it the market price will move even its going up or down.
466  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: September 22, 2015, 02:50:49 PM
for Right now I can make less than $10 in a week, not much but i'm hoping can increase my earning

Is that $10 only from faucets or from something else?
he earned $10 a week from signature campaign, but if you change your signature campaign into coinut you can earn $11 a week its not bad because after 10 weeks your earning from coinut signature campaign is more than $10 than your present signature campaign.
467  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 22, 2015, 02:46:09 PM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

I think both, because when you are just saving, the money you save for years be the same as how much you place it there, whereas in investing there is a possibility that the money you invest will have interest in time. So I think better do both.
Yeah both of them are better, you can save first then after a few months or years of saving you can now invest the half of your saving and you can make your own business from the other half.
468  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: September 22, 2015, 02:43:18 PM
For the first time, when I look at the offers on LocalBitcoins.com, there are a half-dozen currencies ahead of the US dollar, offering a higher price for Bitcoin than US dollar users.

Euros, South African Rands, New Zealand Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Polish Zloty, Malaysian Ringgits.

It is no longer just the US, EU or even China driving adoption.  There is a market for Bitcoins in major countries all over the world.

It is possible for it to become the next global currency, as much as heard that it is becoming known with  other countries out there and at the same time used.
as much theres someone use it and as much as government will not ban it and if they can not totally support it, just give bitcoin a chance to prove that it can help the economy of their country.
469  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: September 22, 2015, 01:57:10 PM
People will always be afraid of new stuff:
 - First guys saying earth was not the center of Universe.
 - First guys saying earth is round.
 - Wright brothers and their airplanes ideas.
All of them were considered crazy or foul because of fear, and now in economy we have a revolutionary money called "Bitcoin" that is causing fear again.

True, revolutionaries are always feared because they alter the status quo, they create new paths but also destroy some old ones.
fear from what? fear from the things that can be affected when the bitcoin is become the mainstream currency of the world then all of the currencies of every country will be lose?
470  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 22, 2015, 01:54:31 PM

Really?  Think about this: If all signature campaigns were banned, would you still stay active on this forum?  I know 90% of the people currently in signature campaigns will not. :-/
But hey, I guess that's that for our current generation here on bitcointalk Tongue

Why sure. I've always been active making at least 14 posts a week before joining a signature campaign. The reason that I'm very active in BCT is because I'm a huge Bitcoin fan. Ever since I got into Bitcoin, I've got fascinated by its decentralized nature. So, even if all campaigns were banned I would still contribute to this forum.  Cheesy

Me too - I've been on Bitcointalk since 2010, and only signed up to a sig campaign a few weeks back. Having said that, I suspect you and I are very much the minority - and for that reason I'd be hesitant to ban sig campaigns. They seem to attract people to the forum, and through that people are learning about Bitcoin. I don't know whether mass adoption is possible (or necessary for Bitcoin's future success), but I do believe that more people learning about (and using!) BTC is a positive thing, despite the "endless September" vibe that the sig campaigns seem to have generated!

Inside the forum this is the best way ti earn bitcoins.
If there will be no signature campaign i speculate that there will be -90% overall the activity of the forum members.
Signature Campaign attract people to learn more about bitcoin and spread over the world.
Yeah thats right and also its great help to the owner of the signature campaign because their business is become popular.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: September 22, 2015, 01:52:49 PM
until now i am not yet recommending bitcoin to my friends but only introducing bitcoin to my brother and he was only smile and support me to learn more about bitcoin (he was only interesting on forex)
me too i also recommended it to my brother and he tried it and join in this forum when he was a jr.member he get banned because he can't speak barely in english so that he stop using this forum.
472  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I can earn from the Signature campaign? on: September 20, 2015, 03:07:30 PM
Meh...not that interested in all this.

because you are newbie with 1activity, i m sure you very interesting after reach fullmember Smiley
because i see more FM join signature campaign
Yeah find a different way to earn coins like make a service and paid you in form of bitcoin, and signature campaign is not totally recommended to those users who are only newbie.
473  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: September 20, 2015, 03:03:22 PM
Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?!

Because they don't know what they're talking about. Those people are just handing their bitcoins to someone else who deserves them more.

Because they hate the fact that they didn't make any profits on bitcoin so they're spreading news about bitcoin being dead. In short, they're just haters.
because it is, it's people above who are keeping it floating.
Too much money involved in it to walk away from it now. Gotta keep the "dream" alive.
It offers nothing now, in 2011 it was cool and full of promise.
In reality it is offering nothing I can't already do and cheaper and more private
But is not enough reason to say that bitcoin is dead and to leave in bitcoin community. if they the bitcoin make a promise and it didn't happened so let it and don't make do anything and just leave.
474  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: September 20, 2015, 02:58:39 PM
Are we talking about our dream for bitcoin in the future or bitcoin condition again our goverment??

But personally im not to sure about my goverment policy for bitcoin for this day, because i think they dont care about it anymore  Grin

My wish and my dream for bitcoin absolutely same like most of members that already post on this thread before...
Dreams like theres no hassle when you are buying food or stuffs. And also the things that you only need a device like cellphone or tablet to pay your payments and don't need a wallet or ATM card.
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: September 20, 2015, 02:55:09 PM
Hi! Cheesy

I recently created a thread asking for the best methods of gaining free Bitcoin.

Most popular results:
  • Signature Campaign (High Paying)
  • Faucets (Low Paying)
  • Trading (Variable)

Now, I'm asking a different question.
What are your best methods of growing Bitcoin.

Only refer to safe investments!

Thanks

I'm investing to HYIP.

Your a new members on this forum so you may not be knowing about the these high yield investment programs, they are mostly a scam programs. Do not believe them and fall on those high interest rate traps. They mostly pay for some time and after they get some investments they will close that site and come up with a new one and they repeat this process to cheat investors. So my suggestion is just avoid these kind of investments.
Yeah thast right they should focus and dont give these invesment sympathy because its not recommended to the newbie like him just do faucets and signature campaign.
476  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 20, 2015, 02:50:41 PM
I will suggest you to invest 50% in bitcoin and keep other as your currency. Bitcoin has more potential to grow as it has touched 1000$+ mark once which may also happen in future but there is also a risk of price going down as it has came down to 230$ mark from 1k. So if you invest in bitcoin rather do daily trading than keeping that bitcoin untouched for years. Hope you will make some profit.

No guaranty that bitcoin price will reach 1000+ again just because at once it reached 1000+. Bitcoin price was not stayed at that high price for long time so do not invest money based on just hope.

That is correct no one knows whether it will reach that high price once again.
don't depend on luck when you are investing or have business, you must have a knowledge about what you are attended to do. Decisions are also important so think twice before make a decision, it can cause the failure of your business and investment.
477  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for local transactions on: September 19, 2015, 04:39:54 PM
It is very good experience that you shared with us about doing local transactions, Like what you said is not only checking the place of transaction but we should also be knowing the knowledge of most exchages , like which exchages are good for transactions.

In my experience i trade in local transactions but its a worth only some times its a danger once i got cheated in my local transactions few months back i sold some btc worth 30$ but they payed me in local currency INR but that currency is Fake... so before selling trade with carefully

What you told is right but in your case you should be having the knowledge of how to find the fake currency, because when you deal with them not only place or location but you should also have knowledge of fake currency.
yeah great observation, you must know the real one and those fake, because if you don't have any knowledge about the fake and the real currency they can fool you.
478  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: September 19, 2015, 04:38:02 PM
till now, i am earned 0.01 - 0.04 btc every week from faucet..

not big, but not bad. because i am manually typing captcha.
Ow how much did you earn in signature campaign weekly? i thinks its better to do real job than clicking or entering captcha every 1 hour, and you are wasting your time if you continue that things.
479  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin trading strategy on: September 19, 2015, 04:36:15 PM
If we are able to interpret the charts with perfect chart knowledge then we can have more chances to crack down the profits from bitcoin trading. Because knowledge on trading more important for making profit from trading.

I think just by knowing interpretations no one can't make any money in trading if that is the case in the world by now there should be so many experts who can predict the prices. Those charts just give you some dictations that's it but no guaranty that prices will move according to charts. So be careful when you trade based on charts indications.
Its all about how many bought bitcoin and sell bitcoin, and prediction is not true. So you should based on real situation like, if you and your friends are using bitcoin and their friend also using bitcoin and so on, and you and your friend bought at the same time it can affect the price.
480  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: September 19, 2015, 04:31:20 PM
You could try saving your money (coins) into a physical coin vault. Similar to a paper wallet, or a trezor (I guess) your coins are safely stored in there.  Smiley

I agree with you, like i say above, create your own vault with a unique wallet and print it Grin
that good for save money with safety place
Saving coins is not good idea, because if people save coins and not spending them, there will be a possible shortage of the coins in the circulation. And government not recommended it. Stored it into a vault or you are using bitcoin so keep it into your wallet its more safe than keeping it in the bank.
