In an attempt to be more responsive, yet still keep customer support inquires at the site www.betcoin.ag/support we are wondering if this is a complaint or how to respond here?  Should we not have thank a poster after a certain time period?  May we point out that you are commenting on a post from over 2 months ago as well.

It's good to see you are trying to improve, much better than ignoring the issues.

Thank you for posting about BetChain.
All withdrawals over the weekend were processed as quickly as possible.
Players with duplicate accounts usually take longer as we need to verify there isn't abuse going on.
I apologize you experienced a delay in your withdrawal being processed. Please could you contact support@betchain.com with your account information?

Do you guys really just stop processing cashouts because it's the weekend?

I hope not, put in a request about 6 hours ago...if I would of known you dont do weekends, I wouldn't have deposited on a friday afternoon.

If so,

Please either process withdraws over the weekend or warn your players they won't get paid over the weekends.

I did a little bit of reasearch on the fair gaming policy:

I can't find anything about "Bestslotsgambling" anywhere.  When I search, all top results are either the fair gaming page on BTC-Casino.io from above, or a BTC-io affiliate that pasted it into their site.

It's kind of hard to imagine the "leading software provider in the gaming industry" can't be found anywhere online, or mentioned by any other online casino.

Perhaps you could share some information on this so that affiliates will be able to continue to drive traffic to your site with a clear conscious.

Are players still having to wait weeks/months+ for their "turn" to receive a cashout?

Just gonna pretend you cant see this?

Software issues, really?  Even though they have the "leading software provider in the gaming industry"?

Oh wait, their provider doesn't seem to exist.
465  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.tm wouldn't process my withdraw on: December 02, 2015, 08:55:32 PM
Get this I applied for the 0.010 bonus round 2 on Betcoin.tm. I received a pm the following day and was shocked to see that my password had "fag" in it which I took as an insult. I then logged into my account and played a few hands of blackjack I cleared the requirements for the withdraw and thought well what a nice casino. I decided to withdraw my winnings but it asked me to sign my Bitcoin address which I can't do on Mycelium so I pmed betcointm to help me process my withdraw he replied politely and asked for my username and Bitcoin address that was the 28th of November and it is now 1st of December and still no reply. So I went to his casino and thought if he can't even pay out the winnings them I'm going to lose them. SCAM STAY AWAY ONLY WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

Did they scam you?

Or did you lose the money and now you're trying to scam them?

Did you read what I typed ? 3 days to process a withdraw so what would you do ? And still no reply !

Yes, I read what you typed.

You requested a withdraw.

After 3 days you still did not receive it, so you "went to his casino and thought if he can't even pay out the winnings them I'm going to lose them."

Did you lose the money or not?

If you didn't lose it and it's still in your account, and still they refuse to pay you without a good reason, then I think it's fair to call them scammer.

But if you chose to take your winnings and "lose them" then...I don't really see how they are guilty of anything other than taking 3+ days to process a withdraw.

Edit:

sorry forgot to answer your question (although you also forgot to answer mine)

3 days to process a withdraw so what would you do ?

If they refused to respond to me, and I didn't lose the funds gambling, I suppose I would have to create thread just like this one.

Good of you to answer. This thread is here to let people know how unsatisfied I am with how I have been treated and truly disappointed with the level of service which was provided. I expect an apology of sorts and an explanation of why I wasn't given my winnings. This thread is also to make people aware that this casino may not be as honest as they seem.

So did you lose the money or not?

If you lost it, you probably shouldn't accuse them of scamming.  Taking over 3 days to withdraw is not the same as scamming.  Three days is longer than it should take, but there are sites that take much longer and haven't scammed (yet)

They might have been planning on scamming you.  But if you lost it, then they couldn't even scam you if they wanted.

let's forget those shitty loan request, because that negative trust led my account to completely worthless.
The sad part is it doesn't , If you think and realize the feedback is correct then you care about it and it affects you.
If you were true and if vod's feedback was just troll then you wouldn't care about it much .

i will consider to write an appeal to admin to kick out Vod from Default trust network for failing to follow his own instruction regulates himself; if he cannot provide any valid reason not to remove my -ve feedback. once again.
Most likely he wont reply to you because there is no such rule to remove feedback's after some months just because the guys has become a Sr. Member , cant ignore the fact's that the guy was constantly asking for loan's with the negative feedback attatched to his profile.

The only way you can get it removed is when Vod think's you are have turned into an honest person from the time it took for you to become a sr. Member .

However i dont quite get your point here .
1) You have problem with Vod giving false or unjustified feedback ? which you think you dont deserve.
In this case you wouldn't want him to be removed from DT.

2) you dont want a negative feedback from DT ? no matter you are a scammer or whatever. So you intend theymos to remove everyguy from DT who think's your behaviour is shady ?
what so ever you just want your profile to be clean ? in this case you havent followed to anything what Vod have told you.

I have learned how stuff works here and i see how my past was enough shady to get such negative feedback's from DT ,however I would like VOD to observe my behavior and re-think on the rating after the time i have spend on the forum now

this should be your appeal not just remove the feedback  because i am a ssenior member or else i will tell the admin to remove you from DT.

i am not wanting my profile be clean, but his 'valid' reason is annoying me a lot and unlike most of the -ve examples, i am the one who was negged for 'loan request without collateral' when i was a newbie while i proven myself not an alt/scammer. for alt/scammer, once they scammed they will AWOL for sure.
it was correct when i was a newbie, but he is a troll now, mainly on me. even if i created so much invalid loan request, it comes no use and i did not scam anyone, the -ve feedback is on after i locked the thread and told i made something wrong, how ridiculous.

So because you couldn't scam anyone you don't deserve the negative trust? Nah, that's not how it works.
The trust is given on the basis of what someone thinks about a person not what everyone or someone thinks it could be Vod personal opinion and you can't change it even by complaining to Mod or Admin(how forum exactly works)I think even satoshi nakamoto can't change it
I have four negative feedbacks in total two of them for blaimailing and 1 for doing escrow for a ponzi and for copying a thread without any improvisation.
I am just waiting and will wait for more and more years until I becomes a legendary but I will not lose hope and make changes in me which are necessary.
I will be a example for this forum members.

And one for blackmailing one person to remove his neg feedback or else you will rob someone else.

I'm running with the money now and will return the money to the owner only if Quickseller remove his trust rating from my account and apologies for his big mistake and agree not to make this kind of mistake again in future

I think you can see the rating of mine where it is written in clear words that the  trust was right at that time on the basis of facts and proofs but after the recovery of PM  by theymos it is clear that he is not the owner of the sites he is doing escrow for.
The decision of blaikmailing quickseller was totally wrong  but i did it because im not aware of the fact that it is blackmail seriously.
And bla bla bla
My angry nature and the conditions forced me to do fucking things which was reallly not necessary as told by ndnhc later he helped me alot he told me some facts after which i joined the community again to contrubute some spam i can do.
I think it will not take much time in the removal of the negative feedback i think max 1-2 years only not more than that.
Biggest problem with me is that right now i dont have much work to do here neither anyone want wirk from me even on very high discount all credits to the negative trust.
But I'm still happy because I'm the part of a biggest crypto community which is going to take over the whole world one day with it influence.

Power to you.  Honestly wasn't expecting this:

471  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: November 26, 2015, 12:40:27 AM
Betcoin deleted the entire thread about the "Freeroll" because so many players were calling them out on this bullshit notion that the "Freeroll" was such a huge success. Just more lies and shady actions by Betcoin.

Found a piece of it, might have more somewhere...

I don't get it!  How are you complaining about a 10BTC freeroll?  Are you crazy?  Free money not free enough?  LOL  If it's the rake you're freaking out about....I challenge you to name another branded site that doesn't take a rake to pay for their expenses and to promote the brand.  Other sites don't even come close to offering as much back in terms of freerolls ("freeroll"..."freebuy"...same thing basically) or gratuities.  Is it the transparency you're complaining about?  I really don't get it?

I see you posted no link and I searched Betcoin.ag and couldn't find it so I have to assume that you are posting a saved copy of a thread that was deleted. The only player you have saying anything is NOT PRAISING your "freeroll". He as well as every other player "complained" and you deleted the entire thread. Then you posted this thread but locked it so no one could say anything: https://www.betcoin.ag/p0kerpr0digy-takes-down-10-btc-gtd-pre-millions-freeroll-betcoin-poker

Nowhere was I nor anyone complaining about free money. Players were complaining about how poorly the tourney was run and how absurd it was to have such an expensive add-on that they knew nothing about until they had to decide in seconds. I have never played in nor seen a single poker tournament where you had to guess the rules before the tourney started.

THE PLAYERS FUNDED THE "FREEROLL". You can't take extra rake that was for a BBJ and say you funded a "freeroll" with it. Especially not one in which you collected a large amount of rebuy and add-on fees. You paid out our own money in a tourney that no players agreed too. The players were making suggestions as to how "their freeroll" should be run yet Betcoin ignored every one of them. Betcoin can say it was such a huge success for them because it cost them nothing and they made a lot of money and brought new players but it was not a success to any of the players that actually funded the tourney.

The "freeroll" was a failure and it was a failure because that is what the players decided. Betcoin cannot say they had a successful tournament when all the players state otherwise.

BTW I believe the add-on was 50mBTC which was about $13. Tell me the last Freeroll anyone has ever seen with a $13 add-on. Can someone verify the add-on cost or maybe Betcoin could tell us and share how much they made off it.

I posted the original image and it was just one of TwitchySeals pics I grabbed from another post months ago and happened to somehow find.  I deleted it because I thought the image wasn't working but then saw it had been quoted fine so just left it.

No reason for posting it except I remembered that was the thread you were talking about being deleted and it was the only part I could find.

I think this was the first time Betcoin had ever said publicly that the BBJP was "functional" They mostly just ignored any questions involving anything they thought answering might not make them look good it seems just the way they are doing in this thread and also in the thread they deleted above

First of all, my English might be far superior to yours. So please refrain from personal attacks.

You'd like me to refrain from personal attacks due to the fact that your English might be far superior than mine?

This makes very little sense.

Also, what is your problem?

My problem is that the words on your promotion page say:

"We'll match your deposit in full - doubling your bankroll before you even start!"

To convince me to deposit, you promise to match my deposit "at 100% instantly" (like most other casinos)

Then when I deposit, you don't do this.  Instead, you give me me little bits of my deposit tiny bits at a time.  When I ask why, you treat me as If I am the one trying to scam you.

As I said, the words that we have on our promotions page mean that you get the bonus instantly but you can't play with it before wagering enough.

No - thats not what those words mean.

Please, go find someone you trust with English as their first language.  Then you will understand that this is not what you're doing:

"We'll match your deposit in full - doubling your bankroll before you even start!"

Or more likely, you will just respond to me the same way you did with this post.

Okay, I will ignore the stats from bitcoinstrip. Still I have 3 data points, that I personally got straight from your website. These numbers are correctly taken from your site.

I know all stats started with 0 on 2014-09-09. I know the stats of 2015-01-10 so I can calculate the daily average between those 2 dates (first 123 days). And I know the stats of today, so I can calculate the average daily between 2015-01-10 and now (257 days.)

This results in:

Code:
2015-01-10       in BTC	daily in BTC 2015-09-24            in BTC   daily in BTC

BTC        23,565 BTC   23,565 BTC      191 BTC     10,570,963 BTC    10,570,963 BTC 41,040 BTC
NVC     1,008,077 NVC    4,365 BTC       35 BTC      1,206,989 NVC    5,226 BTC       3 BTC
PPC     1,005,193 PPC    1,658 BTC       13 BTC       1,680,837 PPC    2,773 BTC       4 BTC
NMC     1,002,993 NMC    1,655 BTC        13 BTC      1,147,817 NMC    1,894 BTC       1 BTC
DASH       105,758 DASH   1,108 BTC         9 BTC       100,300,583 DASH    1,050,977 BTC   4,085 BTC
DOGE   685,105,819 DOGE     356 BTC         3 BTC    14,664,444,075 DOGE        7,625 BTC      28 BTC
RDD 8,572,105,491 RDD      343 BTC         3 BTC    39,762,845,194 RDD         1,590 BTC       5 BTC
LTC         8,343 LTC      104 BTC        1 BTC       200,305,652 LTC     2,489,799 BTC   9,688 BTC
CLAM         8,105 CLAM 48 BTC        0 BTC        150,369 CLAM          895 BTC       3 BTC

TOTAL     33,202 BTC       270 BTC       14,132,013 BTC     54,859 BTC

Do you see how these stats look wrong?

1) I found it odd that NVC, PPC, NMC are all just about a million on the first data point, but I am willing to ignore that as it could be coincidence.
2) For the first 123 days, you had a daily avg of 270 BTC in total. And the 257 days after that, a daily avg of 54,859 BTC. I'm sure your site got more popular, but seems extreme?
3) Note how almost all altcoins aren't popular except DASH and LTC with HUGE amounts. LTC is claimed to have more 5x more wagered than PrimeDice's BTC daily wagered. PD is the most popular dice site BY FAR and AFAIK the most popular BTC gambling site. Even DASH is 2x more than PD BTC. Anyone active in the cryptocurrency gambling community, knows that altcoins do not have that kind of gambling volume in BTC terms. Even JD doesn't have that with their CLAM wagered amounts. The fact that your other altcoins have barely wagered volume, shows this furthermore.
4) I find it odd that it seems like DASH got exactly 100M added (300k would be exactly correct based on daily of first 123 days) and it seems like 200M was added to LTC. But sure, this "could" be a coincidence.
5) Just the fact that you claim to have 54,859 BTC daily wagered should be enough.. That is 27x times more wagered than PD and still 4x more than JD with BTC times. Everyone who was active on JD know how crazy action there was, 100 BTC spam-bets were almost not a big deal.
6) Based on your wagered amounts, you should have an expected profit 141,320 till 565,280 BTC in ~8 months (based on 1% HE - 4% HE.) That is simply impossible.
7) You have a max bet of 1 BTC on your dice game. With these wagered amounts and expected profits, you should be able to afford HUGE max bets.
Cool Just because you have a lot of different games, altcoins and some bonus program, doesn't magically make your site more popular by these insane factors.

I find it odd that you try to defend this. I personally assumed you would say there was a silly mistake and it would be fixed. That you really claim that these numbers are correct, is sketchy to me.

We are following our rules as usual.

NO

You are NOT

Your bonus terms state:

"We'll match your deposit in full - doubling your bankroll before you even start!"

"Make first deposit - "We'll match that at 100% instantly!"

A little bit at a time is not INSTANT

I realize english is not your first language, please - ask someone you trust who speaks english to explain what this means.

I signed up earlier for fortunejack, and made first deposit but didn't get instant 100% bonus after I deposited .5 BTC

I asked in chat, admin told me to read terms, which i did.

I came back and they told me "keep reading"

Then some guy named TAKO comes in chat acting like hes admin and accusing me of being sneaky?  This guy is impersonator I assume.  But whats up with the bonus?

Thank you for the prize, can you please look into my missing 100% deposit bonus.

Deposited .5 BTC

You get 100% deposit bonus instantly but to activate it, you need to first wager it. If you have other questions, you can ask here.

Ok well...I deposited .5 BTC, wagered over 5.5 BTC and only got .1 BTC deposit bonus.

The terms make it clear that you will receive the first bonus instantly and must wager 30x the bonus to withdraw.

Great job, you got my .5 BTC.

Gonna go deposit somewhere else now, let me know if you decide to fix this.  Won't be back otherwise.
