Cant even verify Paypal with these now. What happened to them?

Try to check out dreamweaver, I got a $10 vcc from them and never had a problem with confirming my paypal. Although I am interested in that offer for unlimited VCC for paypal verification. You never know when it will come in handy. Good luck OP.
$10 is kinda expensive since I need multiple Paypal accounts. So somewhere around $3-$4 would be a right spot. |

I have exchanged with him a couple of times and he has sent me BTC after a few hours if not instantly. Couple of days back I sent him $72 by Skrill and $78 by Paypal invoice because he said he wanted to build his paypal business account. He still hasn't given me the BTC of worth $150 total and not even replying on Skype nor PM.
I will open a dispute on PayPal if he doesn't get back in the next 24hrs and hopefully will get back my $78. But how can I get my money back from Skrill? Anyone has any idea here?

First I was skeptical to send the payment as most of the vouches here are from newbies and also he told me that he would send the BTC after a few hours due to some paypal problems. But I went ahead and sent $45 Paypal. He was very communicative throughout and finally sent me the BTC after 6 hours. Very honest trader. Will surely exchange more in a few days!! Thanks man!
