In this interview : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7GP-SWj0HE Mike Adams suggested that Bitcoin was possibly created by the so called ' libertarian math minds' in order to get richer. So could it be that Bitcoin was created as an experiment by the same people who changed their motto from "Divide and Conquer' to "Lend money and rule', who wanted to test human readiness to a possible future financial tool on their dark agenda to even more control and mankind enslavement? Im not talking here about bitcoin, but the concept the idea of a new digital currency that people seemed to be widely open.To them it was a win/win situation: in case of a success they would win more money-with or without the forced crash- and prepare soon the introduction of their new controlled tool /digital currency which people are already used to idea from Bitcoin experiment. In case of a failure they would still get more money and continue improving the concept in order to be wide spread accepted. The road to hell is always paved with good intentions !

I would sign it too if they would unfreeze my locked wallet/account which they frozen today out of the blue for no reason and giving no answer to my 2 e-mails I sent to them thus locking all my funds there.

Did anyone try to withdraw recently from BTC-e.com? Cause I tried today to withdraw my BTC and I got this message: "Denied for your account. Contact support." I wrote an email to support@btc-e.com asking whats the meaning of this as I didnt do anything bad but no answer so far.

Do you have any intention to add TRC too ?

I'm using 1x->16x unpowered risers without any problems for LTC/NVC

I never get why people are willingly to pay +50% more for a 7970 compared to 7950 while technically -on paper- they gain 10% more performance. In reality, in LTC/NVC mining I'm able to boost 700 Mhs on both my -Asus/Sapphire- cards with 2 clicks with moderate OC. So with a 7950 OCed and using --scrypt algo I can outperform any 7970. Not to mention price....

@ar9: I'm using 1x5970 1 x5870 1x 5850 and 1x7950 which is 5 gpus on an Asrock 970 Extreme 3. No powered risers.Super stable build board ..optimal layout for mining which made it -and still makes- it very popular among miners.Need I say more ?

UP! Its already happening .

Bitstamp! I'm using it for 6 months by now without any issues.

I totally feel the OP n this. The big will get bigger while the small will go smaller, which will harm the btc in long term.I dont think Avalon team likes the centralisation of the descentralisation it has become but its not their fault.I hope btc will not reflect modern society where rich get richer and middle class cease to exist. We need afordable asics, not very expensive ones that only few can get. Why do you think the other alt coins had/have such a huge success lately? I dont think Satoshi ever wanted a monopolised/centralised btc

7950s all the way ...for me at least .I can say these cards seem to perform very good especially in scrypt . On the other hand I seen many people complaining about the new 7970s locked or underperforming.

I'm using your pool for a while, I tried other too and I think your pool is the best atm....very few rejects and stales,,stable, manual payments, etc. Keep up the good work!

How much RAM you have on the rig?

I experienced a similar situation when I sent 10 LTC to my wallet at BTC-E last week.It showed as sent in my wallet but never actually arrived

I have this one here http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1157&lid=1&pid=1713&leg=0 . I'm able to hit 1200 Mhz on core with standard voltage on air with temps arround 70 C on core and 65 C on vrm while mining BTC, fan set at 65% .I can go higher than 1200 Mhz modifying the VDCC but I dont like running my cards hoter than 70 C or increasing fan speed. To modify the VDDC I used Trixx and used MSI AB to clock mem to 300. The dual fan cooling design for Sapphire is not at MSI Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC or Asus Direct CU level, its a bit shitty resulting in 3-4 degrees C higher than the other two but it works for the money.

sha256 : easier to find best settings on your miner, less power by underclocking mem, secure, less of a headache. scrypt: pain in the ass finding best settings for new comers and not only, using a lot of power resulting in fast wear of your cards. Basically scrypt is killing the card, meaning no later resale . Will the altcoins using sha256 prevail over the scrypt algo in short/long term? According to http://dustcoin.com/mining I see ppcoin' and terracoin' -both sha256- difficulty rising and keep rising. Is this a sign that a part of gpu miners already picked their choice?
