461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when the US makes crypto-currency illegal? on: May 25, 2013, 05:19:40 PM
To say they are barely aware is wrong.  When fitting my tin foil hat into this mix. I have to be the one to pull the "they will scare people into dislikeing it" card.  Right now as I see it in a very short time bitcoin has beaten the US dollar,  euro and every other currency systen out there.  1 usd fr example isn't even worth the paper it's printed on.  But 1 bitcoin is worth a little over 100 of those worthless dollars.

They can't really stop you from accepting it as currency if so they would need to go after folks that work for a case of beer.  Or fixssomeones shitter for a lawn mower engine repair etc.  In theory strength in being able to do labor is currency one can without fail work within his means for food.

So to what end does the line actually draw?  I believe like many it will buckle up and go for a huge ride with the children.  Btc makes it way easy for a person to hide his actions.  Individuals under the age of 18 do have the right to make money however they do not have the right to spend that money in most cases the same way an adult does.

Most people accepting btc do not ask for someones age or proof of age.  It's easy to access paid porno,  gamble,  purchase bootleg booze tobacco and hell as we all know contraband.  These are the facts of life that exist with every currency yes.  But BTC is the new kid in town.  So it's nitpicked a hell of a lot more then what is dubbed "safe".

They will over look the give and take.  Such in example as pulling btc out to the central banks to buy products from eBay, amazon etc. And hell even pay on a water bill or car loan.  Instead like said they will look at that percent of people who are fucking up and getting caught only to blame bitcoin for enableing them to preform the action to begin with.

It's very much like what happend to midway when they released mortal kombat.  It was all well and fine til little Johnny tried to pull his sisters spine out of her asshole. Now we have the ESRB as a reward for Johnny inability to handle his mental health and his parents inability to be self aware of what was fact and fiction

463  Other / Off-topic / Re: Has Anyone Ever Thought About Cashing out And waving a permanent "bye" to BTC? on: May 17, 2013, 03:07:20 PM
Like anything.  If it's a must then by all means do it.  If you can afford to hold then sit on them.  I cashed out a bulk of coin when the price was high.  Bought myself some nice threads as well as supported some hobbies and interests.I don't regret my move one bit.  Prior to that i of been unable. In the end for myself bitcoin is my solution for not spending money that should goto my children and wifey.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here is the Seizure Warrant on: May 17, 2013, 07:16:08 AM
Frankly gox has to much control over bitcoin prices. In a sence it's what makes the system a fail.  The idea that gox shits the bed and crypto falls makes it a central base of operation.  Something I thought crypto sought not to be. Further the scary fact here is the access the fed was granted to see all them dollars going out to poor sons of bitches  who wher under the impression that privacy was being held.  How deep will this eagles dick bury into the asshole of this community is my question.
465  Other / Off-topic / Dear Friend on: May 17, 2013, 05:50:03 AM
Dear Friend,

Let me start by introducing myself. I am Fuk U Slo director of operations of
the Wank Skank Bank Of BTC Ltd HongKong.I have an obscured business suggestion for you.
Before the U.S and Iraqi war our client Major Douche who was with the Iraqi
forces and also businessman, made a numbered fixed deposit for 18 calendar
months, with a value of( 16 million, United State dollars in btc ) only in a hot wallet. The iraq forces
Had figured out the art of time travel thus basicly pre mineing btc way before
Its day..Upon maturity a few months back several notices was sent to him, even during the war which
began in 2003. Again after the war another notification was sent and still no
response came from him. We later found out that the major douche along with his wife
and only daughter had been killed during the war in a bomb blast that hit their
home. After further investigation it was also discovered that Major douche
did not declare any next of kin in his official papers including the paper work
of his hawt wallet deposit. And he also confided in me the last time he was at my
office that no one except me knew of his deposit in my bank. So,( 16 million,
United State dollars ) is still lying inBBC this hawt wallet and no one will ever come
forward to claim it. What bothers me most is that according to the laws of my
country at the expiration 10 years the funds will revert to the ownership of
the Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds. Against this
backdrop, my suggestion to you is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand
as the next of kin to Major douche so that you will be able to receive his
funds.

MODALITIES:

I want you to know that I have had everything planned out so that we shall come
out successful. I have an attorney that will prepare the necessary document
that will back you up as the next of kin to Major Diuchr, all that is
required from you at this stage is for you to provide me with your btc or ltc. Send them to the
Address listed in my sig and all that coinz is yours. Once done I will inform the
Proper people so that the attorney can commence his job. After you have been made the next of
kin, the attorney will also fill in for claims on your behalf and secure the
necessary approval and of probate in your favour for the move of the funds to
an account that will be provided by you. There is no risk involved at all in
this matter, as we are going to adopt a legalized method and the attorney will
prepare all the necessary documents. Please endeavor to observe utmost
discretion in all matters concerning this issue. Once the funds have been
transferred to your nominated bank account we shall then share in the ratio of
70% for me, 30% for you. Should you be interested please send me your, 1,Full
names,2,private phone number, 3,current residential address, your age. And
finally after that I shall provide you with more details of this operation and
it is going to be successful. Send coin not scam. ... breaker Smiley

Okay... So we are all on the crypto train because the feds are fucking broke.  The paper money of the world is becomming worth shit. Some countrys choose to just print the shit out of it.  And the crypto in theory is worth more then the us dollar.  In one way or another that's the fact of the matter right? Along with safe anon handeling of said crypto. .. So why in the holy good fuck are we repeating history.  Supporting a new coin every day and in all basic sence of the rule printing more money then we have?

Fuck it just makes no solid sence to me

Shit... I understand this.  Runs in my family hardcore.  I've been getting them since I was 17.  My first attack was at 17. Saw a doctor for it who golf me how uncommon it was at my age.  At the time the blame was set on the city water supply.  I started drinkin bottled water then had a HUGE attack st 23. It all but crippled me for a few days.  Nothing felt good not even pain killers. Pissed a nice pink color for about a week before the stone passed.  When it did I noticed it has shattered and become like a small claw. Had a hook .. sucked . Horrid shit. Your dick hates you when that shit happens.
469  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to SAFELY sell Bitcoins on eBay on: May 12, 2013, 05:22:35 AM
not a legal or illegal matter here. Let's pull out some crayons. ...

Nobody walks totally bind into the world of crypto currency. The only real reason one would buy coin useing eBay would be due to lack of ability to use liberty reserve, dowalla etc. Anyone can use PayPal.  Really you don't even need an account to use it.  Just a green dot card and internet access. So the folks that have fucked themselves away from the table and have been somehow shunned by banks,  creditors and the like really have no other choice but to use PayPal for a fuck ton of online transactions.

Other folk like Johnny Walker know this and inflate prices and use eBay as a personal means of exchange.  For one you have to ask yourself who's the bigger scammer.  The dickwad requesting a charge back or the cum dumpster baby inflateing coin for an extra dollar.

Further with the little knowlege of price of tea going into it.  Who would want to use hard earned money they own to buy that shit?  The other big red flag is phished PayPal accounts. A charge back might not come from the dick head that actually bought the coin and dumped it within a few hours after receiveing.  More then likely it's going to be Maria Ortega. From the indian reservation who doesn't have a fucking clue what btc is to begin with.

All I'm saying is pretty clear. It isn't worth the few exra dollars in hassle.  If you want to help the newbs get some btc show them.  But show them how we get it. Work for it, sell something and show them escrow do anything else other then be a fucking dick about it. ..jus sayin
470  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to SAFELY sell Bitcoins on eBay on: May 10, 2013, 06:51:51 AM
Toy have been lucky.  eBay is a hard ass when it comes ro digital goods.  I believe whole hearted we can thank the slew of "internet marketers" and the backing bookoo amount of scam ebooks for this.  Furthermore eBay freaks over digital items further due to copyright issues. In the end lot's of legitimate sellers suffer. No matter how you do this btc is digital goods.  PayPal knows this and rightfully so does eBay.

All someone has to do at the very least is play stupid.  You could call it the not as disclosed card being pulled but in any case it's a little more effective for a sammer or hell even a moron to back out of the charge if he plays a victim of his or her own ignorance.  So many people have tried this.  Some are as said about you. .. pretty luck driven.  But to what end? Sure you are selling small amounts and do not feel worried.  But what of the dipshit that heats you up for a few btc .5 at a time.  You lose more then btc and shipping.  Add your fees your own seller rep and hell maybe your accounts as a whole.  That's a  rather hard gamble.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple real price 1$ USD = 50 XRP on: May 10, 2013, 05:52:31 AM
I sold around 5k in xrp for 0.4btc yesterday around 40USD for those that still have a hard time in translation.  The way I see it.  If someone is willing to pay that.  Good on them.  If they end up with more hella good on them.  But for me I posted an address in a thread waited a few days.  Found a buyer and made a few bucks.  I don't feel scammed nor did the buyer. XRP for the win. .. atleast in some cases

474  Economy / Scam Accusations / FRAUD ALERT: t.o.m. on: April 15, 2013, 10:22:05 PM
Alright so for me ofcourse it starts on this btcjam listing https://btcjam.com/listings/2088 and is a deal with this user https://btcjam.com/users/1491.

Apparently last month an error had occurred with the amount of time requested to begin repaying this loan. The site administrative contact was invovled and  granted t.o.m. an extra 30 days to sit on this rather hefty at this point and even then chunk of change. His total oweings is ฿40.52 (with ฿0.20400 being my investment) between 4 loans. He has yet to even leave a signature "go fuck you" comment of any kind my. assumtion is he's yet another pump and ditch.

Anyone else wanna chime in on a loss report due to this fella?
475  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: btc-e.com withdrawal protection and customer support on: April 15, 2013, 10:03:56 PM
I've never had an issue with them. Ofcourse with any "new" system. I wait to use it for such issues seem to torment "new" systems. It's always been a serious pain to deal with ANY non native english speaking service in my opinion.

You have to break it down to a brown paper bag and crayon way of speaking. less is always more for getting results. I really don't think It's being done to scam you or anyone else.
476  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Help needed getting de-scammered on: April 12, 2013, 12:52:57 AM
Hi folks,

Sometime last year my account was used to borrow a few BTC from someone and it was never paid back.

I can make a pretty strong case that it wasn't me and that another account of mine (@sjalq on Twitter) which used the same username and password (yes, yes I'm not a security genius like everyone else on here) was hacked about the same time.

How do I go about clearing my name?

What I'm wondering is why this proof wasn't shown at the time this all occurred? If someone used my credibility to draw money out of any kind I'd be pretty fucking hardcore about my paper trail.

I haven't looked into the history of this sour grape. However I'm sure the lender had taken more info then just an email contact and a message board handshake. Atleast one would hope.

My advise on this matter for starters is to find out if he did. Find a moderator and have that person if he or she is willing compare notes.

The problem I see however is the time It's taken you to decide you want to get "de-scammed". The fact this has been stewing so long does infact make you responseable. Hell a bank or credit card issuer only gives you 30-90 days to protest something. That's about long enough to recover steps and decide yourself "Hey this is fraud and I'm being fucked with".

I can't really feel sorry for you. It's not PHD rocket physics to know not to have one key for everything. The one I feel sorry for is the investor. ether way he's fucked out his crypto.

477  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BTCJam: N4VAR1, hellen keller, Mosper, Mlody on: April 09, 2013, 09:35:53 PM
I've got more money that I'll never see then I care to detail. with the hike in price even the small.apples have turned into some high grade fruit. It's a strict, brutally painful lesson learned. I have one left who claims he's going to pay on the 10th of this month. but at the current value that 0.2 he owes me is a little over $40USD. I have a sneeking feeling I won't see that returned.

479  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MPOE-PR's list of things you always suspected were scams but never dared say so. on: March 29, 2013, 03:52:56 PM
BTCjam I believe will be the hot Apple pie to the world of BTCscam drama. I have this cutting feeling in my stomach that ID's will eventuality be sold "stolen" or used in other scams not related to crypto.

The fact of the matter is supplying that info to BTCjam is pointless. they can't and wouldn't do anything legit with it. I've given up pretty much anything I can destory to them. but no ID, proof of resident or credit check.

Anyway more could be said but I'm sure you get the picture
480  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bemtje - 100+ BTC from BTCJAM on: March 28, 2013, 08:36:10 PM
I to have not been repaid for my investment. I usually would turn the other cheek for the amount of money I invested. however the value has gone up. not only that but a huge loss of faith in BTCjam has occurred for me atleas.

I don't want to be that guy that says he's full of shit and a fucking puke for useing a child in a ploy to be forgiven for a loan. but the timeing on this is crazy. BTC saw a price hike. his loan value doubled if not tripled in todays market. ether he cannot pay or doesn't want to as he is sitting on a nice chunk of cash. He did state in the loan info he maybe late. however the post the OP made contains a link to his post that clearly spells out through his cyber begging "Fuck you".

According to his profile he hasn't been seen around here since the 11th of march. One would assume sock puppets exist for this user so I'm sure he's floating around here somewhere.

I can tell you this much. it was a lesson learned. I've got three investments on BTCjam. two have defaulted. the other is in limbo until the 10th of this comming month. I plan on pulling my money from this service as soon as It's collected IF its collected.
