It's not the end of the story. If he's having problems paying his campaign participants--and he's got a history of this now, he ought to not be doing it. I don't trust him as a manager anymore, which is why I left the feedback. We've all seen good members suddenly change for the bad, so his past contributions compared to mine are irrelevant. The fact is that I've got people PM'ing me about the matter of BitBlender participants not being paid as well as 777Coin ones. Would you still trust him? How long would you wait? People like you put way too much faith in trusted members around here, because that can change in a heartbeat. All these people who keep applying to Lutpin's campaigns deserve to be warned. I would trust him much more than this amount of time, last time we got paid on 23 September so I can wait up until end of December without worrying when I know I have had a past of received payments from both the owner and manager of 777 campaign. I would start to worry if nothing happens until end of December. As I said they the owner and manager needs only to change the payment terms and nothing else. |

This forum was a great place a few years ago when 90% of the time and threads were about bitcoin and its technology. Right now I am regularly checking every section (although posting very few posts) and I see that the 90% of the posts is not bitcoin related at all. Spammers and shitposters have invaded this place, if this wasn't enough, non responsible DT members who care only about their micro earnings from signature (because unfortunately a few of them don't even understand bitcoin fundamentals, they should take a free Udemy or CBT Nuggets course on that) have made this place even worse. This forum was supposed to back up decentralization and not give power to only very few individuals who are doing more harm to the forum than good. This is just my perception of the forum as an almost 3 year everyday member here. It will only go to worse as long as nothing is done. I know many things can be done to change this forum for the best.
PS. If anyone will relate this post to my negative trust, it has nothing to do as I will be here even with -9999 trust, and beside that it is non valid.

In the 777 campaign everyone has been always paid and this is a promise of both the owner of the campaing "lightlord" and Lutpin himself. I don't see any reason to open such thread. Maximum what Lutpin should do is change payment terms, he should do a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 month before being paid. This will solve everything.

Honestly, sometimes I think we should just get rid of the trust system and just let users leave feedback that doesn't effect a score, but of course this would really only benefit scammers who would then have a field day without their red paint, but maybe we should just let people be reckless with their own money. Whatever we do to try curb abuse people will just abuse that or find a way to game it so there's nothing we can really do to please everyone.
In my opinion, a much better option is to add lots of new DT1 members. Current system is an elite system. It needs more DT1 members so it loses its "high status" it currently has while not serving its purpose properly. Current DT1 members are highly inactive, and those few who are responsive are not really into adding more DT2 members, because apparently current DT1/DT2 is very unwelcome against new members. It's an elite club, and it has tribes, and that is not the purpose of DT at all. I wouldn't be against ditching the whole DT system completely.. and let members make their own trust lists. Well you didn't tell us anything new, the DT circle is closed and the only people who are allowed to enter are the ones who leave tons but tons of non valid negative feedback. They don't care even when they are wrong they continue their wrong doing and do not give a fuck about what really is going on in the forum, as long as they are making money off of their DT status they don't care. This is not what Satoshi wanted, this is not decentralization and that is why Bitcoin is sinking (metaphorally speaking here and joking of course). |
