463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: November 24, 2019, 08:02:33 PM
It's hard to give advice to you but, I think if you were able to overcome a bad 2018, you can continue to overcome 2019 and wait for a new bull market, and this time you should take profits.
Hodling a coin for too long is a risk , we need to keep in mind that taking risk is hard but when that coin pumps and then we hodl it back then it will be a great opportunity for us, hodling 2019 coins is okay, as long as the coin you are hodling is worth to hodl for and it has  great potential in the future.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: November 20, 2019, 04:15:23 PM
Almost everyone expects that Bitcoin halving will trigger a bull run and new ATH some time after the event or maybe even before. But how will this affect the Altcoins is very much unknown. Maybe people will sell even more altcoins because they will see Bitcoin rising and altcoins most likely won't be able to keep up, at least at the beginning. This would result in Bitcoin Dominance even increasing from already high 66%.
OR
Bitcoin bull run will bring new people who see more opportunities in "cheaper coins" aka altcoins and they will prosper even more than Bitcoin.
I feel it too, halving will help the price of bitcoin to go up and pump again , maybe bitcoinn will go and hit ATH again, im expecting a lesser number of scam project next year, I can see that due to IEO some project become real and have potential because in IEO their project is already listed or have an agreement with exchanges so that by the end of the campaign we can trade it right away. I feel so very excited by next year hoping it could be the good and great year for us.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Prove that you shouldn't rely on icobench and others on: November 20, 2019, 02:23:45 PM
I agree with you, I also found many projects that indicated scams and bad ratings, but in the end said it was different.
quite the contrary, the project went well and was successful. In the end, I made a personal decision and began to follow my heart and feelings.
Yep! Because what I have thought before, they are paid for advertisement and for giving a high ratings in every projects, in order for you to got 5stars or 10/10 you need to pay them little bit higher for every months they will advertise your project. And there was a rumor that some advisors there that gives low and bad feedback if you want to remove that or give you high rating you should pay them, and it is not good for a potential project.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Useless altcoins must remove from the whole crypto market on: November 20, 2019, 05:50:56 AM
They've been removed or they are in the process of removal, exchanges don't want a useless and no volume coin in their platform, Coinmarketcap and Coingecko take them out of they failed to deliver the required volume, so even if you don't ask it, the market will take action to remove these bad coins in the market, we all want progressive coin in the market, investors are more discerning now more than ever.
I think shitcoins or inactive coins are being delisted in every exchange that they are being listed. Ive always received an email telling that in this particular day , they will remove that coin because of inactivity or no one trades that coin now. The only exchange that accepts and doesnt remove them is a shit exchanges too, but top exchanges will remove them right away if the transaction in that coin is low or else they would not be listed there at first because of being low potential altcoin.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: could it be most project don't succeed? on: November 19, 2019, 09:53:52 PM
in the crypto market anything can happen unexpectedly, be it a good project or a bad one that can change immediately. including the ico project that we predicted could be successful but could turn out otherwise. it is important for you to always be careful before investing in a project and ensure that the entire contents of the project are real or not, including the transparency of the team and the developer's background.
We should expect the worst that can happen, not all the projects that we join and participated can last till the end or they succeed. Many of them turn to be scam because of the lack of support of the developer some of them succeed but in the end turned to be shit coin due to the unstable market prices, and they choose some shit exchanges with low number of traders . We need to be prepared on what wi gonna happen.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Prove that you shouldn't rely on icobench and others on: November 19, 2019, 04:09:57 PM
True, indeed the ICO rating website cannot be trusted, a lot of websites are paid for giving high rates even though the project is ugly
My advice if you want to invest in a project, do not look at how much value is given by the rating website, it's better to find out for yourself, it will be more satisfying
Indeed!  Icobench and other rating site is paid website I mean in order for you to get a high rating or good feedback you need to pay them, about 3eth I think and then you need to find and pay some advisors too so that you can add their names in that icobench site, I knew this one because I have a friend that tries to open a project and he wants to have icobench rating. All of them needed a payment for them to give you stars.
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need suggest invest in small amount on: November 19, 2019, 12:38:38 PM
In my opinion it's better to hold Bitcoin and Ethereum and don't be influenced by other coins. BTC and ETH are the best investments. BTC first most valuable coins and ETH second valuable coins. if you have spare funds, it's better to buy BTC and ETH again than other coins. Don't take risks by investing in projects or coins with unclear futures.
Yes if you have a small amount of money or budget now try to invest it in eth and bitcoin or if even in bitcoin only, bitcoin itself is a good investment for long term. Even you do not do trading using bitcoin, still your asset will grow in time, I can prove that because me myself has a small amount of bitcoin last 2016 and then by 2017 my bitcoin grows a lot because of the sudden bull trap that happened. Do day trade if ever and if you have enough money go to other altcoin as well.
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People are to be blame for what happened to them on the internet on: November 19, 2019, 10:13:48 AM
Anybody can be a victim of hyip, pyramid schemes or scam projects. Think of it this way, if you have had enough information of what you are about to join, that is a different case. But when you don't and found a project and after going through it believes its all good to go in,you don't put a blame on the person. Even you the Op can be a victim
Yes, being fooled twice is our fault , knowing the kind of scams how does scammers doing it and everything and still we failed we victimize again , we dont need to blame other people we should blame ourselves, we should learn so that we can avoid that thing to be happen again and we can warn other peole so that they will not experience this too because they are educated enough and learned enough.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: November 19, 2019, 04:00:09 AM
exchange security or kyc will  be exchange's policy. They need customer personal data in order to record money flow if something wrong happen. For example if exchanges hacked ,they could track this fund run to which people and block address to avoid massive dumping . Personally i am comfort with this policy. It give me certainity and comfortable. Unfortunately many traders didn't understand about it.
For you to make sure that your funds is safe or your asset, make sure you only trade on a real exchanges  and top exchanges like binance, hitbtc, livecoin, bibox and so many more, you may see it in coinmarketcap list of top 10 exchanges. It is good to know that these exchanges having a great security that it is too hard for the hacker to control, it makes our worries gone and our assets safe. But you need also to strenghten your password security.
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People are to be blame for what happened to them on the internet on: November 18, 2019, 10:58:11 PM

When it comes to money people like trying out things the way they see fit, try first learn later is the rules of newbies and thats why they always get scammed easily, HYIP, Pyramid Scheme, as dangerous and alarming these two are people still join them till date, both crypto and internet is not the evil here, people are to be blame for what happened to them
If we are being victimize by scammers at first, we dont need to blame ourselves because it is not our fault that we believe them, if you do your part and still get scammed for the first time it is good to blame them, BUT when you are being scammed by many times I think the one who is irresponsible and should be blamed is yourself, you need to learn on your past experiences so that it will not happen again, you need to reseach everything first so that by next time you will not lose any money and been hurt.
473  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to profit from crypto arbitrage trading on: November 18, 2019, 02:04:22 PM
The problem I have with arbitrage strategy is that possibility of spotting an opportunity on major exchanges are low since their spreads are way faster. A friend of mine who has been obsessed with profitting off arbitration recently lost 5 ETH. How? He saw an exchange that offered Ethereum and BTC at a slightly higher price. I mean, The exchange had everything - more exchange look and feel, 2FA - everything and banking $10 on every ETH seemed like a good deal.

Another issue with arbitrage is the tx fees that goes along with it.
Yes, arbitraging is too risky, yes trading is already risky but arbitrage is more. Sometimes there will be delays in transferring your assets or your coins to the other exchange due to the congestion , sometimes it is not yet confirmed in the other exchange the price of the coin already dumps, the prices of each coin is not differs too much, it is a little differences in each exchanges. Fees are also one of the problem, you need to pay that and it will deduct to your coin.

475  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CHART 2016 VS 2019 on: November 18, 2019, 08:54:45 AM
On the chart, in 2016, November saw a sharp increase in bitcoin. In November this year, the development of bitcoin prices was not so fast. despite their similarities, I think 2019 will have a slightly longer time to make a high increase. if this is in accordance with my speculations, then the price of bitcoin can go up like November 2016 in December or early 2020 to come.
Yes , on November that year shows the bitcoin on its bull trap season, in this year it is hard to say that  in the following weeks or months bitcoin will began to be like that again. It is slowly going up now but most of the days we can see that it goes down trend. In order for us to have a conclusion that we will obtain a chart like that again it needed to be continously go upward , let see for the following days it is really a bull trap season now.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never possible earn free bitcoin without work. on: November 18, 2019, 07:34:46 AM
If we are just want to earn free bitcoin without work then people will be a scam at the end because there is no free now. All needs hard work, time and effort. If we just want to earn without doing anything then for sure we scam easily. Together with hard work, time and effort, good analyzation would be a great partner to earn a good amount of bitcoin.
Yes, people who believe in this fact must be scammed sooner or later. Yes it is possible to have a bitcoin without any work even altcoin it is not probable. We need to put a right amount of effort in order for us to obtain something a force is needed in work . Get work related in cryptocurrency such as signature campaign and this could be right to be called job.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you identify a transparent project team? on: November 18, 2019, 04:36:56 AM
I believe that there are several ways to verify the legitimacy of a project team and some are listed below:

1. Try to convince the team to conduct an AMA via online video conference and ask questions including technical ones that
are relevant to the project (If the team don't know what they are talking about especially with development aspects, then
we could consider it as a red flag)

2. Research and verify their social media profiles especially on Linkedin and Github profiles - (for core developers) and assess
if they are really who they say they are and try to see their previous activity on projects they have worked on.

3. Observe if they have good community management and if they are regularly interacting with the community via social media
channels and see if they are always ready to assist on any concerns  of the community. (most legit projects often responds
to the community's queries mostly in a daily basis and if you didn't get any response to one of your queries, then beware of
    this project).

4. Observe if they are posting any documentation or pictures of team activities (e.g. attending a crypto conference, symposiums)
If none of these has been published, chances are the project is a scam.

5. Additionally, you could check these threads that might be useful regarding your concern.

I agree with this!. As you can see there are list of team member, developers and core members in their whitepaper as well as in their website, you may view their linkedin account but it is not yet okay to rely on that, they need to conduct AMA for us to identify them that they are saying the truth and all the credentials and pictures posted in their site is right , in that case we may know that they are transparent.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: November 17, 2019, 10:21:46 PM
I suggest you if you are looking for a new wallet do not directly search for PlayStore, because everyone can upload applications in Playstore. But you have to find an official source from who issued the wallet. Suppose you are looking for a Coinbase wallet, then you visit the Coinbase website, then search for the app. If not, then get ready to lose your assets.
Everyone must do a crowdsourcing so that they would really know what and where does the application or software is reliable to use. We need to know that new wallets is okay but the thing is we need others people feedback of the wallet that we want is secured and reliable. But for me just stick to old wallets they have been already proven that it is safe for us to use them like coinbase, imtoken and many more, you may also try using online wallet like myetherwallet .
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges Tokens on: November 17, 2019, 08:43:50 PM

As long as there are traders on that exchange, the token may not die. But once the exchange loses trust from the traders for some other reason probably the exchange got hacked, traders may lose confidence to the platform and eventually sell their native tokens. What could happen is that the exchange can hardly find users to register to them. Native tokens are very much limited to their purpose.
Yes it is, those exchange tokens can be found in different exchanges already too, and it goes well. As long as the coin has a supporter, investor and trader it will never die and it will never be delisted in the market, as what we can see most of the exchanges having their own creation of coin tend to be one of the top coins on the market because they use their coin in some pairs too with having a discount or an additional in every purchase I think.
480  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Newbie Traders Lose money? | Risk Management Basics on: November 17, 2019, 05:05:14 PM
Sometimes it really needs a good timing and experience. Newbie traders maybe are very aggressive and motivated that sometimes they might be overwhelmed based on my first experience. I was really so excited to it and I'm so optimistic. Doing some research and thorough review will also help. Most likely its really about luck or good timing. That's why we must invest or trade amounts we can afford to loose the basic risk management in trading.
That is the trait of a newbie trader , I think we all know that attitude since we started like that, we become aggressive in everything that we want, we rush things, our patience level is too low and that is the reasons why we lose money, even professional traders have a history of it too, but then experiences will help us to overcome this attitude it will help us to risk and to not gain too much in every trade that we are doing.
