So when will this conversion happen?
Most likely not until the ICO is over. As each egg is a share in the 1.5m wings and not a fixed amount, we wont know until eveyone they know how many eggs needs to be converted. Of course they could add an estimate, either based on the total number of eggs, or the number of eggs converted so far (like they do with the other coins). just FYI there are about 800,000 eggs that have been awarded over the last 6 months so assuming everyone turns theirs in then it is about a 2:1 ratio. however note that people are still doing translations of the website, whitepaper, and so on. As well as a few doing articles or videos. For translations it is 125 Eggs per 500 words (rounded up). 300 Eggs for articles (must be published on a legit blog or news site; steemit is okay as long as the quality is good and it is not some copy/paste job). 100 Eggs for videos (youtube, etc) - apparently the Russian community loves making explainer videos, would love to see that in some other languages. |

Итоговый курс обмена EGGS/WINGS станет известен, когда все пользователи подключат баунти кабинет. До этого все курсы, озвученные пользователями в данной ветке, стоить оценивать как прогнозирование. Ребятам нужно срочно увеличить траты на маркетинг, совсем сбор заглох.
И еще я не могу понять, неужели за полгода поездок и конференций, не получилось припрятать несколько тузов в рукав?
Зачем ездили то? Где крупные инвесторы? Даже убогий полностью скопированный "Голос" сумел собрать 600 BTC. Команде должно быть стыдно.

Same here. "The DAO" is coming back with "The Charity DAO", so I hope Wings can compete with their lead advantage. Another similar competitor is hack.ether.camp, but I bet all my money on Wings.ai IMO, Wings UI/UX is more inviting. Wings is more transparent.    thanks. The unique advantage is this forecasting model and leveraging the community pick projects to recommend to the world; as well as allow releases of funds based on milestone achievements. The WINGS DAO community basically acts like a due diligence and governance arm. Just a little history here but the Silicon Valley VC came into being because the East Coast bankers didn't understand how to go about funding technology start-ups on the West coast. Likewise, it is possible to make a claim that many VCs today are unwilling to fund the development of crypto p2p networks because they do not fit into their box. So we have the opportunity to build a new system for ourselves. |

Would it be accurate to say the participants in the current ICO will be part owners in the WIngs DAO itself, and as such will receive rewards from income generated by all future projects within the Wings ecosystem? Yes, Wings holders are part 'owners' (not legally, but in practical terms) of the Wings DAO and get rewards whenever a new DAO has a successful crowdfunding. just to clarify people only get rewarded when they forecast on a project, and the closer their forecast is to the end result (how much the project gets in funding) the higher their reward (the portion of the fee the project pays to the DAO) and the higher their Forecast Rating goes up over time. therefore there is an incentive to continue to participate and evaluate projects |

UI looks awesome So the shareholder will get a chance to vote on the project in order to decide the project's future right? the WINGS DAO community forecasts the potential success of a project, for now we are only considering key questions like: 1) is the project legit or is the proposal spam/scam 2) if legit, how much will this project bring in their crowdfunding (basically what is the value of the project) 3) if the project has milestones that unlock funds, what is the chance that each milestone will be achieved this allows people who do not have time to spend our and hours reading about each new coin coming out to basically focus their time and money on the top as filter by the WINGS DAO community. In turn the WINGS DAO members get some % of the funds that a project raises the more accurately they forecast - note that #2 can be resolved using "blockchain fact" (the deposit contract/address), and #3 can be resolved by automated release of funds based on block time unless the project DAO does an exception vote which would fire off a process to find a new project team. once a project is like the holders of a coin (the people who funded the project) would get to determine it's upgrade path for example what transaction fee algo to use, or other parts of the coin's economic model or other things. we however want to get enough funding to build in forecast markets so people are not actually "voting" they are deciding what option makes the coin holders more money. |

I have some questions ,
According to you, investors would receive tokens of DAOs launched via Wings.
So, would every investor get tokens of DAO launched or the ones who make precise predictions?
Would these DAO tokens get automatically transfered to Ethereum address?
Also, it would be nice if you could provide us update on Bounty. ( Conversion of eggs to wings)

Wasnt 10% additional bonus meant just for first 1000BTC collected or was it for 10k BTC?
10% bonus is for the first 10000 btc invested. And for the people talking about why Wings using the term "donation" instead of "investment", is it because Wings registered themselves as a foundation and not as a company? More explanations posted but i'm so busy to read it all. See Question 5. We used the same firm as Ethereum after interviewing several and determining they had the right set of skills, experience, and regulatory environment. Due to the nature of the platform were advised that this is the correct way. We will be recommending this firm to some of the project DAO's. |

Определение недобросовестных проектов является не только задачей площадки, но и личной мотивацией владельцев токенов. 2) Косвенно помочь с определением мошеннических проектов помогает исторический рейтинг прогнозов, который присваивается каждому аккаунту и позволяет пользователям видеть точность совершенных прогнозов с этого аккаунта.
