461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enigma Hacked; Over $470,000 in Ethereum Stolen on: August 22, 2017, 08:48:49 AM
I wonder how the hackers are going to cash out all these stolen ETH though Huh
Probably they will distribute the bag load of eth into small chunks and cash it out later on....its quite alarming at the rate the hacks keep on coming is there some sort of connection in these projects, a loophole in the code used or maybe its an inside job Huh
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] InvestFeed #1 Cryptocurrency Incentivized Social Network - Bounty on: August 19, 2017, 04:50:43 PM
i think your calculation is right. we just need to wait bounty distribution.
Calculations are certainly correct unless investFEED team choose to increase the Bounty Budget which is unlikely Roll Eyes

We have completed all the countings . We just need a Bounty pool count from team or jamal.
Is Jamal ever coming back??? And I thought Avi is technically the campaign manager for this campaign in Jamals absence.... wasnt the partnership official? When can we expect an official Bounty pool count

463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: August 19, 2017, 04:11:33 PM
Girona vs Atletico de Madrid, although atletico madrid can bought player because their are ban for activity transfer til summer of 2018 but they are still have good team for compete in la liga. i think atletico madrid would win this match.
The ban might look like a punishment but I see this as a good way for players to develop as a team and not  to worry about the next big signing/name coming to get their place in the team and truth be told they are such a strong team, it should be no surprise to see Athletico Madrid winning their first match of the league away from home.
464  Economy / Speculation / Re: $5000 is not far away from us ;D on: August 19, 2017, 01:17:02 PM
last week only $3400, now it's $4400
Maybe we shall see bitcoin go up by another thousand dollars this coming week Tongue and we really not far from 5000, we just need to hang  in there maybe something special will happen before the end of the month
465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 19, 2017, 12:49:49 PM
I think we may see a draw from Man.Utd in this game although I hope I am wrong here. The odd 1.36 didn't seem quite convincing to me to Man.Utd since they were playing outside their home stadium.
Anything is possible with football and if United do not score another one they might get punished for it and bookies really came out short with a Manchester united win @1.36

Until now 35 minutes almost and its still 0-0. I am not surprised at any outcome in every single game from the premier league as this is the most difficult league to predict.
United needs to change their attack strategy because  these swansea guys have packed the bus upfront and United is one goal up 63 mins gone Wink
466  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: August 19, 2017, 05:41:43 AM
The only jackpot i have won is the prime dice 77.77 one. I have won them three times, but unfortunately the wins weren't that big, The biggest i won from the jackpot was 0.007 BTC. Have you ever won a jackpot in your life? If so how big was it?

Good to know that people do actually win these jackpots but unfortunately for me I have never won any jackpot and I do not play such games anymore simply because its no longer fun to play and I lost more money gambling than i won.

"The biggest jackpot from the list below is won by user " tyz" with amount of 3.7 BTC. "
Wow this is a big win probably a high rollers jackpot.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 BCH = 1 BTC before end of august? on: August 18, 2017, 10:17:08 PM
I really thought bitcoincash was going to crash when it was dipping in its $200 margin but now BCH holders are been rewarded for holding but whats driving this hype....Within 24hrs and its up by over 90% Shocked
468  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-18] 'Bitcoin cash' surges 40% in single day as investors bet on... on: August 18, 2017, 10:01:53 PM
40% is quite high for a digital currency many despised in its early days, I guess all the negative hype was all in the bid to buy cheap bitcoin cash tokens ....well played now we wait and see how it will hold up or maybe its just another pump and dump crypto? Only time will tell.
469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: August 17, 2017, 02:23:39 AM
gambling will always be profitable in the short run, never in the long run regardless of how good you say you are!

Many people say gambling depends only on luck but i think that experince that you gain when you play too much can be useful. Understanding the game will help you avoid your previous mistakes.
To be honest, no matter how perfect we are, mistakes are bound to be made because its just human nature
470  Other / Meta / Re: Note to admins, BCC is an alt, why threads about it are in the main forum? on: August 02, 2017, 09:35:23 AM
I think Bitcoin Cash is in a mix of both worlds and  that is Bitcoin and the altcoin faction and it wouldnt be fair for bitcoiners to miss this chance to get their  split coins from the bitcoins they hold because they did not see a thread walking them through on how to get their bitcoin cash BCH. Probably when word gets out about BCH it will find its way to the alt section
471  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin dip below 2000 again before Aug 1? on: August 02, 2017, 09:14:57 AM
We already got the answer isn't it? It didn't dip as we expected but instead the price looks above $2700 after the fork. And it even increase for a big hours before the fork at $2900 and some exchanges reported at passing the $3000 mark. So all the fears and uncertainty should have gone for now and we expect a good price ceiling in the future. I think we can say that the fork didn't affect the market price at all, if it did then we didn't noticed it all.
The only reason it did not dip and had a good price before Aug 1 was because people realised they were going to be getting free coins at the price of holding some coins until the split happened and am counting on bitcoin to rally when more people figure out how to split their bitcoins for the main chain bitcoin (XBT) and Bitcoin cash(BCH),otherwise we not going back below $2k for now..probably never.
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty [IXT] InsureX blockchain-secured marketplace for Insurance Bounty Program on: July 25, 2017, 05:12:57 PM
the distribution of the bounty here took so long for me because the campaign manager here said that in 2 days the distribution will start it is the 3rd day now i don't know why is the distribution delayed can someone explain it to me?

You can not honestly blame this on the manager when other bounty participants are still making changes to their addresses

we just need to stay calm and hope distribution starts any time from now
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [RvT] RIVETZ: Decentralised and Mobile Cyber-Security Token on: July 24, 2017, 04:37:01 PM
another ico partnered with tokenmarket.. for sure this will succeed! Smiley

I noticed this too and most ICOs that partner with tokenmarket usually turn out to be successful projects.

whats the ico price?
From telegram chat saw something like 1eth= 333.33 rivet, though a minimum purchase of 150ETH worth of RVT is required
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty [IXT] InsureX blockchain-secured marketplace for Insurance Bounty Program on: July 22, 2017, 11:17:59 AM
Bounties are being paid now for those who joined the signature campaign? I joined and would like to follow up on this please. Thank you very much for this. I appreciate working with you.
Has the generation of the tokens already been done thought the devs talked of additional validation to be undertaken? (via telegram)
Anybody else got their bounty...
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of news? on: July 20, 2017, 08:22:56 PM
When it comes to use i dont restrict my self to certain sites only as news can come from any where and dont want to miss out on the action but https://cointelegraph.com/, https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com, http://Coindesk.com and our press thread are good enough
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BQX] Bitquence - Bounty Program - Earn BQX for Your Support on: July 20, 2017, 07:13:35 PM
-snip-
Looks like there is nothing wrong with my wallet address so I do not need to update it, hopefully this will be quick done for this distribution started ...
yea the distribution will start after all of the participants if they have problem in their wallet they can change it, and after that the distribution will start after 2 days Smiley congratulations BITSEQUENCE ICO:)

True, I do not think it will be distributed next week, but if I think we might just wait two days ahead for this distribution, so what we should do for now, besides waiting for this distribution ...

Distribution might be done over the weekend or start of next week all we need is to stay calm and take their word for it.

Plus Bitquence is listed in some exchangers maybe try BQX trading while we wait Smiley

477  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 0.02 BTC Every 10 minutes (Youtube Giveaway) on: July 20, 2017, 11:22:56 AM
am starting to doubt if this is even legit and how others are able to get more points than others despite commenting and all that?
Whats the real catch in all this, nothing comes for free these days! Tongue
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: July 19, 2017, 09:46:39 AM
The best advantage in Btc is the untraceability.
Because the hardest thing in having money is how you deal with it.
This is why many of businessmen goes to jail, because they don't know how to launder it.
Untraceability is not the strongest feature of bitcoin because if the right channels are not used to cover your tracks that wont be the case..

you will be caught unless you use a bitcoin mixer in your transaction.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] InvestFeed #1 Cryptocurrency Incentivized Social Network - Bounty on: July 18, 2017, 10:31:27 PM

480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: July 18, 2017, 03:55:59 PM
I guess they expect bitcoin prices to reach very high prices, so they can sell them. But, there are some people who just keep the bitcoin they have in order to save it. Well, everyone has a goal, but the most likely is to wait for the bitcoin price to go up.
Exactly thats the big picture we are all waiting for for...high prices and that's why other bitcoiners speculate about these prices to protect their bag load of coins and to encourage others to do the same and maybe one day they would be millionaires
