Not going exactly to plan, but hope is not lost. Will still provide solutions next week regardless of outcome.

463  Economy / Speculation / Re: lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 06:03:47 PM
I think the price will go up with the Scoville scale. Right now Bitcoin is a pimento. It won't be long before it will be a red hot chili pepper.

nice, how about a jalapeņo....it cooled to a green pepper but now its gunna spice it up!!!
464  Economy / Speculation / Re: lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 05:17:36 PM

wow you guys are good at guessing....I was going to do this like once a week but im not THAT rich.....hell im not even rich.....im just average middle class at best.

im going to allow my self one more guess cuz its my game....hummmm 104.44 and 108.88 (was that two guesses?!? you cheating son of a!!) haha my game suckafish. lol
466  Economy / Speculation / Re: the running of the bulls on: April 17, 2013, 03:38:44 PM
while we definitely are still in a medium-term downtrend, it seems like the volatility left in the wake of the monster knife is enough stage for a mini-rally. from a zoomed-out view it looks like a bulltrap, BUT, on the 30-min scale we are incredibly oversold.

based on the PVT:

-===-

-===-

... it seems we are on the verge of a very important breakout. the bid side looks deep, obviously encouraged by mr M's fat $70 wall, and the indicators are temporarily bullish. i think we're going up in a big way, at least to $100.

good call....bitstamp allready broke 100...just barly though.
467  Economy / Speculation / Re: this is insane again on: April 17, 2013, 03:37:02 PM
We were in a downward channel for like a week, no real bulltraps from what I see. Now we are in an upward channel and broke straight through the previous downward channel after what many are thinking was a double bottom in the 50s.

I look at the past 5 days and I see a bulltrap everyday.  Based on the selloff that just happened this one might be about to break.  We are at 92.9 right now for reference.

the 3rd one edned 18 dollars higher..... how is that a bull trap. it has to end lower that the original. no bull trap there.
468  Economy / Speculation / Re: lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 03:32:32 PM
just to be clear... 11pm mountain time was 5 hours ago... so no more guesses will count....

yep sorry
469  Economy / Speculation / Re: lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 04:06:33 AM
Ok becouse im so nice ill give my last vote to my friend who is a noobie on here thus can not vote, so his guess is 92.30

Good luck to all who played and lets hope for a big high.
470  Economy / Speculation / Re: Yet another analyst :) on: April 17, 2013, 04:04:09 AM
Black swan. Bitcoin's just full of 'em.

Bitcoin IS the black swan.

I loves me some black swan!!!
471  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyone failed. on: April 17, 2013, 03:56:39 AM

I can't take the pressure!

Ok ok, I put in $2k worth bid and hope to double my money within a few days.

I have faith!

That $2k bid was a troll.

My user name is a troll.

My funny pics are all trolls.

You all got trolled.

Now on a half serious note, I didn't say BTC will die completely. I related it to a 20 year old video game, heck maybe even 30 year old video games. Like the 8-Bit Nintendo. I'm sure some people still play these games sometimes either by digging the console out of their basement, or using emulator/roms. Just like some day (soon) people will still have bitcoins, but will be only a few people saying look at my 1000's of BTC that are worth $0.01 each. It'll become obsolete just like an old video game, that very few people will touch for nogalistic purposes.

wow you realy do have no life. good luck with trolling. ignore button initiated. see ya in the negative universe
472  Economy / Speculation / Re: lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 03:48:07 AM

ha, ok my second guess will be 90.12
473  Economy / Speculation / Re: lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 03:16:39 AM
I will guess 104.44
474  Economy / Speculation / lets play a game. what will the high be at this time tomorrow. on: April 17, 2013, 02:39:04 AM
OK the game is this, .5 bitcoin for the one that guesses to the penny, the all time high in a 24hr period from an hour and a half ago.   so... from 7pm MST to 7pm MST  guessing closes at 11pm MST (mountain standard time) (2 hours behind east cost time.) on Tuesday April 16th 2013

two catches though

1) must be bitstamp exchange NOT gox
2) if you guess above 100 and you get it right, TO THE PENNY you get ONE FULL BITCOIN. not 1/2 but 1/1 one full the whole pie the big inchelada the hundo the 8ball the benjimun!

limit one guess per person also limit of prize is 100USD

all amounts are in USD.

I can eliminate any player that i don't like, I will be the one to determine if there is a winner or not. .... I will be banned if I don't pay up.

I get to guess three times...cuz im cool like that haha

ok get guessing!!!!! yay free money!!!!

475  Economy / Speculation / Re: Call the low for this time tomorrow and have .5btc (7pm EST) on: April 17, 2013, 02:13:23 AM
Silly. I can pick up more than .5BTC by being correct. And I don't even have to reveal my positions.

Then do that, you think anyone cares what your prediction is over that of everyone else on this site?
This is all speculation, I say the low will be 45.75 does that benefit you or anyone else in any way? Nope
dude is an ass hugh.  i can make that while i take a sh@% im sooo cooool. its a game dude play if you want or dont.

ok so ill guess 58.48
476  Economy / Speculation / Re: Call the low for this time tomorrow and have .5btc (7pm EST) on: April 17, 2013, 02:11:12 AM
I'm bored, let's see your predictions.
Must be exact to the nearest full cent USD. (50.01 current low)
One guess per person, only one winner (or none)
Let the games begin.

on gox, bitstamp virtex, bitfloor, etc

I think this is the fundamental problem with bitcoin, we all think gox is god this when it crashes bitcoin crashes. if we trusted and used other exchanges more than we would be better off ya?
477  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin is done. on: April 16, 2013, 02:43:19 PM
You are right. I tried to log in to the blockchain and the site is down.

It was good while it lasted folks.

I am buying all paper money because I no longer trust digital currency.

Is this a joke, or are you serious?

oh no we are compleatly sirious! it not just done its outlawed. they say you have to have a piece of paper not backed by gold or anything with there special seal of aproval to buy things. any sort of numbers for traid is no more, also just to be clear and your get the picture and in the know in two years and four days we have to go back to horses bigs sheeps and cows. so you want a bag a suger and two yards of twine? well that will cost two chickens or a hind of a sheep.

dont worry the gov will have a sheet mailed out to everyone describing what is worth what on what animal....and then rite after that they will shut the Post office down cuz its a horrible idea that everyone pays a little and everyone gets a lot. and way to socalistic.

P.S. roads that you drive on and we all pay for so all can enjoy, well from now on (in one year) there will be toll roades at evey single place everywhere. every neiborhood, every high way every light you go threw you will have to pay a toll of 5.50. right hand turn to go to seven 11 its gunna cost you 8.25. WHY!?!?  you ask becouse its to socialit to have a road that we all pay for and everyone can use when the want. its socialist and socialits societys are the devil...... though its working in canada for some reason???
478  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why on earth would you buy now? on: April 16, 2013, 02:30:06 PM
Because I use it to buy things? I do not speculate and really don't care about the price.

PLUS1 !!! I dont use this only as a get rich quick sceam. buy some shit already.

hummmm speculation and then speculate ..... after that ill catch teh bottom and speculate on that then ill speculate on the speculation idea of speculation. but what do you think should i speculate or speculate about speculate with the forum of speculator. hummmmm well all i know is that im going to speculate!!!!!
479  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: just wondering...do you want an easier way to buy coin? on: April 16, 2013, 01:45:19 PM
I've thought about the shadier sounding websites like BitInstant, but I think it's safer to stick with the more difficult but established services.

I agree, trusted and true is a good way to go but let me warn you about coin base, they are a good idea but with the volatility of bitcoins you can lose a lot of money due to time difference's.

example- I bought ten coins on the up swing for 228.00 per bitcoin. they said that they were behind and that they would get them to me by Monday the 15th. I was like ok its going up anyways. and the day before i did the same thing got some for like 168.00 per bitcoin. ten more coins. so now i have sent 228x10=2,280.00 + 168x10=1,680 for a total of 3,960.00 if i would have got them right when i bout them i could have made money by selling at 266 or say i wated till 240 even. i would have done ok for myself but instead i got my coins yesterday. 20 coins times 60 =1,200      1,200-true cost of 3,960 is -2,760

yep i lost 2,760 all because it took them over a week for them to deliver. I warn anyone who uses coinbase that you could loose A LOT OF MONEY.  im NOT wealthy, in fact im lower middle class tax bracket. so this is a good deal of money form me. and i think that there are a lot of people out there scared of bitcoin for one because its so different and info intensive to understand it, two it intangible, and three there are horror stories like these that make people say fuck that ill just not buy bitcoins...this will not help rise the price of bitcoins. so from my pain i have learned that there is a need for a quicker service but less then 4% fee plus 3.95 service fee.
480  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: just wondering...do you want an easier way to buy coin? on: April 16, 2013, 01:00:55 PM
also I would like to state that this would not be anything like an exchange,or transfer as in back into fiat money. this is just for the basic user who wants to buy bitcoins and they can put into there wallet and do as they please from there. if they want to transfer to bitstamp or another exchange or buy things with the coins its up to them. its just a simple anonymous way for you to buy coins. I think that there is a nitch market for this.

but before i dump thousands into it and build a web sight i would like to know if there is a market for such a service.

thank you everyone that has given me feedback. i rely appreciate it!

btw im not a rich person im just trying to fill a need and im savvy when it comes to bulding websights and trying new ideas. i need to build a buisness plan and ask for a loan from a bank ( this will be tricky...hey can you give me money so i can build a bissness that takes money out of banks lol) oh man.
