I do not easily join any ICO projects. But what I check about them first is the platform and how they can perform realistically and get along with others so that investors will easily be attracted to the project. Second is that I check the team. Are they the right person in the job, how r there expertise fare with the projects and among other things.

Until now, Sept 15, market is still in the bear mode. Market is still down and bull has not yet expressed that it is taking over the market. Short term only makes the market alive. However it is a good time to buy because market is down and it is cheap to gamble.

The Founder and CEO of ShapeShift, Erik Voorhees, has announced that the exchange is launching a membership program and soon, anonymous trading will not be available. For years, ShapeShift has been an easy way for cryptocurrency users to convert cryptocurrency into other types of cryptocurrency.
Not having to register and create account was Shapeshift's key feature. Without that, they'll lose most of the appeal and will become not much different from any other crypto exchange out there. If they made such decision just to be on the 'safe side' of unclear regulations, they should make sure it's absolutely necessary.

I liked Shapeshift just because it required no registration. Sad to hear that they go to change it. It makes Shapeshift the same as all other centralized exchanges. Too bad ~ Yes, I feel your sentiments too. In the early days, I use shapeshift to exchange my altcoins but now, with so many exchanges with low fees than shapeshift, I stopped using it. Beside, going to centralized from decentralized is not a good idea because cryptocurrency became popular by being decentralized. |

It is the investors responsibility to check and research that he is investing in the right ICO and company. If you are cheated, it might not be your fault but you were the one to be blamed and not anyone else. I have been blaming myself every time I was cheated and lost good amount of my money but this is the risk in joining the ICO.

Recently there are tokens which became profitable for investors not because they have a strong community but the technology they are developing for their project and platform are good and the profitability for investors are well defined in the platform. If the ethereum blockchain reward is reduce, I don't think it will affect the price. See the bitcoin price the lesser the supply the higher the price. I hope ethereum is like because that is the fact that if the supply is low, the price is high. Let's see what will happen after it. |

Recently I have been trying to pay much attention to https://nexty.io and the EOS blockchain projects, both investment portals are very lucrative,especially the EOS blockchain which according to the project whitepaper is capable of processing millions of transactions per second. Wow, millions transactions per seconds. I would like to check the project itself so that I can have time to study how this will make investors and traders earn and learn the technology. However, the risks in many projects are still there so extra care for high risk investors. |

The current market is in short term movement. Later on which I believe will turn green. We are just in the bear season that's why it is red flag all over the cryptocurrency trading world. So don't panic sell, HODL for 2 to 3 years, who knows it will make you a millionaire just be patient.

I don't think ADA or Cardano will get to $10 by December 2018. Although it has solid team and trusted devs, the jumping to $10 is not yet realistic for ADA because the market is still suffering from down low and everybody is panic selling. ADA has good technology so in tin time it will go up but not this year I guess.

$15000 target is too high for now so maybe getting back to old peak near $1400 should be the first major target. May not get back to even its old highs this year.
Nothing is possible in the cryptocurrency world. Bitcoin last year went up from $8000 first months of the year then going the last quarter it starts to grow tremendously for almost $20K until January this year before going bearish the rest of this year. Who knows it will come that $15000 might surprise us against 1 eth. |

Cryptocurrency especially bitcoin will die if people, investors and developers behind it will not be believing in cryptocurrency anymore. It will die definitely becuase no one is supporting the blockchain industry anymore. But because of its huge following and mega impact on the lives of many people around the world today and nowadays, I doubt it will be gone forever. It will just slow down but in the future it will be returning back and making waves again.

ICOs will still continue to trend even beyond 2019 because it gives investors hope for profitability in their capital. However, without proper research and knowledge of the company, the team and the project itself, and overall behind the ICOs, the risks are very high that you as investors will be scammed.

The market is bad when it is all in red and bloody. It is good when it turns green and I believe that is normal. There are so many newbie investors and panic sellers so we expect heavy selling and continued downhill at the moment plus there is also manipulations in the market which many are observing during bear season, so the bouncing of the cryptocurrencies and altcoins are instead delayed due to the facts that manipulations, panic selling it creates has greatly affected the market.

About a year ago during the bull run there was a very clear correlation between Alts and BTC, one would go up, the other would go dow. Why is this and what has changed?
An idea would be that the "investors" have left Bitcoin and the one remaining are HODLers, now they're leaving the altcoins (although much later than expected). But in truth, I don't think that anyone has a clear picture of what is happening. Every year when bitcoin is hitting its low it is still the same drama, they are leaving bitcoin, bitcoin is dead, bitcoin is a big scam.. come on, give bitcoin a break. HODLERs will be the biggest winners. We'll see that in time when the market turns green. |

Don't believe in the fake news you are reading about the death of the ICOs. ICOs will live until there is bitcoin. It will only change it's name to some same sound name but it is still coin investment. It maybe called biz startup, ITO, or any other appropriate name but it is still the same in platform as ICO. |

I don't think the cryptocurrency market will get green this year. Maybe early next year it will be much bigger higher than the last all time high, and I am hoping it will because I HODL all my coins in the market.

I joined few months ago and trade my coins at mercatox. So far no issues and problems were encountered so I guess, Mercatox is one exchange you can trust. And I am looking forward that LIZA coins will be included soon.

If the market continues to fall, there are many weak hands to sell their cryptos and whales will be rejoicing because they win the war against weak investors and massive panic selling is rising that's why there is instant down of the market prices of cryptocurrencies.
