Sending 1000 satoshi depends on the wallet you are using, and at most times  your transaction fee will be higher than the amount you are sending or you will be told the amount you are sending is too small.

A BTC/ETH address is gotten from a wallet software, to get your address, you must first have a wallet (e.g coinbase, myetherwallet or xapo) and each of them have a crypto currency they support and each currency has their address which you give to receive payments.
NOTE Do not give BTC for ETH, otherwise you loss everything.

It's a good say cause lossing is a part of trading,  but one important thing is try not to loss what you can't contain when the emotions comes, loss what will not disfigure you at the end.

To a little observation I have  gathered, an ICO start showing as a scam when there is first a disunity in the management board of the ICO, and at most times, there is a warning that will be sent to the Ann thread to all participants in the ICO.

Bitcoin is a crypto currency, which is used as an internet money, while $ is a fiat currency used for daily basis. Bitcoin is very profitable when you invest in it, it serves as an investment for a long time run. As time goes on the price increases which mean your investment is yielding you profit, but one thing is certain, there will always come a time when the price will drop (it always comes up).

I was a holder of lisk coin as at last three months, due to ignorance of how the crypto market works, the price came up and I sold all that I had, somehow I cry for my loss, and on the other hand, it's a lesson learned as one becoming a trader in crypto.

I don't really think signing a petition will have any effect on coinbase accepting lisk. It will be better for the lisk team to meet with the coinbase owner and go into conclusions, with that a yes/no will be answer.

The normal or natural rule of trading is by at low price and sell at high price, so as to get back your capital and some profits. You can set a trade limit to how high you want the price to be before you sell, with the help of the site or app you want to use for the trade.

I am not a legend when it comes to trading, but I am sure am good when it comes to holding. One thing is for sure that trading with altcoins is a more and faster way to get profit. But pray to invest into a good ICO for a better outcome.

Agencies that can stop or fight to bring an end to bitcoin and other crypto currencies are the government, anti-fraud agencies and any other bodies that fight against crypto. These can fight, which might either end in a win or a loss. SHUTTING DOWN OF THE INTERNET  will be the only final answer to end the existence of bitcoin and crypto currencies.

I know that you can buy or sell goods here in this forum, things like PC, ps4 which you asked for, and also bitcoin mining machines too. In this forum, you can by anything using bitcoin and maybe altcoins. When it comes to other sites, amazon and ebay( have not really confirmed).

People here who are giving Complains about coinbase has been with coinbase for over 2-3 years now, I have only used coinbase a year now, but have not received any difficulty with them. I guess this depends on the country, cause I have a same country guy who has been using coinbase before I knew about bitcoin and has no worries with them.

Localbitcoins is a very good and legit site for purchasing bitcoin directly to your country's fiat currencies, which does not need an ID card in other to sell.

Truelly for everybody into bitcoin, there is always a buyer so as sellers,  but when it comes to dumping, that's not a good idea. Will you just have a $3000 and because of panic you drop it all, no. If you are panicked, instead off selling all your bitcoin and loss at the end, you use it to buy altcoins, if you are heavily panicked.

Other forums that discuss about bitcoin are reddit and bitcoingarden ,which are the two I know of, but I cannot compare those two with bitcointalk. To the little I have known, here in bitcointalk, this is where ICOs are listed and where campaigns are held. Every other forum is a bye-made from bitcointalk.
