More and more people admire ripple because its faster and cheaper than ethereum but it doesnt mean that ripple can over take over to bitcoin . I am not able to see ripple to be rank in number 1 spot .

Keep on thinking if you use the private key somewhere you might enter it on a phishing website that's why it happened . I also have ledger which for me is the safest place also I am using mew or metamask on some of my ethereum and erc-20 token .

I just invest on projects thats really profitable to hold regardless if its in 1000 rank in coinmarketcap . Ranks doesn't matter to me because most of the time price is just stable and no thrill at all .

I do not believe on the coin that has a second name of crypto like ebitcoin which is a shitcoin for me where i lose $1000 and that's a lesson learned not to trust those kinds of project . Well for me its already normal and I know it will bounce back to $4000 again lets just wait for all crypto to recover 2019 will be exciting for crypto I am sure of that .

Well first believers of bitcoin became rich already in last January 2018 and I can say that crypto is the best way to become rich in the future . You just need to be patience and wait for the crypto to have a bull run again .

Not impossible to happen but still investors love ETH and more project still come using ERC-20 by smart contract in ether so I think ethereum is hard to replace .

Coinmarketcap still the best site when it comes to check the price of a crypto and investors and newbies look at to . If your project list in coinmarketcap then its a big achievement for you also you dont need to worry because coinmarketcap is not an exchange so its still safe .

You have a point but there are even projects that success in providing KYC in rating sites but still ended up scam project . I like your idea actually but I don't think it can minimize scam projects .
