4602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quality Projects Revival on: August 16, 2020, 11:44:10 PM
...There were some good projects that got discouraged and closed the projects due to low or no funding in the bear market. My personal suggestion would be that the teams should consider reviving their projects now, modify them according to new market needs and then come up with an MVP and then start IEO or ITO as the market conditions seem to be improved now.
The most reasons why a project was failed at the moment:
1. Similar ideas with other projects
2. No funds enough
3. No creative, innovative, and also developing team members.
4. No good marketing strategy
Well, it may be an idea to revive those good and potential projects. But there must be notes that will not make the projects failed again as happened previously. However, will the team really go to this chance? Probably they will prefer to create new projects that really fit the concept of today's crypto world and necessities than reviving their old projects.

4603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: August 16, 2020, 11:34:24 PM
There will be always this kind of comparison, Crypto vs Gold. Which one is more valuable?
It will depend on who you are and how this world will stare into these two things. So far, in the world, gold is considered much valuable than other commodities or digital assets. Gold in the world is limited and the value will not be decreasing. Moreover, gold is something limited and cannot be grown again.
In this case, I also a holder of those two, both crypto and gold. Whatever and whichever more valuable, I personally will be happy. Moreover, if the two are all valuable and acceptable in the world.
4604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can enjoy crypto currency on: August 16, 2020, 11:29:58 PM
To enjoy crypto currency trading, you need to have a good inflow of cash.
I am not a good or professional trader. But what I always do is that whenever going for trading, never use the money that is used for your necessity. Always use the free money in which that is really available for trading. For, we will never know what we will gain in trading, profit, or loss. Thatis why we must take the safest way.

If we are a newbie, we can start by learning from the DEMO application if any. We can also start from a small amount for learning to trade. In this case, never think about the double profits at first. just know your own system in order to manage your strategy and also ways for trading, choosing the right coin for your own trading, and also your thoughts of risk-taking and fund management.

later, the funds will be following if you are really ready for trading bit physically and also by funds availability.
4605  Economy / Economics / Re: Lithuania President gifted crypto to Estonian President. on: August 16, 2020, 11:23:40 PM
It is actually not surprising because those two countries are open and welcome to the cryptocurrency world. As we can see in these following.
Quote
Lithuania is one of few EU/EEA jurisdiction having clear and transparent cryptocurrency regulation.
Quote
Cryptocurrency regulations in Estonia are open and innovative, especially in comparison to other EU member-states. Although not legal tender, Estonia's government regards cryptocurrencies as “value represented in digital form”.

However, of course, this can be one of the inspirations for many more countries that cryptos are actually acceptable. Even there may be not certain regulations, the acceptance of crypto in each country will support the development and also adoption of the crypto or even the blockchain technology. Many sectors can utilize the crypto or blockchain technology, moreover related to the business. As you said, it will be very useful.

4606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Rise Due to Lower US Dollar? on: August 16, 2020, 11:10:03 PM
Why do we always associate the US dollar with the current increase in Bitcoin? There are many things to trigger the rise in Bitcoin value, it is not only about the US dollar. The lower value in the US dollar may have a role in the increase of Bitcoin but I don't think it has a big influence. The most thing to trigger the move in Bitcoin price is the demand on the market. People believe that will be a significant increase after the current halving, so they are probably trying to buy as long as the price is still at a lower rate.
4607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Germany Continues Shutting All Unlicensed Bitcoin ATMs on: August 16, 2020, 10:54:18 PM
The Federal Financial Regulation Authority (FFSA) or BaFin, the body responsible for overseeing cryptocurrency service providers, was in the midst of cracking down on both illegal and unregulated Bitcoin ATMs.

According to a Bitcoinnews.com article, the closure accompanies a regulation that took effect last January ordering crypto-service operators to receive BaFin authorization....
It is very reasonable things that the Germany regulator shuts down the unregulated or illegal Bitcoin ATMs. Moreover, there are many. Additionally, if there have been rules about it, why should be illegal? The strength of the government can really force the companies to make the  ATM legal based on country regulation. In this case, if the ATM is also legal, the users will be safer and believe more on the ATM.  As we can see that the country has welcomed the crypto very well. And if there is a new rule, there should be followed in order to take the responsible and get along for better usage and services.
4608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in your ability to earn more. on: August 15, 2020, 11:58:41 PM
...You can earn without any hard work...
I personally do not agree with this. Everything needs effort even it is a small effort. The effort will determine the result of your expectation. So, whatever the condition, activities, and also business, MAKE YOUR BEST EFFORT for it.

[quote author=Shaheer781 You have to keep in mind that you will benefit if you invest in a coin or token by constantly monitoring the market. No experience is required for this. You just have to understand the market signal. Again you can invest in exchanger on any new token.
[/quote]
What kind of advice is this? well, probably it fits for you, but I don't think it can be suitable for others. However, I really appreciate your way to tell us about this advice.
Well, investing is not only putting your money into the coin/token. Investing, moreover, in the crypto world need at least:
1. basic knowledge of investment (the profit and RISK)
2. Knowledge and analysis of the token or coin to invest (never invest in the crypto that does not have any value or future, because once it becomes deadcoin or shitcoin your money will lose). It means that you need the effort to analyze and decide which coin to invest
3. You may not need to be an experienced person to invest. but, the experience will really make you better in investment. Say, you have more experience with the crypto world and investment, it will drive you better to choose and also make certain decisions for investment to reduce the risks.
4. You do not only look at the market. but you must also analyze the market. Analyzing the market is not easy (for me at least). It needs knowledge, skill, chart analysis, and also the graphic shoed on the market in order to get the exact and closed analysis.
4609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With this recent surge in BTC, is it possible to have all time high this year? on: August 15, 2020, 11:45:00 PM
....This might not be far from the upcoming halving happening in the next 13 days...
Wait, am I missed something very crucial here? Will there be another halving after happened the last May of this year? I think several times but I do not find this news about the next halving in next 13 days. hello OP< are you wake up and stay here? Please confirm it. Or did you miss the news update and you thought that it is still on the past news update? Or I that missed this information?

If BTC can recover like this from $3800 and now trading above $9000
I think that you have just wake up this morning and then making this thread before aware of the recent situation. Today, the price of BTC has hit $11,865.31. $9k was several weeks ago.

About ATH this year? I don't think it will happen this year. reaching around $15k is good enough.
4610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and crypto currencies are getting dangerous on: August 15, 2020, 11:31:19 PM
I noticed how every exchange now enforces KYC on every individual that registers on their site, ... Snipped..
It depends on what exchange it is, decentralized or centralized exchanges. if it is a centralized exchange surely you need to KYC in order to make certain limits of the transaction. However, if you register on the decentralized, it does not need any KYC approval. Of course, you must also consider what to choose whether the centralized and also decentralized.
In this case, it is not in the Bitcoin but in the platform itself. We may ignore the T&C if we do not register on that kind of site. So, please analyze first about the exchange to make and cash out your Bitcoin into cash.
4611  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting scared is useful! on: August 15, 2020, 11:24:52 PM
Well yeah, if we can manage our fear, it can be good for us. Moreover in order to avoid being scammed, phished, failed, and more. however, ensure that we can really manage the fear. for, if we cannot, the fear may also limit our ideas, acts, efforts, chance, and also our expectations. In this case, actually we need to balance the emotional management not only the fear but also others likely panic, wise, careful, patient, and more.
4612  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Comparative table on fees among some coins. Pick up one for your need. on: August 15, 2020, 11:18:07 PM
...In this thread, I present you an overview on fees (average, median in $ last 24 hours). You can visit the page, get an overview before doing further steps and choose the best coin at time to move your fund... Snipped
So far, fees become a hot topic to talk in the crypto world, moreover the fees of ETH. It really jumps very high.
Well, this is yeah right, comparing the fees when going to transfer or withdraw the coin is more helpful in order to get the lower fees enough. However it can only be done if transferring from exchanges, so we can covert to the coin that has lower fees. The coins that I mostly use for converting from one exchange to others are likely TRX, XLM, and also XRP. However, before comparing, ensure about the comparison of the price from the previous exchange tot he addressing exchange so that we do not miss the chance to still make profits from it.
However, the question is how if we transfer form the wallet where we cannot convert it to the other coins?

A quick heads up to the newbies: a "cryptocurrency" having lower fees definitely doesn't automatically mean it's better.
That is also right. that is why we must be careful in choosing the right coin to convert that has a lower fee transaction. It also needs to compare the price of the coin from the initial exchange tot he addressing exchange so that we will not lose more.

Snipp
That makes sense. Just yesterday I made transaction of withdrawing ETH from MEW to an exchange, the fee was very cray so that I canceled it several times. until I get the best fee as I can after waiting for several days, I paid for $1.08 fees of ETH for the middle-speed transaction.
On the other hand, the Bitcoin fee was very very cheap. At first, I tho0uoght that it is a fault and I cannot succeed the withdrawal but in fact, I only spent around 0.023384mBtc.
4613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear & Greed Index and Bitcoin Price Chart of last week on: August 11, 2020, 09:56:44 PM
how exactly does such thing get determined? is the data even reliable?
I also think the same, do the Fear & Greed Index really determine the Bitcoin price? I am not really sure about it, I mean It may be just a coincidence. Then, in the future, we cannot determine the Bitcoin price chart with the Fear & Greed Index again. On the other hand, we also don't see enough explanation about the source from OP whether it can be trusted or not. For me, OP should explain it first to make sure that people can trust what OP stated above.
4614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Stable coin is the Best for Investment This Year on: August 11, 2020, 09:44:35 PM
Because the price of stablecoins remains constant and stable, they are preferred for long-term investment.-snip-
Is this the way of investment? If the price is constant and stable, how can you get the profits? I think there is something wrong with your perceptions, you must know that stability means a small chance to earn big profits. While volatility means a chance for bigger profits although there is a big risk there. FYI, I never invest in stablecoins because I think it is not the way for investment. I will buy coins/tokens with high volatility if I want to invest my money.
4615  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Google Advertises Uniswap Phishing Scams on: August 11, 2020, 05:52:18 PM
Could it be that Google doesn't know about the scam because there has been no reporting of it? Especially regarding ads, maybe it's also because the system is running so it can't detect quickly whether the site is a scam or not.
The easiest thing to do is report it to Google Support. Usually Google will review it and will immediately take down the ad if it is proven.
But thanks for informing us here. It means that we can report it to Google in order to avoid people to be scammed.
4616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A project to help make Ethereum the number one cryptocurrency. on: August 11, 2020, 05:05:06 PM
I invite you to discuss an idea that can help Ethereum become the number one cryptocurrency or disprove it.
I have no idea to make it realized. BTC will be always number one in cryptocurrency. And ETH is the number one of altcoins. that is what I think. I am also still confused about the meaning of "controlled volatility". Does it mean that the crypto will not be volatile again or it will be controllable?
Well, I don't think it may work well in the crypto world. Because one of the main characters of crypto is about its volatility. If it is about the controlled rate or volatility, it may belong to the stable coin.
But, this is an interesting topic to discuss.
4617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I make my token conform? on: August 11, 2020, 04:56:28 PM
I am still confused of what you mean. Do you mean how to introduce it in this forum? Or, do you mean about how to make your new token acknowledged by the community?
Do you have other team members?
If you have a new token, you should know how it will work. You should know many things about the token, not only creating a new token but also the prospect of the token, the utility, contract, system, and also many things. They are in order to ensure the people to be interested in your token. However, if you yourself still being confused about it, better to ensure what kind of token you offer, what kind of project ad how profitable it will be. For, most people will not like shitcoins.
4618  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to avoid high transaction fee on: August 11, 2020, 04:50:10 PM
Yes indeed, lately I also feel that fees have increased highly. However, what should we do? I don't want to take high risks. Maybe it is better when you get a higher fee, but the transaction is smooth and fast enough compared to trying to pay less but the transaction takes a long time.
If this is on an exchange, it can be overcome by converting it to another coin that has a cheaper fee. However, if this is in a certain wallet, then I inevitably will personally follow the increase in the fee.
4619  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Never try any Wallet for freebies, Use only trusted Wallets on: August 11, 2020, 04:36:55 PM
I have come across couple of posts in recent times where members have been trying random wallets and losing their funds. The reason which I assume is, there might be an offer for downloading the wallet(airdrop) or they were part of a bounty program or they might want to try something new.
Some people may have this problem, moreover for newbies or those who are interested in such a reward by downloading that kind of new wallets. It happens if they only focus on the reward or the advantages of using the new wallet, but they pay no attention on the risks.

Wallets are not meant to be tested or tried.
That's right. Never try any new wallet if you do not know about them exactly. It is for the shake of the security of your funds in that wallet.
However, some people may precisely have willing to test a certain new wallet in order to know their transaction, system, speed, security, fees, and more. However, those must be the one that has had good research and experience on it. In this case, they will probably purposively send certain amount to the new wallet and test it. but if we are not experienced in it, better not to do that.

It is better to always check and research the reviews of the wallet before using it. Or we can also find the information about the wallet in any trusted source.
4620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facial Recognition Can Help to Come Out from Bitcoin Social Media Scams on: August 11, 2020, 04:19:38 PM
It may be a good idea in order to avoid any scam in the future. But once more, do the people want to do it? It means that the system will need data on facial recognition. I don't think that many holders will do it for the shake of the animosity. some may follow this idea but it may not be general. So, it may be only an option that can be done.
