Has anyone won a satellite to the $100 + 9 satellite to 1500 btc main event, but not receive the ticket, chips, usd nor be able to register? This happened to me and I'm still waiting on support.
When did you send an email? We have no email from you with this issue. When the Saturday tourney is complete, the buyin amount is added to the players account for the entry into the 8:30pm daily satellite currently that would be 185 chips. Also, please forward that email that you sent. Check your email bro. I sent it to both support@betcoinpoker.com and support@betcoin.ag. I just sent it again. Even has screenshots to prove it. I wish this poker client showed the actual conversion to BTC or USD. Maybe in the wallet show what the conversion is? Maybe it's just me... I dunno
Showed this conversion where and when? The only time the conversion is relevant is when you are using your btc to buy into a shared tournament or when you win the shared tournament and your winnings are converted into btc. We do show you at the moment you sign up for the tournament. How would it be helpful to see it in the wallet? |

yeah right how would that work? everyone would just trade there acr chips for bitcoin. how is that a bad thing? people trade $ for betcoin chips and now play there increases on the betcoin site? people get more familiar with bitcoins which is what we all want anyways. How long does it usually take for bets to be paid out?
We have recently added a two factor authentication to withdrawals for player protection which 99% of the players do appreciate. An email is sent to the email address on file to confirm and then between the hours of 10-10pm EST the withdrawal is often sent within minutes but up to 2 hours and after normal business hours it may take up to 4 hours. Are you working on a way to make cash game possible through the rest of WPN network's ?
You could do something like sell the btc for cash when a player join a cash table and then buy btc with the amount of cash the player leave the table with.
Leaving the player to bear the risk and protecting the site from a price change in Bitcoin.
You would just need to have some liquidity on an exchange; it can be done automaticaly very easily with the exchange API's
