4601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PRIZE OF FIGHTING Boxing’s biggest contracts revealed on: November 13, 2020, 11:57:27 PM
You did your research and you know your stuff @OP and now I know too. I actually thought, the boxers through their managers actually bet against themselves for title and money but then, your write up gives a more detail as to how this huge funds lands in the hands of the boxers and it's something new to me. I really thought it was per fight based but, the contract nature of it could just be the perfect idea towards paying a boxer but, the way the fights are been fixed would be of great consideration as, you can't have an unstable or healthy boxer in the ring.
4602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2021 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifiers! on: November 13, 2020, 11:16:48 PM
Portugal's game last Wednesday against Andora was epic. Portugal was rootless against Andora and punished them severely. I just had my eyes fixed on Ronaldo and he surely showed his taste for goals as always untill he got one. I just couldn't pity Andora any less for the beating they received from Portugal, I'm sure all Andora was wishing for is the final whistle to end the game, Lol. Portugal would have been nothing without Ronaldo, he sure loves his country and puts in everything to make it great.

Uruguay did have a fair share of Colombia this evening. I've always trusted Luiz Suarez more in a game against James Rodriguez.
Colombia 0-3 Uruguay
Euros this season is going to be bloody!

Everyone wants Manchester United to get rid of Pogba as if, he was the only bad player in the team, their are other worst players as well, like Lingaurd. I've never liked that guy's play.

Paul Pogba on the other hand might have just failed to perform up to his full potential as he did back at Italian Juventus probably because, he wasn't playing from the wrong he's used to and he's got this ego around him that makes things rather worst than settled.
4604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: AFRICA FOOTBALL. DISCUSSION THREAD on: November 13, 2020, 09:00:51 PM
It's nice of you to have started this thread. I was looking for a thread as this to lament ovee the Nigeria vs Sierra Leone match and ended up commenting on the UEFA nations league thread. I'm so pissed about that game and is still wondering how Nigeria got it all wrong and allowed such a come back from a 4 goals margin to ending the game in a 4-4 draw. That's so much inconsistency right there.
Haven't scored 4 goals just made them relax as if, they had won the day and ended up messing up the whole game and Sierra Leone surely made good use of every opportunity at their disposal and I commend them for that.
4605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: November 13, 2020, 08:41:17 PM
Nigeria played one of the worst game ever today. It was a tough one though, but the come back was just not expected. After scoring 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th goal simultaneously, they had the favour returned in the same exact dose from Sierra Leone How reckless can a team be to allow this sort of come back, not even replying a single goal. The Nigerian team were just lucky not to have lost as the game ended in a Nigeria 4-4 Sierra Leone draw. Sierra Leone did a good job in not loosing faith after the first half scoreline as they pushed really hard in the second half to have that victory.
4606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multi bets vs single bets on: November 13, 2020, 03:10:14 PM
Single bets are the best form of bets because, your almost sure of your predictions before actually staking on a bet. It offers more chances for a win than the multi bets, though the outcome in monetary terms might be low depending on your stake but then, the chances are more. Why is this so, you may ask?
This is because, predicting a lot of matches correctly takes only luck and hope w far before luck runs out of you as at least one or two big teams have got to loose every match days. Compiling bets brings the possibility of adding one or two of these supposed sure bets to the multiple.
4607  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without setting stop loss (Risky or Not)? on: November 13, 2020, 03:02:26 PM
Stop loss and take profit is a necessity for me in trading. It is one of the most useful tool on any trading platform and it is very effective when placed properly. They both helps you to place trades and get out of the market comfortably as your rest assured with either way the market turns, your not going lose more than you can afford and should it move towards profit, you stand the chance to get just the amount of pips that you have considered enough.
4608  Other / Meta / Re: Is this place ever going to get a mobile view option? on: November 13, 2020, 02:25:35 PM
Of what use might it be having a mobile interface@OP, for there to be a need for this modification, it implies there is a pressing disturbance that necessitates this modification but so far, I haven't seen any. I use mobile quite often and I'm not restricted to any feature or don't see a future that is unique to PC that is lacking on mobile except the restrictions that applies based on rank which goes for the two media.

The forum is pretty much stable for me, you zoom in and out if you have problem with viewing the font else, the mobile interface is very much stable me or perhaps it's just what I'm used to. Again, should the interface be too small for you, simply rotate (change your screen setting) to landscape while accessing the forum and you just might have a desired view.
4609  Other / Serious discussion / Re: When the truth became a partisan issue on: November 13, 2020, 01:59:02 PM
People of this nature are always faced with a different kind of problem which is the fact that, they know too much that they can never learn anything new and end up living in the past. It's so sad that the brain which is considered the largest room in the world as it's always ready to accommodate more new ideas, to persons as described by OP, they are already saturated and having a contradictory view is simply you just being a set back and it's really funny because, these different views and opinions are the true essence of new innovations.
4610  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Second wave of Covid-19 in Europe, Lockdown? Is this possible? on: November 13, 2020, 01:37:14 PM
In course of this pandemic, lockdown became the last resort as it offered one of the best ways of controlling the spread but it's effect on the economy made it a strategy only sort out for when the need for a lockdown is just inevitable. Europe seems to be topping the charts in the second wave of the pandemic and as such, lockdown has already been implemented for a week sometime last month and then, only essential service centers were allowed to offer their services.
This in turn pose a great difficulty for petty and small scale business owners. This is just a way of ensuring that a total lockdown is not resulted not because it's not effective but, to avoid a total lockdown as best as possible.
4611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Extreme greed on the market on: November 13, 2020, 09:58:30 AM
Not having a proper trading plan is what promotes this extreme greed as OP calls it on the market. It's one of the worst things you do to yourself as a trader especially as a short term or swing trader. You find yourself stationed at the market at all times as you've got no specific aim or target.

The greed comes to play when, you've archived what is supposed to be your daily quota of the available pips in the market and yet, you choose to raise your take profit margin high and higher each time the market tends to move towards it. In that same instance, the market can move against you with an unexpected momentum and clears everything.
4612  Economy / Exchanges / Re: why different markets show different movement on the same pair? on: November 13, 2020, 09:36:30 AM
It's lathing due to price variation between exchanges as the BID and ASK price varies amongst them, traders will always tend to trade where price is considered favourable to them and as such, the more volatile that exchange will tend to be and base on the prevailing news or circumstances, the trade placed on one exchange will always tend to move more faster than others. Though, I don't think it's going to be in a different direction, it's just the momentum that would vary slightly.
4613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2020/21 Season on: November 10, 2020, 02:41:00 PM
I don't know how many that feels the same way as I do but this is one of the most complicated leagues that exist in the world of soccer. If your some bettor that bets on lower odds or depends on lower odds to make predictions and place your bets, I doubt there would be any future or satisfaction for such better here. It doesn't make it a bad league though but the compitition is tough as most teams almost equate the other in performance and there odds are usually slightly above the other. I have a hard time predicting this league, seriously!
4614  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders who never bother to learn how to trade on: November 10, 2020, 02:30:13 PM
One thing that gives people the mindset of the fact that they can actually be traders without learning a thing or two about what happens in the market or how trading works is because, they are very much familiar with the fact that, your advised to buy when the coin is rising and sell when it's falling. That way, your sure to make profit. It's true, this is very true but, there is a way to this and that's what a lot of traders don't understand.

Despite that a coin might be rising, there is what we call Base and Quote. This is where the trick lies. If you don't understand the concept behind this two terms in trading, your sure to place trades wrongly and end up loosing and loosing even more.
4615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the secret to success in trading? on: November 10, 2020, 02:00:20 PM
There are a lot of qualities a good trader need to have and I've noted quite a few in your article and I'll like to lay emphasis on it and as such I've quoted them right here.

be patient not everything is now, sometimes you have to endure so that you can reward it.
Not many traders have the patience to wait on a confirmation for an entry or exit point by analytical tools like the candle stick patterns before taking a position in the market. Patience is vital as, a confirmation is like a guarantor on speculation on analysis because, their is always a possibility of a continuation and break out.

have a strategy, not everything is crazy, the best things is to take things slowly and think before acting.
As a trader, developing a trading strategy that suits you is more better and profitable than copying other people's trades or trading based on subscribed signals. It doesn't build experience.

not having emotion and having a cold and calculating mind, everything is going to happen only is to be a calculating person.
Emotions are what create biasness on a persons entry or exit position in a trade. It might somehow make you raise your take profit or stop loss if in place due to the situations at the market, your emotions can breath forth greed which could be damaging.

always be aware of news
News is one main market mover as most traders depends on news to decide if they are to buy or sell, go long or short depending on what is deducted from the news. News has the potential of altering an existing trend in the market especially when the news is a strong one.
4616  Other / Serious discussion / Re: What I have learnt from the pandemic -points- on: November 08, 2020, 11:31:47 PM
Humanity thought or we all thought we are at a very suffisticated level of advancement and there is very little that could be new to us or above our handling more easily but, this pandemic has proven otherwise. It shows us how exposed we could be should something more deadly that isn't dependent on age group hits us.

The pandemic also exposed how crucked the government of developing nations are and how it's subjects could be neglected and used as an incline to attain wealth while the masses suffer. It's outrageous and the course of agitations in most nations.
4617  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Promote constructive criticism when doing posts or replies, on: November 08, 2020, 11:10:38 PM
Many newbies are already scared of posting or making comments on posts based on the strick rules that governs the forum and the reports that is been done occasionally on default users and suggested for a ban. So, once a newbie get some form of criticism that comes off rather negatively, it reduces their self esteem and scares them. With a built up tension, a lot could go wrong.

I recall a time when I was just starting to create topics more frequently, CryptopreneurBrainboss criticised my work article and said, I'll just quote it here;
Ps: Nice thread by the way but please next time avoid capitalizing all your words (as seen with your title). It might discourage some forum members from reading your thread.
Noted on the caps lock thing

When you get corrected, the best method to show you understood what the corrector was trying to correct is to actually take that correction. In this case it means you should have immediately correct your style of writing but since that's not the scenario it means you didn't get my message.

Seems like you don't understand the symbolism of capitalizing all your words. To some it sounds like you're shouting while to other it might come with a angry tone. In your free time you can Google this out as it'll help you alot.

Understanding how to construct your English language properly will help you both on and off forum, don't take that for granted.

Edit: seem the correction, enjoy your merit by the way (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Even when I choose to wait a while, he persisted for an immediate effect and I responded by doing the necessary. Just like that, a positive character is built and instead of discouragements, you get encouragements. That's the way positive criticism works. So, it's best to help new users by criticizing only positively.
4618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 08, 2020, 10:49:54 PM
The league table is almost set with only one strange team on the first five spot and that is southampton. I see them falling off there grip soon. Lol.
Arsenal suffered a great lose today at the hands of Aston Villa with them winning both halfs. I was really expecting a come back from Arsenal at the second half but it only got worst as Aston Villa added 2 more goals to end the match in an Arsenal 0-3 Aston Villa win. A well deserved 3 points for Aston Villa. EPL had less goals scored today compared to yesterday. It seemed as though the defenses today we're on the watch to avoid any mistakes. Not even Manchester City and Liverpool made it to an over 2.5 today. I don't see the last games of today to have gone according to predictions.
4619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 08, 2020, 10:30:47 PM
Valencia deserved that win because of the big problems in Real Madrid defence. it seems to me that Karim Benzema is the only scoring forward and Zidane should think about strengthening the attack.
Either they deserve the win, I don't know for that as my own judgement on deserving is based largely on their game play. They just got lucky to use the chaos in the defence and steal a 3 points from the great whites tonight. A mean, how many games do you watch and they have an own goal from Varane along with 3 penalties and even a retake on the a saved penalty on which, the your team mate happens to be the one that encroached on the shooting area. Carlos Soler surely did a good job scoring everyone of those penalties after then and they've got the 3 points they so desire.

I agree with you that Karim Benzema might just be the only striker on the Real Madrid team right now and they've just need to watch out for the worst should he sustain an injury. You can't defend a number one spot on the table or win a league title with just one striker. He's going to be targeted. Just as we saw Sergio Ramos targeted Muhammad Salah in the UCL few seasons back and Liverpool lost.
4620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 08, 2020, 08:21:53 PM
The match has been going on, and now Arsenal are 1 goal behind Aston Villa. 10 minute into injury time regular time, I'm not sure Arsenal aren't sure they can equalize. It would be great if Arsenal lost, because that could give City the opportunity to be one level above them. Lol
I don't know if my comment is due to my stake on arsenal to win but, I feel a good come back on the part of arsenal. I believe the game would ilend in a Arsenal 2-1 Aston Villa win with Arsenal bagging all 3 points, it's half time already, let's see what the second half holds.

The manchester city 1-1 draw was an expected outcome, maybe not an under 2.5 as it turns out but, it was surely going to be a fight of two elephants where the grasses beneath them suffers and that's what it turned out to be. It was obviously an andrenalin filled match on both sides and Manchester City has succeeded in making Liverpool's time of being top on the EPL table short lived as Tottenham now leads after a West Bromwich Albion 0-1 Tottenham win and now tops on the EPL table. Jose Maurinho must be really proud.
