I have repeatedly told people that Bitcoinica is a scam and that Bitcoinica staff should be banned from the forums.
Maybe now people will actually listen.
Bitcoinica is a regulated entity, verifiable by government records. We are one of the most legitimate businesses in Bitcoin community, by any standard. I second that, and vouch for Zhou and the Bitcoinica team. I refuse to give people who donate 64k BTC to hackers and devalue all of our Bitcoins any credence. Hopefully the reward will attract even more hackers! , we will buy the exact amount from the market anyway. We don't want to owe any Bitcoins. USD is always the debt currency for us. If?... Interesting! I'm not the guy making such decisions, sorry. Like I said in my edited post, IF you don't reimburse your customers I will want to see you and all of Intersango staff wearing a scammer tag, and genjix(or anyone connected with Intersango) kicked out of the Bitcoin dev team. That's all! You're no better than Tom Williams if you don't fully reimburse your customers. |

How much hashing power do you have? What are you going to do if you run out? I assume at some point all of your current hashing power will be allocated to this project and you will then have to go out an buy more. Once that happens there will be a delay as more hashing power is brought on line.
So, how much actual hashing power do you have currently?
How much of that is allocated to this project?
How long will it take you to bring more power on line?
25GH/s that what he have. Currently half of it is allocated to the project, but more will be soon because one large deposit was just made, so maybe 15 GH/s allocated. These are simple pointers that were already answered on this and other thread on the newbies forum. I'm sure pyramining will give you exact numbers  |

Wow, i was just told by Paypal - after asking - that although there was a flood of chargebacks they wont charge back anything related to Bitcoins or Virtual Goods at all... Wonder if that telephone guy is right or not.. chargeback still pending I would ask that on a written form and signed by Paypal managers... And then proceed to sell Bitcoins without fearing chargebacks lol |

How are incomes split up to the accounts? Oldest account, first paid? Every account the same? Weighed by deposit?
It is weighted by deposit. I works exactly like this: Every income generated by mining get split proportionally to the amount deposited. 30% of the income goes to sponsors. You get 15% of every direct referral income and 7,5% of 2nd and 3rd level referrals' income. I think you should allocate more GH/s... Check your recent deposits lol |

Nefario also said a long time ago that despite the asset being fake, he would honour it with shares in GLBSE. I thought it set a bad precedent at the time, given that I had always wanted to invest in GLBSE, but couldn't because it's not public, and I had taken the time to check the signature on the fake asset and realise that it was fake. Nefario's announcement to honour the fake asset meant he was rewarding those who didn't do their homework.

Sorry to quote this from earlier, but I think this pretty much sums it up. The style of writing is the biggest give-away here! It is completely off. Plus the insider-bitcoiner references. I wonder if someone here is pretending to subjectively comment on this when in fact they made it themselves.  Yeah, I think SgtSpike made this all up so that he could earn 10 BTC by "retyping" it. No, but that would have been a clever idea! I still stand by the sheer amount of time spent on this. Again, if it was a troll/fake, whoever made it still did spend 100's of hours compiling it all together. I certainly wouldn't do that for only 10 BTC!...much less for the lulz... |

You can earn even more, if you get your own referrals. yes..... a certain somebody is pushing a 5000% return on his bitcent. That would be me. And it's not a bitcent.
