4601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin help on: April 18, 2021, 04:30:22 PM

where do i go ?
i have a great knowledge TA and charting . and knowledge of blockchain and e other important concept .
kindly help me ( i dont know which emotion dont letting me in maybe its greed or maybe i am just going for gambling ) i am expecting too much i dont its normal or stupidity .

where do i get started with confusion help me Huh?

Yeah is not called stupidity but is called greed and that is the challenge you have, every other human being will have it if they are greedy. Being greedy is a challenge to life itself so you should learn how to take care of that. You talk how you are doing TA right but your emotions is taking larger percentage of your decision. Learn to control your emotions and you can be better in your decision.
4602  Economy / Speculation / Re: Institutional buyers are not backing down. More Pump? on: April 18, 2021, 10:45:15 AM

Here's the answer mate https://coinmarketcap.com/ check of the pump really continues or just dumping already..

but Hey there might be a changing position in the next  days but make sure you are ready to what will be the activities of the market as it is changing continuously nowadays.

I hate to say this but there might be a Bear to come this 2nd quarter.

How will you differentiate between a dump and a correction ? Bitcoin is at 55K today and you think it is a start of a bear market. As long as bitcoin is above 20 weekly moving average , we are in a bull market and currently the 20 weekly MA is at 42000$.
I think he refers that this correction is including of the bear trend. This moment always comes to the crypto market and it is normal to see the price will go down after reaching the highest price. But we will see another pump for bitcoin and that will happen after this bloody drama. This moment will be good to buy more bitcoin because we can see the price touch $54k. But unfortunately, we do not know how deep bitcoin price will still go down. Maybe below $54k or any price, so you better be careful.

Except we didn't follow the last 2017 bull and bear that caused real panic to hodlers and they dumped more in losses while price kept fallin. At the moment bitcoin touched $64k and down to $54k, that can't be called a bear, is just an 11% which can't be compared to bitcoin bull move. IMO it is still in bull and when hodlers dump, it takes another dive after a while. So we may see $70,000 on any further bull.
4603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy Dogecoin run 100x in 2 years on: April 18, 2021, 08:44:06 AM
Did anyone else miss out on the Dogecoin run?
This is up 100x over a year or two, and it is still going higher.
Wow.
$40 Billion marketcap now, how high can this go?

I don't know how long the price of Dogecoin will continue to increase, because I don't believe that the price of Dogecoin can increase very high like now and this really surprised me, so of course this makes me regret that I never believe to invest and hold Dogecoin (although I know Dogecoin was made just for jokes), but investing in Dogecoin can make me richer than I invest in Ethereum Cheesy.

Jumping in at the moment could still make doge to pump but certainly, the tweets of Elon musk does the magic. I'm hoping that he is going to keep pumping more tweets because the doge community are not taking it cool as the volatility is really drawing more users outside the community in. Very few people believed in dogecoin but now it is still hanging at 0.27 for another bull run.
4604  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My trading strategies on: April 17, 2021, 04:02:21 PM

I fill my bags with altcoins when the alt markets are down against Bitcoin and sell them when the market is on the rise to buy bitcoin which will be on a downtrend at that moment.

This technique has worked for me over the years.

This is right and it has repeated itself again this bull find after it occurred in 2017 bull. Investors who were experienced back in 2017 got their bags filled too and dumped for profit later. Almost all coins have given profit this season too. I have followed two coins or even three or more, you can name them, tron now at 0.14 from when I started following at 0.05. Of course we have seen doge making a huge and outstanding move from 0.02 to above 0.40, Bgl have also done a price rally and dumpers too advance lol. Is a profiting investment to take advantage of bear and wait for bull.
4605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is private and decentralized, ok but what if someone dies? on: April 15, 2021, 08:40:02 PM

Bitcoin does not consider this! maybe if I am old I will write my private key for my family, but then again what are the chances that they would understand how to get the money? There are so many people who aren't computer savvy, so even if we go the extra mile of writing the sentence or the key in the well, a good chance that family members will not know how to use it and take it for granted. They don't know how much bitcoin worth and will neglect it, of course, given you wrote a well. What if you didn't?

The worries you are expressing now is because you are alive because a dead man does not worry, he is gone and gone for ever. Therefore, to avoid these kind of worries for the living after the dead was gone is to write a will as the first thing to secure what you have. The worries about family members or trustees not understanding, knowing or have knowledge about bitcoin is inconsequential because when the time comes, there will be the solution on it but if you don't put down a will and die intestate, that is bigger problem. So you need to prepare a will about how your hodlings should be handled. To die testate is to write a will. The thread below also dealing with this kind of topic.

4606  Economy / Speculation / Re: 50K on the way and I am Still Alive on: April 15, 2021, 05:09:38 PM
Yeah you are actually alive to see your speculation come up real and even going beyond it. The bitcoin story is really that kind that looks unbelievable but it has happened and yet many thread are still predicting more highs for bitcoin.

But I don't know if you invested then and held one single btc to this time. Just as many now are doubting $100,000, $200,000 price in the future, many also doubted you too. Below are some doubts but just in 8 years after the prediction, it happened.

User: gamybtc

I am sure they can never be $50k per 1 bitcoin. It is unbelievable.

And after just 8 years, it happened

If You wait 33 years maybe they will be worth 50K Cheesy I will wait too see You in 33 years

Lol
4607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency trading on: April 15, 2021, 03:50:48 PM
Personally my advise is that you need to look for less volatile coins so you can have little ways to learn while trading because of your lack of experience. You can avoid trading bitcoin pairs or maybe Ethereum. Trade on less volatile coins , read and research more .
4608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Going to buy 5000$ of tokens at their pre-sale on: April 15, 2021, 02:40:20 PM
We don't have to be greedy to buy from ICO when we have doubt. Don't chase cheap coins and lose your money. However it looks OP could be making up an awareness for the project or you part of the team.

I looked at the website and the timer ticking remind me of the long gone ICO era. Grin I have been scammed severally by ICO project and I have learn to buy from exchange.
4609  Economy / Economics / Re: Raising the stock market after Covid-19 on: April 15, 2021, 01:40:31 PM
Cryptocurrency is now looking like the new gold and huge movement of activities are going towards the area. It is a modern found "gold" and it definitely giving out value to adopters, its volatility is no where compared to stock trading which can be manipulated but cryptocurrency isn't. You hava lot of freedom with cryptocurrency unlike stock trading because you may be interacting with brokers from time.
4610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "COIN"- Coinbase IPO- Opens today- Thoughts? on: April 15, 2021, 12:06:40 PM
I won't be a buyer not because I don't wish to but because of the price. But sure it will create more fire in the market because CB isn't a small exchange and it create huge volume for coins so I know it will have a huge market for its IPO.
4611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin hold and airdrop on: April 14, 2021, 10:11:51 PM
I did not find the site you gave, if you want to hold one coin to get an airdrop I think Binance is safer because a lot of new coins are obtained if we hold BNB in their exchange wallets.

Binance is making such promotion to customers. I think they have such feature but I don't really know how long that will last or if it is as far as the coin exist on the exchange. This is really drawing up customers to the exchange.
4612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: my trading is a fail help me, thanks on: April 14, 2021, 09:16:37 PM
I have been in many Facebook groups but its not what I am looking for.

Thanks for the nice response.

Then what are you looking for. You never gave an instance of what it is you looking for. Please do that.

Meanwhile, Facebook isn't a spot I know that signals are got from except telegram or YouTube and few others. But these groups can not be the total help you need. The help you need depends on yourself.
4613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the graph vs ... on: April 14, 2021, 04:20:17 PM

Do you think its a wise move to drop my graph tokens for those two in the long run, or do you think it can grow more compared to dot for example.

You don't need to drop it because this is the bull run for altccoins and any coin can bring up surprises. You can see what ripple is doing despite being in court. You can buy the coins you want to but hodl what you have.
4614  Economy / Speculation / Re: Free $50 in BTC for Speculation from CFD Exchange on: April 14, 2021, 03:57:16 PM
Do not be scammed by the phrase for free, as no one gives anything for free. It is also better to remove kYC part, give the prize in specific token and it does not necessarily be in US dollar.

"There is no free money on the internet" For this point I disagree, Uni, safepal and the popular now TKO are some example project that gives free money and I earn so much from this
All the examples you mentioned do not promise users to get free money. They were promised money that they would get in a certain token and the price of that token might drop to zero.

This is a good advise anytime you see someone advertising free money. It is not free. KYC is your information you are going to risk out there and scammers can have access to it. I prefer to labour for what I get because I'm sure it will be rewarding for me. They could be buying your information with $50.
4615  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ATH - those responsible. on: April 14, 2021, 02:46:45 PM
Cheesy With profound gratitude and deep appreciation to those who short-sold their Bitcoin for this moment to be realistic, I think you’ll. Believe me, without them this moment shouldn’t have been possible, so, we the long hodlers say thanks, more liquidity still in need from these sellers.
And as much as we preach in the last couple of months that shorting bitcoin is dangerous because you will get rekt, but still traders and speculators think they can in this super fast rally that we have seen since late 2020 and up to this time. But we long term holders doesn't need to rub it in, we only wish they could have learn their lessons.

It is now obvious that bitcoin is used as investment, asset and income flow for people. Those who short obviously know that bitcoin was still on bull but they couldn't hodl anymore to risk waiting a long time if bitcoin drops drastically and that was a major reason to short. Now, are they going to regret seeing price climbing to $64k? They sold for financial need and bitcoin is climbing for real hodlers.

Checking on the past movement of bitcoin from 2017, this bull is different and I feel that next halving is going to take another hot bull and volatility.
4616  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to avoid to not lose cryptocurrencies on exchanges on: April 14, 2021, 02:08:18 PM
It's simple, just don't leave your crypto coins on any exchanges either top or low exchanges cos anything can happen at any time and not all exchanges will be able to do some refunding, here is why top exchanges are a bit better because they have better security and if hacks do happens they can do reimbursement easily

You have confused your point here on security to coins. But whichever exchange we want to keep our coins and whether big or small, keeping our coins to our own wallet is more secured because we have access to the private security and no one else.
4617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dtep, a coin going to moon soon 🌙 🚀 on: April 13, 2021, 08:15:51 PM
This coin has had a huge ATH to $91.29 just 4 months ago. And now down to $0.12 . What could have happened for such a huge current difference from ATH of $91.29 to the current price.

You can search more information from cmc.

4618  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A little sad story on: April 13, 2021, 05:02:26 PM
Whenever you lose out profit that you thought you would have made, you also need to see it the other way. You could have lost totally too and that is the other way. Always be greatful if you have made little profit and that can prepare you for another chance to make better profit as you can choose if the market didn't go off you.
4619  Other / Beginners & Help / Die testate with your Bitcoin. Death is inevitable on: April 13, 2021, 02:45:26 PM
I guess not many people want to talk of death but we need to understand that it is inevitable to a living being including you. The word death is two edged sword, that is, it can touches the speaker and listener or reader. So desist from panicking at the instance of hearing death  Grin Just do what you need to do

The word death on the thread topic may have sent shivers down some people's spine but don't allow your coins add up to the lost coins. You sure know that some wallets today have lots of bitcoin that are regarded as lost because of no activity or transactions on them for longtime, maybe due to lost passwords or death. You want that to happen to your hard earned coins ?

So if we don't want that kind of experience that when you are no more on the earth, the people behind and your loved ones can go on enjoying your labour dying testate is making a will lol.

I have simply been saying the need to make our will on beneficiary(ies) of our coins. Cryptocurrency isn't just a push over because it has come to stay like other commodities. The volumes and marketcap keep rising, showing adoption, acceptability.

Remember bitcoin didn't just become $62k today but grew from very small satoshi , and just that way many altcoins will become very big in our life time and after we are gone. Therefore, secure your coins, inform your next of kin about it. You can write a will and die testate with your coins  Grin Grin

4620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between BTC and ETH. on: April 13, 2021, 02:02:18 PM
Many difference have been said on the two giants in their kingdom but I still have to mention that bitcoin is a community based coin and that is a big distinguishing factor making bitcoin non controllable or influenced by any developer. Bitcoin can only be influenced by demand and supply. Satoshi is out of the seen but Vitalik is very much in the scene.
