It would be interesting to see what the outcome of the Court case will be. What are the chances any representatives of Rock Trading will go to jail? Is that a real possibility?

A real well thoughtout fork with a solid team behind it could work wonders for Dogecoin and bring it to a new level but so far nothing has happened.

They are trying to play on the Dogecoin meme but they are nowhere near being in the same league as Dogecoin.

I never heard of shibatoken before reading your post but it is not really a fork it is an Ethereum token which has lost 57% value in the past 24 hours.

I could be interested and support a real fork of dogecoin that was intended to improve the currency in terms of development, which is what many people want, for example a core wallet that does not sucks, and lower fees, since they are currently excessive, perhaps based on PoS with limited supply, and other current technologies. The fact that it is a fork would somehow guarantee massive community support and legitimacy (I guess).

But other opportunistic shitcoin that only wants to take advantage of the popularity of dogecoin to do business? never.

Going from $60,000 to $54,000 is a non-issue compared to what came before in crashes. Those were horrible days to see the whole market painted red when crypto was being heavily dumped.

This is huge and will surely adds more, despite the bitcoin bloodbath today, were seeing that ETH wil reach new AThs again in the coming weeks. I love how the market behaves, very organic.

The 1xbit scammers do not intend to address concerns of the people they scamed otherwise they would never scam them in the first place.

Do not trust anything the 1xbit scammers say, it is important for victims to report them to the police in order to try to shut the website down and in order to try to have the scammers sent to jail.

New message from their support team saying that the transaction is processed but has not been confirmed because the commission fee is to low...

This is really concerning. I requested the transaction hash, but no answer at all.

FIFA and UEFA are monopolies there is no doubt about that. They wield too much power and there should be a challenge to their dominance with a rival to UEFA and one to FIFA. If these clubs had handled presenting their European Super League project differently they could have made some form of progress on an anti-UEFA and anti-FIFA agenda but they lost the PR battle in the first minutes of their announcement being leaked.

UAFA and FIFA have become too monopolistic and are taking a huge cut of profits from every game just for being the 'regulator'

many teams want to break away and have a 'regulator' that is founded by the football teams and not some other business where none of the chiefs have kicked a ball in any official game

..
yes its about money. but its the same plan as a music artist wanting tos tart its own management company to avoid other management companies syphoning off the money for their plays

if football teams/music bands dont like their management company they should have the ability to set their own management company up and not have their income controlled by some stranger

BREAKING NEWS !!!!

Ed Woodward has resigned from his role
as Executive Vice Chairman of Manchester United

Ed Woodward has been a disaster for Manchester United so fans will be happy to see him leave at the end of this season. There will be more casualties in the hours and days to come. The European Super League has been a public relations disaster for all the clubs involved especially the 6 English teams.
4629  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tottenham Hotspur: Jose Mourinho Sacked on: April 20, 2021, 06:33:03 PM
Mourinho was not sacked because he opposed the European Super League, he was sacked because he was not a success at Tottenham and because he was losing trust of the players who told the chairman they wanted their previous manager (Pochettino) back.

It is said that he was sacked because of protesting against Tottenham's joining the European Super League and not preparing his team for the training.

Maybe true maybe not, but I find the decision right anyway. Because Tottenham have been really inadequate when it comes to performance. I don't think that he is the right manager for this team.

BREAKING NEWS !!!!

Manchester City make announcement saying
they do not want to be part of the European Super League !!!

There are now just 4 of the 6 English teams of the Founding Clubs remaining in the process. Liverpool, Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal have not made plans to pull out. Regardless, it is over.... with 2 of the 6 English teams pulling out the project has been ended whether it will be announced today or tomorrow... it is over.

Fans from all over the UK expressed their anger at the plans to steal football from the fans in order to line the pockets of billionaire owners. Political leaders in London and fans demonstrating outside their stadiums will thankfully bring talk of this breakaway league project to an end soon.

Chelsea are preparing documents
to withdraw from the European Super League !!!

All 12 clubs have signed a binding agreement to go through with the ESL but this has to be the beginning of the end for the European Super League project but when one of the Founding Clubs walks away before anything even started because they claim this was not what was discussed between the group then it creates problems.

According to Sky Sport Chelsea are formally withdrawing as soon as possible and are facing a fight with the other 11 Founding Clubs because they signed a binding agreement: SKY SPORTS

4633  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tottenham Hotspur: Jose Mourinho Sacked on: April 20, 2021, 10:04:01 AM
I think Mourinho is not the special one from a long time now.His time was a few years ago when he won Champions League titles. The biggest achievement of his career is with Inter in Italy in 2010 when he won Serie A,Italian Cup and the Champions League in the same year. From then he has only seen downfalls.
I agree, there is no doubt about several aspects of his past that can be argued about because his fantastic achievements speak for themselves but his last winner as a league manager was in 2015 and his last major trophy was a Europa League win in 2017 and with new managers coming along with new ideas he really is not the special one:

- Porto 2002/3 Domestic/European Treble
Primeira Liga
Taça de Portugal
UEFA Cup

- Porto 2003/4 Domestic/European Double
Primeira Liga
UEFA Champions League

- Chelsea 2004/5 + 2005/06 + 2014/15 including first champions winners since 1955
Premier League

- Inter Milan 2009–10 Domestic/European Treble
Serie A
Coppa Italia
UEFA Champions League

- Real Madrid 2011/12
La Liga

- Manchester United 2016/17
UEFA Europa League

I think what he did at Porto in the 18 months here was there was nothing short of brilliant. Chelsea were right to sign him but the Chelsea team that won the Premier League in 2004/5 was created by Ranieri who already guided them to 2nd place the season before. Winning back to back Premier League titles was also a big thing to add on his CV too. The Italian domestic double and Champions League win in 2009/10 was a brilliant achievement too and must be a highlight of his career.

Yes, the news is currently excited about Tottenham sacking Jose Mourinho, I am a little curious about Mourinho's dismissal, Tottenham immediately evaluate the new manager 'Ryan Mason'.

Does this have anything to do with the European Super League, until Mourinho's dismissal, I saw Tottenham in the top 12 club of the European Super League.
Nonetheless I hope Tottenham will be even better in the hands of Ryan Mason this spring.

@JollyGood, you can get this information very quickly.
The media are stating that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy wanted to sack Mourinho just days before the EFL Cup Final because he would find it harder to sack a manager that gave Tottenham their first trophy since 2008. He used the European Super League as a perfect excuse to do it because it is clear Tottenham can mount a challenge for the 4th place Champions League spot and win the EFL Cup without Mourinho being there.

Morinho's glorious era seems to have ended now and in fact we can see when Morinho has handled a club as big as Manchester United which has only been able to win 3 trophies, namely the Community Shield Cup, the English League Cup and also the Europa League Cup so far. His coaching at Manchester United, if we look at these three trophies, is certainly not worth the large amount of money spent by Manchester United to buy some of the world's big players like Paul Pogba and Eric Balily at that time. It seems that Tottenham also made the right decision to remove Morinho from his current squad because Tottenham's performance this year is quite bad, which is only in 7th position and in my opinion the bus parking tactic that has been a mainstay of Morinho's game is no longer a scary tactic for the team other teams and bus parking tactics have been easily beaten by a team that relies on attacks on the wings and is assisted by a capable attacking midfielder.
He lost has appeal and his approach to players a long time ago and has been riding high on the back of previous successes and that does not suit him. He really needed to be successful at Spurs to get that self-belief back but it did not work out. He seems to be very wealthy with the millions of USD$ he receives in compensation every time he gets sacked which is probably not what he wants.

It was very surprised that Tottenham suddenly fired Mourinho. Under the tutelage of Mourinho Tottenham appearance was still below standard, being in 7th position is not a good achievement for a team like Tottenham.
Based on media reports, Tottenham fired Jose Mourinho because the coach refused to bring his squad to the European Super League which he considered still illegal and finally the tottenham management chose to fires him.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has a habit of doing these types of things. He did it unexpectedly with Harry Redknapp and with Mauricio Pochettino too and even with his first manager Glenn Hoddle after buying the club in 2001.

While the market around it begins to lose ground Dogecoin hit $0.40 again and is about to have a bigger market cap than XRP (just $3 billion difference) then will become the 4th largest crypto.

Much wow  Shocked

What on earth? I did not see this coming in a hundred years. Was so aware that his name had come up a few times but this is kind of unexpected to say the least, I guess they aren't expecting them to even compete in Europe next season or what?

Poch will probably be smiling, not for Mourinho, he's not a bad guy, but for the people at Spurs management and board of directors. Who wants this job now honestly?
Mourinho is not the same manager he was in his earlier days, he never adapted to managing the modern player but I do think if he was allowed to bring in a few players of his own choice then Spurs might be in a much stronger league position so I have to blame their chairman Daniel Levy too.

It's quite unfortunate for Jose Mourinho, he gave his all to Tottenham Hotspur, but football fortune ran out of him this time around. Before his arrival to Hotspur, so many fans especially me warned Jose Mourinho shouldn't sign to any English team any more because of this reason, his tactics are well known in English premier league. Jose Mourinho is a legend coach though, this is the first time his going trophy less in a season throughout his coaching career. Although, Hotspur should have given him more time than embarrassing him this period.

There are some other clubs that trust his work, and I think Bayern Munich will likely be in need of him after which Hans-Dieter Flick confirm his leave at the end of the season., what do you think about this.?
The problem with Mourinho is that when his teams are not performing as they should he turns against his players and they stop playing for him. I think Dele Alli and Harry Winks will be relieved as they might be able to get back in to the first team after falling out with Mourinho.

Jose Mourinho has always orchestrated his own downfall wherever he goes, he's been underperforming for years now but he never faces his own squad, but rather what other managers are doing right or wrong or the whole system is against him. He'd never own up to his own flaws, perhaps he's not so special after all.
I agree with you, he is the one to blame for getting sacked because he turns against the players and puts himself in a bad light. The players go on to the pitch and play according to the style the manager wants but the teams Mourinho has managed have not performed consistently well and have underachieved too.
4636  Other / Off-topic / Tottenham Hotspur: Jose Mourinho Sacked on: April 19, 2021, 10:26:12 AM
According to The Guardian UK

There are no reports of how much the compensation payout will be but he earned around £12 million a year ($15-$16 million) therefore Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is going to have to divert needed funds from elsewhere. the timing is very suspicious because all of the attention would have been going to Tottenham for signing up to be a Founding Club of the European Super League and this sacking would have been used as a distraction and nothing more.

Look how far Mourinho has fallen. Once he was the most chased after football manager in the world but he will never reach those heights again.

He was once upon a time a self-proclaimed Special One but that was almost 18 years ago.... today Mourinho is a failed coach who is living on his past reputation whereas others have surpassed him. Who in their right mind would take him on when he has no clue about how to manage his players?

This is true. Not only Bitcoin correction but others too did not affect the price of Dogecoin negatively. It had an all time high of $0.4377 recently and still trades at $0.3443 so Dogecoin doing very well.

The Bitcoin correction did not affect the new Doge price. This is a good sign.
4638  Other / Off-topic / Re: ⚽ BREAKING NEWS: European Super League Football Teams vs Football Fans on: April 19, 2021, 06:25:51 AM
The threat of the Founding Clubs being expelled from their own domestic leagues and cup competitions as well as their players never being able to play their national sides in UEFA European Cup and FIFA World Cup competitions means this will be cause lots of problems.

We all know UEFA and FIFA wield too much power, they always have so maybe this is a way for the giant European football clubs to fight back but I am not sure this will go ahead. It might gather more momentum several years in the future but right now most fans are happy with the UEFA Champions League and they are looking forward to the new changes they will introduce for in 2024 to improve the competition.

Right now, the Founding Clubs of the European Super League seem to be pushing ahead with their idea but it will not be a reality without a fight from FIFA and UEFA.

Are the players going to play in a mid-week European Super League knowing they will never be able to participate for their national teams in European and International cup competitions?

This is going to get very messy...

When viewed from FIFA's comments, those involved in the competition must be recognized by: (FIFA's association / federation), of course it is determined by each club and adjusted to the club level in play.

It aims to have consequences in the competition every club plays, although for now there is no certainty about the rules and format of the competition, as you mentioned many clubs feel this is unfair to them, many reasons about this from the players themselves.

Actually the goal of the European Super League, they want the creation of an independent European elite club without involving FIFA or UEFA, even though at this time it is considered that this competition is against FIFA rules, but this is still the pros and cons of the club, the conclusion: in the European Super League competition there is no certainty whether it can be said to continue or not, but there must be developments in the future whether this continues or not.
But I conclude this will continue.

4640  Other / Off-topic / Re: BREAKING NEWS: European Super League Football Teams vs Football Fans on: April 18, 2021, 07:04:11 PM
Manchester City are owned by the Abu Dhabi state
Liverpool are owned by Americans
Manchester United are owned by Americans
Arsenal are owned by Americans
Chelsea are owned by a Russian
Tottenham are owned by a Englishman

If their owners cared about their local communities and how it would negatively affect football in general and football fans around the cities they have stadiums in and fans around the world they would never even consider signing memorandums of understandings with each other.

UEFA was going to announce their plans for a 32 team Champions League system from next season but that has been overshadowed by the leaked news of the European Super League.

I saw the news some hours ago and didn't quite understand the need for the European Super League aside from the money it would bring to the respective clubs. I heard the initial/Founding teams of the league were promised about $350M (If I remember correctly) as rewards alone for joining  the league with promises about better competitiveness and sponsorship deals that could see these teams say goodbye to the current financial crisis caused by the pandemic. In my opinion, this breakaway league doesn't benefit fans just the clubs involve. Anyway, UEFA and FIFA are strongly against it. Even the Premier league too, is against it. Let's see how fan-owned clubs like Barcelona will join such a project if majority of their fan base doesn't like the idea.

I'm fine with the status quo, don't know about others. It looks like pitching the best teams against each other kinda like what Champions league does already.
