How long does it usually take for bets to be paid out?
We have recently added a two factor authentication to withdrawals for player protection which 99% of the players do appreciate. An email is sent to the email address on file to confirm and then between the hours of 10-10pm EST the withdrawal is often sent within minutes but up to 2 hours and after normal business hours it may take up to 4 hours. We are testing a two factor instant withdrawal system as well with addresses that were already approved on an account. |

Betslip system is in dire need of an upgrade. With parlays win/loss is only displayed for the entire slip and not each game. Lets say a 5 team parlay is placed and the last loses in order to find which team failed I need to search the stats of each game. It would be so much easier for punters if that information were included within the betslip. And obviously would be nice to be able to share slips with the simple copy of a link. (especially for those of us with ongoing forum threads here or elsewhere) Rather than having to screen shot, edit, upload to photobuck then post to forum. Other than the above I vary much enjoy betcoinsports. Especially so considering the wide range of betting options compared to the standard spread, moneyline, over/under of most other bitcoin books.

As someone else already wrote I would really like to have a tournament tab/button to filter betcoin only tournament/sng.
At the moment I find a bit difficult to sort/search for them.
This is definitely on the list along with revamping our entire MTT schedule which we are currently working on. We appreciate the advice very much thank you. |

Nice tourneys, I tried this poker client but I can say live support is never online and you get a respond via mail in 24 hours or even more, that's just at least what i experienced but in overall It's a good poker site, also need more players on cash tables.

Got replied with i have to meet requirements, but does not tell what are the requirements to transfer deposit bonus credit to regular unit in account to withdraw.

First to be clear the deposits and bonuses are in mbtc, therefore if you deposit 0.1 btc you receive 100 mbtc and a 100 mbtc bonus. Deposit bonuses can have a 25-50x rollover depending on certain risk assessment factors. Please email support for your exact rollover as we do not have access to that information in this department. Why do rollover requirements exist? Online casinos implement rollover requirements because they don’t want to bleed money. If rollover requirements didn’t exist, players could just sign up to a casino, make a deposit and then withdraw a bunch of bonus money without playing a single game. Casinos would go out of business. The same type of rule also exists for poker bonuses and sports betting bonuses. Gambling sites offer bonuses as a bonus for giving them your business. It just wouldn’t make sense to give away free money to every person who opens an account and then turns right back around and withdraws. |
