4621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 14, 2020, 05:06:19 AM
Every cricket event went down the drain and postponed for time being, except PSL i guess and the way things moving forward we can say TATA to cricket or any other major sporting event for at least 1 month, may be more.
And more importantly TATA to sports gambling? This will be boring although I am not a regular gambler. No more known sports to bet. Bookies will face a significant down in their revenue too. I can this going to be continue longer than one month.
4622  Economy / Lending / Anyone giving stablecoin loan? - No need anymore on: March 14, 2020, 05:00:54 AM
No need anymore.

I am looking for $50 stablecoin loan if possible. I have looked here but have not seen anyone giving loan in stablecoin. So, if anyone is interested to give loan in stablecoin, let me know. I can give BTC collateral if you are a reputed lender here. Otherwise no deal because escrow for $50 is not worthy.

Interest rate will be discussed later.
Loan duration- 1 month maximum.
Reason- For an experiment in our country.
4623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best time to fill the bag? on: March 14, 2020, 04:27:50 AM
May be it's a good time fill the bag but you also should aware that some projects will never recover from this situation because those have no utilization. It's better to do some good analysis before jumping into any coin.
4624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No seller in the market on: March 13, 2020, 06:09:35 AM
Some exchanges have gone out of supply? Many are dumping so this is quite confusing. I guess whales are on shopping on your country now. Use Binance plenty of btc are still on sale.
Everyone learns everyday, I am too. I do not like to hold on stable coin but it seems I could make a good amount of profits if I had some stable coin on any exchange. $1 worth of stable coin would cost me around 85-87 bdt and now I could sell it higher through buying btc from exchanges. We do not have the option to deposit BDT from bank as you know BTC is banned here.

But isn't it that bitcoin is banned there?
Yes but who cares. Everyone is dealing here and there.
4625  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [NOT WORKING] Report user: Anonym1337x Selling Hotels.com Coupons 98% off on: March 13, 2020, 03:50:04 AM

I do not understand how you worked on trust with a user who already had one negative feedback received back in 2019.
Both Vod and myself have already tagged him few months ago. I do not get the point why people deal with users with negative feedback without evaluating them. Moreover, it is a known fact that selly is a heaven of scammer.
It seems shoppy, I have no idea about it but seems the same as selly.
4626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Decent signature campaigns? on: March 13, 2020, 01:20:31 AM
Hard to get accepted by BTC paying campaigns when campaign managers only accepts his alts.
As a campaign manager, I really disagree with you. Look at the reputed campaign managers like Yahoo and Hhampuz and you will see that only the best are accepted all the time. I can not talk for everyone. Both of them are trusted as like as I am trusted to myself.
If you have quality, if you are the one who can bring some good to the project, you will be picked by manager without doubt. Do not think bias that I am not accepted mean that manager is abusing.
4627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / No seller in the market on: March 13, 2020, 01:05:33 AM
From yesterday night, in Bangladesh, we are unofficially lacking of bitcoin seller. No one is selling BTC at the moment anymore which was very different on last 2/3 days.
None of the local BTC providor exchanges have reserve. I have looked at some local exchanges, their conversion rate is very higher. Usual rate of 1 USD = 85bdt to 95bdt, but it's 105bdt now.
Even with this change, people purchased all the BTC available on those exchanges and so far how many exchanges I have checked are out of BTC supply.
4628  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: March 13, 2020, 01:00:07 AM
The panic continues, it looks like bitcoin is still not at dip right now, it could fall and currently its only trading below $6000, one of the worst fall of bitcoin in history and this is all attributed to the covid-19 pandemic. We thought bitcoin is a safe haven, but its not, people are panic everywhere so maybe they don't try to risk anything and put their investment in fiat.
It is really a strange move that BTC is now under $5000, fell very soon. So, the panic follows which we predicted to be happened. I see no reason behind this move other than people to be paniced seriously.
4629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad projects equals Bad results on: March 12, 2020, 08:34:46 AM
It is very simple. If a project has some investors, in other words, buyers in the marketplace, the price will survive. Most of the projects nowadays lack of investors because of low-quality projects and that is why those projects can not survive. However, do not forget that a project can be easily manipulated and most of the projects owner keep doing that.

4631  Other / Meta / Re: Who is in charge of removing this post? on: March 12, 2020, 05:00:58 AM
You clearly don't visit "Development & Technical Discussion" enough, even though the topic isn't related with Bitcoin directly, it's allowed as long as the discussion is polite and there's no FUD/troll.
I just have checked a couple of his latest post and I can see almost all of his posts are in Development and Technical Discussion boards although he posted less frequently. I think critic is not the case here because it is allowed here to criticism in a polite way.
4632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 12, 2020, 04:54:32 AM
I think they might not allow spectators to come to the stadium.
If it is to be true, I think it's better to postpone the IPL, why not. Otherwise, this season, IPL will face a huge loss. There is nothing wrong in postponing the season, may be it will be hard to get a schedule later but still it is better than facing a loss.
4633  Economy / Economics / Re: WHO encourages use of digital payments due to COVID19 on: March 11, 2020, 05:46:40 AM
bonds
I think in such an economic condition, bonds are risky too because if huge inflation happen (which is not impossible), bond will be returning nothing.

That being said, I believe contactless payment alternatives other than crypto has been used since years ago. NFC payment card, or using your phone to pay is relatively familiar for South Korean for example. I won't be so optimistic about this. Better spend the time to develop and increase more nodes to strengthen the network.
Yes, you are correct because most people don't know about crypto. In my country, people will take bkash as contactless transaction and it's available in most of the shops.
4634  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: As we all Know... Yobit is a Scam!!! £38287 stolen from yobit on: March 10, 2020, 10:12:06 AM
I have no idea what Yoda is, but it sounds like one of their proprietary scam coins that they offer in the investbox thing--correct me if I'm wrong, which I probably am.
It is a coin made by yobit without any kind of blockchain. YODA was given to the promoters as a form of airdrop but coins were locked in their investbox, you can get a small percent return if you do some social share activity for them.
In return, they attract some newbie investors by pumping the coin price and dump their coin later. It is not the first time, not the last time too.
4635  Economy / Economics / Re: corona Vírus doesn't affect bitcoin price on: March 10, 2020, 10:03:16 AM
I do not agree that corona virus have no connection with bitcoin price. Corona virus has started to affect all over the the economy of most of the countries. If it continues, situation will be worst and it will also have an impact on bitcoin price. People looking for storing value may look into investing in BTC which will pupm the price. Or even if economy face more inflation, people will be looking for more cash to spend which also can affect the bitcoin price.
4636  Economy / Services / Re: Get paid for posting in BitcoinBangladesh.org forum on: March 10, 2020, 09:57:12 AM
If they are really paying 1000 sats then they are competing with Cryptotalk, of course we all know that Cryptotalk is being backed by one of the biggest exchange in the industry, the real question is, can they keep up paying people when thousands of people are joining and posting like they do on Cryptotalk and who are the people behind the forum, are they big company.
I just have checked the forum and the campaign rules. They are only paying to the users who are from the local community. English boards are out of any payment. I do not think any big company backed this forum. They have a goal to promote bitcoin in Bangladesh. I have seen this attempt some months ago too but a failed attempt.
Good luck OP with your goal. Hope you get success.
4637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk PSL T20 Pool and discussion. on: March 10, 2020, 09:15:56 AM
I have not bothered to have a Google search yet to know which country he belongs lol.
Ben Dunk is an Australian player- https://m.cricbuzz.com/profiles/8142/ben-dunk

I can't remember hearing his name before this PSL. The guy has power in his grip. Very quick getting behind the ball. Surly he is in good form and things are working well for him.
He has played 5 international t20 matches till now. So, you may not heard about him. I think I have heard his name from IPL before. He was very destructive that night and ruined the party of Karachi Kings.
4638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 20000 pieces of Bitcoin wreck the market sounds annoying on: March 10, 2020, 09:07:37 AM
Don't see it as 12000 BTC only. See the fiat value of 12000 BTC, it is $100m and that's not a small amount of money. Calculate it against the total marketcap of Bitcoin. Right now, 100k BTC can destroy the market, that is true but that bearish moment will not last longer. If the current price dump is from the 12000 BTC dump, this will also not last longer and soon will recover.
4639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: March 10, 2020, 06:03:13 AM
the fact remains that Sachin scored most of his centuries in sub-standard tracks of India, and that too against weak opposition (Zimbabwe, Kenya.etc).
This is always a controversial opinion from you in this regard. Have you seen stats? I think we have pointed it many times before. Australia, Srilanka, Africa are week team? I see 9 of his 49 century in ODI is against weak opposition like you mention. I do not have the time now to check when Sachin scored all the century against Kenya, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. For your info, Kenya and Zimbabwe was not so weak country before.
4640  Economy / Lending / Re: Crypto loans and trading on: March 09, 2020, 06:01:32 AM
You should take a loan from the bank, convert it to cryptocurrency and invest with it, or borrow from those who know and see you in real life.
You are suggesting a very risky things which is not to be done in crypto investment. Investing in crypto by taking a loan always discouraged because crypto is highly volatile and investor may lose a significant amount within some days which may take years to recover while you have to pay your loan on time.
