4621  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm interested in trading but don't know where to start. Any tips? on: July 24, 2019, 03:40:58 PM
I am newbie in trading. can you guys please help me ? How much money do I need to get started?

You can start with as little money as possible as a learning path. I advise you to try it with bitcoin first. And once you get used to all the items needed to become a trader, you can gradually increase your capital. Don't forget to always read the news related cryptocurrency as much as possible, so that your trading journey could runs smoothly.
Crypto trading is risky so we should know how to handle the risks. But we can eventually minimize the risks if we are prepared enough before entering into real trading.Deep research and continuous study and understanding on the basics of trading can be a big help in making trading ends into a successful and profitable one.
4622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin's future. on: July 23, 2019, 07:28:53 PM
If there is competition between altcoins it is very good and will increase the future of the altcoin itself because with the emergence of several new altcoins, the old ones will work better and if they do not work properly they will be eliminated with new coins.
One thing for sure that will never be outdated from altcoins is ethereum. It has proven a lot of potentials ever since. There may be new altcoins arising today but sad to say, some did not survived and did not even lasted for a year. But still i can say that there is still a bright future for altcoins but only for those potential ones.
4623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine that you're new to crypto now on: July 23, 2019, 07:14:54 PM
If I were new to crypto now, I will surely make sure to study and learn what environment am I putting myself into first. I will not make any drastic actions like investing or buying something I don't even know. I will do my own research and I will make sure to know and understand everything I need to know for me to avoid doing regrets in the near future.
This should be done first before making such investments. Crypto investment brings a lot of risks so i should be ready for it by doing a lot of researches through reading articles and learning from youtube videos too. But i still think the best way to learn more is to engage in it to gain real experience in life. In this way, i could totally feel what it looks like to have a crypto investment.
4624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is successful? - this one statement sums it up! on: July 23, 2019, 07:02:46 PM
What I can say is Wow! The above things can be sum-up into one.

No overhead.

But this statement really struck me.

Quote
The only reason which made #bitcoin succesful was the purpose and that was to help people overcome their sufferings
.
The real reason why Bitcoin exists is to change our lives. It is true that many lives were uplift and have given second chances. Dreams were fulfilled and needs were met. Most importantly it brings hope to everyone. And because of that, it became successful.
Bitcoin has been more known to the people not just of its real essence as a decentralized crypto but it also becomes more sucessful because it is clearly lifting the people's economy and bring them into progress. I have never known a coin who can be very useful like this except for bitcoin alone.
4625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO can be a safer investment option than ICO on: July 22, 2019, 10:03:57 PM
We can't deny that IEO is now working great this time, yet we aren't that long as it started and to see their performance but giving a positive response from many investors, it is quite to think that it will be different from what ICO did today. With all the positive impact in investors mind, will it have been a very good start for IEO.
4626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good reason to always DYOR before investing on: July 22, 2019, 05:02:26 AM
This is an absolute and primary requirement before investing, why someone risk his/her money on the things he/she doesn't understand.

However, other project even has a great team, adviser or budget, sometime won't achieve their goal and turn to fall.

It's better to invest in something worth it than just investing in something.

I agree, DYOR is a basic requirement for every investor to find a good project.
However, if we talk of investing in the crypto market, this is a high risk form of investment, like ICO, although you will DYOR, you are putting your money in a high risk investment since the overall success rate of ICO now is maybe less than 5% in general, and I don't think that's worth investing.
4627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 22, 2019, 04:56:26 AM
And this is why Pacquiao is just laughing at them when they trash talk because he knows that they don't have the tools to beat him up.

I don't think so, Manny never underestimate his opponent, he showed how good he is because he trade hard and punish himself.
He is laughing because he can't beat the trash talkers in trash talking, he is not a native english and he is not that educated, it's hard for him to fight with battle of words so he did the talk in the ring.
4628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Explaining Asian Brokers on: July 22, 2019, 04:40:53 AM
I never know that broker exist in the gambling world, especially in sports gambling.
Thanks for sharing, seems like it's a good business to operate, you don't only earn from referrals, you can also earn from extra juice.  Grin
4629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this good for bounty checks? on: July 19, 2019, 03:15:44 PM
It seems to be a good checklist to find good bounties but I suggest just to focus on the team, concepts, sales. That would be a basis to evaluate that this certain project will be recognized in the market as well as to the investors. It is important to know that the future of a certain project will be between us(community) and to its developers. Any absence of these two things, it will surely be going nowhere.
4630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO increasing rapidly on: July 19, 2019, 02:57:01 PM
I dont know where you got your reference from but to.my own understanding , I can't see people trusting ICO any more as the IEO is taking the lead in funds raising now a days which is still far better and gives assurance in listing and funds safe after investors must have put their funds.
I may think that isn't ICO that grows rapidly but IEO, we don't know if that is actually in his mind.
It is pretty obvious how this IEO surging in the market today and we all are hoping that it could twist the doubtfull minds around us.
Back then, we can't just disclose any chances that coming ICO's will do right this time, reviving their image is something a big help to the market.
4631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What importance is kyc In gambling section on: July 19, 2019, 10:59:39 AM
Perhaps online casinos should have certain levels of KYC verification like many exchanges do. I really do not see why the casino would need kyc information if the player is a small bettor. The only time that a real world casino gathers KYC and AML information in the US is if the player attempts to purchase more than about 3000 chips or cash them in.
That's why crypto casinos are suitable for small bettors because in fiat casino IIRC they have a high minimum while in crypto gambling site, even 10 usd, you can enjoy gambling especially in dice where there's a very small minimum per bet.

In sports gambling too, there's a big difference as a small bettor who likes to enjoy betting on sports can bet at 1 usd per bet.
4632  Economy / Speculation / Re: Getting ready to buy! on: July 19, 2019, 10:31:55 AM
That's really a great bargain to buy Bitcoin and hold it to the next year. All are looking forward to the bright future of BTC when it's dominance is at 65.7%.
It seems to be on the path of 2017, I think the whales will continue to buy it until Dominance reaches 85%.
Buy as many BTC as you can, because you will no longer see BTC moving at this cheap price in a few months.

I think I don't like to see the dominance of bitcoin to increase more if there isn't enough money entering the market.
The thing is, the total marketcap is still lower compared to the marketcap during 2017, so there is no progress at all, crypto space would be better of altcoins will also perform well and it's understandable that BTC dominance rate is high now since most investors are trusting on bitcoin but this is not the picture of the entire market in the long run.
4633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling destitute on: July 19, 2019, 03:39:47 AM
Gambling should be done with a free mind, and your point about gambling for fun is OK but many see it as a source of livelihood. What I've come to realise is that if you take things easy in gambling, you win more than someone who takes it as a job. The bottom line is, we gamble to earn  funds so no matter how one puts it, you can't take gambling just for fun entirely.
Playing under pressure is a serious problem in gambling because the effect is that we will be carried away with emotion and if that happens bad things can happen like addiction and frustration. On my side, I don't think gambling is just for fun but I gamble to earn some money we play with money not fun.
I have to agree with you because I experience that it will not result to what we expected if we play under pressure.
We won't be making good judgement due to lack concentration, when under pressure, you cannot properly follow your strategy and most of the time, it will only result to big loses as you might become too emotional to chase your loses.
4634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: July 19, 2019, 03:18:44 AM
As the number of users of cryptocurrencies increases, the number of casinos that now accept Bitcoin increases as well. If you’re a long-time member of the online gambling community, you’ll know that long-running online betting hubs like Tangiers Casino, NetBet, ToneyBet, and Americas Cardroom are now welcoming to crypto players.

However, the transactions on these betting sites are not crypto-exclusive. These brands may be flexible in terms of payments, but they get the big “nos” of players who bet solely in Bitcoin. Why? It’s because fiat-money casinos are required to carry out the know-your-customer procedure (KYC) through which players are asked to give their personal info before they get permitted to wager real money on the website.

That's right, they started the business as fiat casino so they are govern by law.
KYC is necessary to them and therefore we need to comply if we wan to gamble, the biggest casino are fiat casino because they are regulated and they earn more trust from big time gamblers but crypto casinos that does not require KYC can still compete with volume of small time gamblers.
4635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 19, 2019, 02:47:33 AM
I reckon that might be the western conference seeding for the end of the regular season. How can you seed them after the playoffs?
The ranking might not happen after the regular season due to possible injuries or bad chemistry, we will talk the playoffs after he regular season so we can see the clear picture.

The sportsbooks also have similar projections on the top 3 based on the odds. However, if it is for the whole league, put the Bucks on no.3.

Maybe the bucks have a chance also, but if we see them not in the top 3, that means we will get a better odds if we bet on them.
They are underrated due to recent changes, but I think they'll do better in the coming season.
4636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 19, 2019, 02:34:56 AM
According to Pacquiao, Thurman is the biggest and best test.

"That's why I want to fight with him. We will give fans a fun fight boxing and a great night,"
one of the PACMAN statements lately.

On the early stage of his career, we really cannot say that it is his biggest test, but on the current state of his career we can really say that it is "one" of the biggest test. Pacman has nothing to lose right now but he still wanted to prove to everyone that this is what he loves to do and he is being passionate about regardless of what age a person can be. And that doesn't hold the bars.

If Pacman will win then it will be a really big breakthrough for his career.

Correct,  Pacman has nothing to prove anymore and the fans would accept if he loss in this fight, both of them can make money but Thurman's possible first loss is too big as a gamble since he is still young and he can still fight champions in boxing.

But, let's forget about their reputation, let's focus on what they can bring in the fight night.
4637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin crush the altcoins?! on: July 18, 2019, 05:42:14 PM
Bitcoin crush the altcoins definetly or the altcoins will bounce back like December 2017, January 2018?
What's your opinion?

There is no battle between bitcoin and altcoin. You are thinking negatively. Simply, Bitcoin is always the hot spot of the market. The adoption of growth is referenced in bitcoin, altcoin will follow when bitcoin maintains stability. That is like a rule of the market so just be patient with altcoin. it will shine later. Grin

Yes, there is no battle between Alt or BTC; you just need to understand that. Soon the market for BTC will be stabilised, and then the Alt will go back up. Bitcoin is the king of crypto and will remain so.
Just hold onto the Alt like I am holding and hope for the best.
it is sad to say that not all of us have that instinct and not that strong to hold our altcoins. I'll do agree that BTC is not the reason for its fall cause it is just because of the market demand, and we can't blame it either.

Now, if we want to help the market to recover faster then, we will do it. Not just to put or rely on the other hands.
4638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Sports betting} Watch out for "professional tipsters" on: July 18, 2019, 07:43:42 AM
Also I should add that many tipster sites are affiliated with the bookmakers that they advertise for, they get a cut of your losses if you follow their bets
The moment you sign up on their referral, they are already getting something every time you put your bet, it's their way also to make you sign up, they are giving tips for you to follow and I think it's a wiser strategy to just share free tips so they can get more sign up, premium tips are so expensive, it's hard to convince sports bettors to buy for every pick.
4639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 17, 2019, 07:10:19 AM
I wish I would have bet on PACMAN when he was underdog now he is favorite but you cannot count on the young undefeated Champion ONE TIME!

You cannot change the time back, but you will regret if you will not take the opportunity to bet now, at 1.65 that's still money if you are fully convince that he can win this fight easily. Act now man! as I'm afraid it will drop further.
4640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [OVER 75% WIN RATE] MORTY BETS - PROFFESIONAL BETTING TIPS on: July 12, 2019, 07:24:46 AM
I think that you should offer your tips for free like many other members do here. You should not post 75% winrate without the members here seeing all the bets for a certain period of time because no one would believe a stranger or a newbie.

Agree, start it with free tips first and if people here are satisfied, you'll surely get some clients.

The fee is not so affordable for typical gamblers.

Q: How much is it cost ?
A: Normally 100$ , but for yout first month , you pay only 50$

But if you keep giving winning tips, I think they'll risk even with that high fee.
