The earth is spherical in shape. However, the standard map we used to know is incorrect.

Below is one of the reasons I stop trusting anything called knowledge from "carnal minds"

Every truth must come from our FATHER in Heaven. Most scientists seem to be rebellious against the true CREATOR. Truth does not come from rebellious minds. Satan is most likely feeding them with lies mixed with truth.

"Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become "fools" so that you may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness"; and again, "The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile." Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours" — Corinthians 3:18—21
4622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [DAPP] Staking platform > Trust wallet on: November 14, 2019, 07:34:19 AM
Who's using Decentralized Application of TrustWallet, Staking Platform?

I wanted to stake my TRX, is there any reviews about that? I think it's safe to put my TRX on that platform since it is Decentralized.

Any thoughts?

You mean: https://trustwallet.com/ ?

It is probably owned by Binance.
But there is nothing decentralized about it as far as I can tell. True Decentralized stuff can't be owned. This doesn't mean it is a scam, you just have to be alittle care though. I went through wallet site, didn't see any mention of it being decentralized.
I would suggest you download it from binance site to avoid downloading the fake.
4623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China’s Digital Currency Will Allow Consumers ‘Controllable Anonymity’ on: November 14, 2019, 06:41:11 AM
Well, I like the fact that Chinese consumers are aware & worried about their anonymity (which is probably guaranteed by their law). This is what others should be more focused on rathering waving off this very valuable right without question.
It is not a crime to demand for this natural right.. . Right to privacy is absolutely important. Whoever spies on you lawlessly is seriously violating this right.
Chinese should make sure this is a real/full anonymity though.
Unmasking people's identities should be done under the law. People should be able to sue those who do this outside the law otherwise true Blockchain will remain attractive to those who are aware of the abuses.
4624  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risks with using trading Signals on: November 13, 2019, 10:46:22 AM
The bolded part at number three is quite interesting one. I guess you should prove it actually happens else it'd be proper to consider it as mere speculation. Won't be if it happens though.
Free signals (especially those from YouTube and TradeView) worked in the past. I don't know about thesedays. Been long I used them.
4625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need your opinion about actual Crypto Casinos (and how future ones should be) on: November 13, 2019, 09:46:18 AM
Fund safety, quality customer service and Reputation, matter alot also. I guess you should consider using secure/fraud-proof fund management system... build up your reputation here too.   If players notice this things are in place they will feel safe handing their hard earned money to you
4626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: November 13, 2019, 09:15:46 AM
It's hard to take a break from gambling if it's become a habit, what's your Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling, in my case my longest days of break from gambling is 30 days when I take a vacation from a place when there are no casinos, and no internet connection.

The longest period where I quit gambling was 3 years.
I was betting online when I lost a lot of money in some minutes and then I decided to self-block my account. I have a feeling to gamble in the start but this started fading day by day. After 3 years I became a more prudent gambler and opened an account again.

then I decided to self-block my account.

You mean you closed the account(block?) or locked it with some sort of time lock?
I'd really like to see some secure crypto/bank accounts having timelock feature to prevent those going through addiction from spending all their money in a day. I guess the feature already exist but it's not that popular.

Nice one.
When we suppress most kinds of addiction for sometimes, they just fade away gradually and eventually disappear
Am not sure though if everyone has your kind of will power. Those kind of people could even try stopping gradually in a space one month until they quit completely

4627  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: November 12, 2019, 06:04:24 PM
Could the Flat Earth be in a bubble(shield) placed by its CREATOR for our total protection?

Could what I perceived as dome be a bubble for full protection? Was told about the protection, and I immediately perceived a transparent dome shaped stuff... Maybe I didn't perceive the full picture...
4628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Intrinsic Value of a crypto on: November 12, 2019, 05:41:44 PM
This should probably be tried on some tokens and not really public cryptocurrencies.
Cryptocurrencies are meant to be decentralized, deflationary, plus have other important true Blockchain characteristics. I am not sure if they will do well as profit making things.
Crypto have special economic model that seems to be working... Just my opinion.
4629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bjarne Stroustrup is disappointed that C++ is being used by BTC on: November 12, 2019, 04:47:39 PM
“Let me say it this way. When you build the tool, you don’t know how it’s going to be used. You try to improve the tool looking at how it’s being used, but really, you have no control over how the thing is used.”

Stroustrup continued, “So, I’m very happy and proud of some things C++ is being used at and some other things I wish people wouldn’t do. Bitcoin mining is my favorite example. It uses as much energy as Switzerland and mostly serves criminals.”

https://beincrypto.com/bitcoin-mining-and-crime-slammed-by-c-creator/

Another cool inventions that are being used by criminals: paper, pen, internet, phone, kitchen knife, etc. I think If we try to control all of them, that will probably lead to serious dictatorship, tyranny and lost of basic freedom.

Governments and every human on earth should probably be 100% transparent for the sake of peace. One cannot be totally transparent while the other is not. It is dangerous as long as human being and our planet are concerned.

4630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact on gambling on: November 12, 2019, 02:15:51 PM
The luck-based games like dice are "probably" based on luck. Though I think physical dice could be predictable if you factor in the surface area of each side of the cube and the sounds they produce. Each sides have different dots, and I bet the sides produce different sounds, though faint for human hearing. If you could detect the difference in sounds and train yourself to detect it alittle bit easily, you could make some good predictions, even in real physical casinos.
There are lots of other unknown factors that could make even luck-based games fairly predictable.
4631  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamblr - Play the most exciting online casino games for FUN and PROFIT! on: November 12, 2019, 01:40:21 PM
Guess you should consider adding more cryptocoins if you don't want people to feel lazy converting their coins to EOS or the gambling site token.
I noticed on your Leaderboards that you are having lots players already...that's quite "interesting".
I think you really need to be established here and probably build your reputation for trust sake.

4632  Other / Off-topic / Re: Self-sufficiency is the real prosperity. on: November 12, 2019, 10:56:32 AM
— Most young people have migrated to urban areas or cities. I guess it's due to greed and laziness. Tv, movies, radio have thought them that sitting lazily in offices/shops for hours is easier and better.
It's not about being lazy but I think it's about the opportunity that the cities are offering for most. Because in rural areas, the opportunities are very limited. I'm currently living in a city and yes, living here is easy and convenient because opportunities are everywhere but the phase of life is too quicky. You wake up early to work and make for businesses and you don't have enough time to rest.

While in rural areas, luckily I have relatives living there and comparing life there, I can even sleep more than the usual days I have in the city because the ambiance there is very relaxing and different. Actually, there are more wealthy people living in rural places.

Self-sufficiency is beautiful.
Imagine having your own poultry, farms, house, family etc.
Self-sufficiency is the real freedom and prosperity
4633  Other / Off-topic / Self-sufficiency is the real prosperity. on: November 12, 2019, 10:32:00 AM
Many who live in "real rural areas" are self sufficient in alot of things:
— They produce their own foods, such as meat, milk, seeds, fruits, vegetables etc..
— Many use natural water like, well water, streams, rain etc.
— Most are homeowners and many build their homes themselves.
— They seem to live long. Rural areas tend to have too many old people. The short lifespan in rural areas is probably myth.
— They don't joke with environmental cleanliness. Everything appears to be changing recently.
— Most young people have migrated to urban areas or cities. I guess it's due to greed and laziness. Tv, movies, radio have taught them that sitting lazily in offices/shops for hours is easier and better.

Over dependence on government is not really prosperity in my opinion.

I am seriously considering rural living or something in between (rural and nomadic lifestyle)
4634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best gambling platform 2019? on: November 12, 2019, 09:46:28 AM
Have you seen this https://www.bitcoincasino.us/games ? I just saw while trying to search some provably fair games. I don't think it has the pool or tongits but you will definitely find something new with their 650+ bitcoin games according to their website.

You are trying to search provably fair but what you found is not a provably fair casino site. Check the site again, do they have provably fair games or at least do they have specific page contains information of the provably fair system?
Sure they do not have it because most of their games are not provably fair as they provides games from 3rd party providers.
I have never seen any sites provides provably fair pool/billiard games, I'm not really sure about tongits game as it is the first time I heard about it.

Tongits looks like poker-kind of game.. . Or it's probably some kind of card game for some countries, like Philippines https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tong-its

OP seems to be looking for those he can atleast earn some profits. Most posters seem to be avoiding the profit part. I guess no one can guarantee any profit, reason why that part is avoided.

4635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEWS] A Mysterious Airdrop Called EIDOS Is Clogging EOS to Make a Point on: November 12, 2019, 07:36:22 AM
Could this be why activities on EOS is so high on https://blocktivity.info ?
I thought EOS has a way of dealing with stuff like this through consensus or something without violating the censorship resistant principle of Blockchain? I guess the real problem determining the real intention of the creator of EIDOS. Could be to harm the network or not really intentional.

4636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price manipulation are becoming too obvious now. on: November 12, 2019, 06:19:18 AM
This sort of manipulation should never be done by humans. People centrally controlling the price of Bitcoin is dangerous. There is no law guiding this behavior... meaning they could do whatever they what with the price.
Assuming the price control tool is in the hands of sane minds and one day crazy wealthy people or person from another location overthrow them and destroy the market, are you going to clap for them as the market is clearly been destroyed?

The atmosphere of uncertainty will discourage right thinking person from holding long-term.

4637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which is more scary... on: November 12, 2019, 05:43:13 AM
Market manipulators/manipulations with negative intentions.. . Manipulation does not really scare me, it's just annoying to see it happening while some pretend it does not exist.
Natural coin dumps are OK for me. They are somewhat predictable especially for the established cryptocurrencies
4638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are underutilizing Bitcoin on: November 11, 2019, 05:07:25 PM
Full article: https://www.forrestvisions.com/blog/people-are-underutilizing-bitcoin

People need to start accepting Bitcoin and keeping it, not converting it.

If you think of Bitcoin as just a virtual placeholder for fiat currency, stable coins will be the future and Bitcoin will slowly fade away.

Thoughts?

A proper cryptocoin has to be well decentralized.  Stablecoins are dependent on fiat currencies, making them(especially the centralized stablecoins) too centralized. What happens if the fiat currencies collapse? The stablecoins will most likely collapse too if they are really pegged to the fiats . Or what happens if the reserve is seized?
If we insist on having "stable cryptocurrencies" (not a good idea IMO) then we could make the  value independent of fiat.. the stability would need to be artificially maintained with algorithm.

4639  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 50% Annualized Return On Lockup Program on: November 11, 2019, 03:18:32 PM
You can't guarantee if the price of kucoin by the time it was unlock and the time you deposit will be the same. If the price of kucoin dump 100% after the lock up period then the 20% to 50% interest is not sufficient to cover the loss unless kucoin is a stable coin then it will be fine.

Exactly. I don't really like the idea of locking volatile cryptocurrencies or tokens long-term unless maybe it's a solid project.
Such mouth watering annual return is probably not a guaranteed or no? Stuff like this is better on solid stablecoins or even Bitcoin.
People should probably understand the exchange Terms & conditions before locking up their funds.
4640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to fake the BTC blockchain? on: November 11, 2019, 03:01:05 PM
It's a bit of time I'm asking myself this question.
Let's imagine the following situation:
A guy visits another guy to receive a payment in BTC.
He doesn't have mobile internet connection, so he asks his host to connect to his host's wi-fi.
His host, that we assume for the sake of our inquiry wants to scam his guest, connects him to a fake internet in which the real BTC blockchain was forked in order to fake a transaction that in really will never happen.
So once the first guy will go back home he'll see that his payment has disappeared.
Is this situation technically possible?

This is an interesting one.
It looks like it can be done but I don't know exactly how.
I guess traders should be careful of "fake internet" then or even avoid exchanging Bitcoin via public Wi-Fi or other people's internet.

Imagine if this is done on a large scale by a powerful entity.
