16 gpu? are you joking, talking about instability there would be underestimating it
there is no way you can do it with 16 gpu for one rig, buy more rig, instead, they are not that expensive, you cna do one for less than $400 if component are used

if 27MHs is correct you should have something like 0.25 etheruem per day
it seems that without -L single 0 it does not work for me, it keep crashing on first gpu, there are other command that were added, maybe i'm not aware of?... i didn't follow all the recent release might help....

they should keep ethereum on POW IMHO
but the point here is that even if they do that, due to the diff increasing in this stupid way, you would end up not mining anything at the end so is not even a matter of adding more gpu at this point I will not add any more GPU at the moment. But some cheap electricity users are adding the GPU at the moment. the Ethereum network mining difficulty level is 51 T now. It is another all time high. These new miners are very confident. they are not very confident, they simply can not mine anything else they are forced to stay there they cannot simply switch to another algo and destroy it, no other coin can sustain even 1/4(probably 1/8, i didn't do the math here) of the etheruem hashrate

the nano can do 80w on ethereum with the right vmod, the same will be for the 470, with the right mod a lower wattage than 50 is more than possible, maybe not as a low as 25, but 30-40w is utterly possible

you don't sell when it falls, you buy more, now i think it's the stagnation time, price will remain there floating on a certain range, until the next big wave
stop believing that bitcoin is return to 4xx or other range value, it will not happen

Core can take as much time as they need testing segwit. We dont want a eth type hack.
the long they delay this feature, the long bitcoin need to wait before embracing right adoption current block limit is somehow preventing global acceptance, done by some big merchants for example none is going to pay an escalatatio of fee that will be always higher than before, just to be in the priority list, that's stupid and should be fixed, i knwo it favor miners so they don't care

i was wondering it's possible to integrate the ethereum miner in a ultimate miner with all the other algo together? or something is preventing this?

I'm getting close to stamping my Hawaii code with a release version - I've completely rewritten the entire ethash kernel neatly and cleanly, on top of eliminating ALL LDS usage and gaining a wave in flight.
Then, I guess, porting to Tonga/Fiji... Stupid new memory addressing.
Anyways, showing high 8 percent to low 9 percent increase on 290X.
Hi, do you plan to share it? I plan to sell it, yeah. Might make an announcement or something - not sure how to do it. If someone's willing to pay, I can hurry up with Fiji, too. how about the hashrate on neoscrypt and lyrav2 on amd with your best miner version? what would be the price exactly? but i know already that it will be expensive...maybe a small donation from many people would help I haven't worked on those in a while - since I sold it to NiceHash - but I have a feeling at least NeoScrypt can get quite a bit better... Using some of GCN's lesser known abilities would probably do it, but it's a real pain for EVERY different chip. mmh ok...are you including a sib perf increase and an optimized spreadcoin for amd also? I think I can dig up copies of SIB and... I might have SPR somewhere. just asking, because my priority is not having a limited miner, i want to be able to mine everything if one algo sink into the ground sort of an ultimate miner is always good to have About SPR, though, I've got a record from when I did it (NSFW): https://ottrbutt.com/miner/spreadwolf-12172015.pnggood hashrate on that 290, better than a 970 with the sp private, is this miner only private?
last time i've checked, the initial price before this curent pump, was $430-$450, so no it's not crashing until it fall under that level
i'm with 970 right now but...i'm waiting for the new amd to come out before deciding...
i guess i might go with the new amd, if support for nvidia drop out, unless you will focus on nvidia also, sp is retiring he say....
btw about sib, is optimized right, what is the hashrate on a 390 for example?

The R9 470 only 25W? In my PC only my CPU (stock) consumes 50W. lol 25w may be far-stretched, but it's so out of reality to think that they might consume around 25-50w with the right voltage

in the same way ti went from 450 to 780 in few days, but people seems to remember only the bad thing lately
bitcoin with its tiny marketcap will always be very unstable, wait for trillion marketcap if you want stability

yes linux only, we need to wait for the new wdd(2.1) to be released for win 10 before seeing good performance on windows

you are worried for a 10% correction, when we went up like crazy for the past few days? you must be new on this market, this happen all the time
it's the normal behaviour of the p&d, i'm waiting the stagnation phase, on where you can say that the price is rock solid
you should be satisfied, with the last increase, it went up 70-80%, what do you want, a indefinite increase? it's obvious that there will be a price correction at some point
nothing to worry about, same shit as 2xx-4xx pump
My issue is CNBC does a big writeup on Bitcoin being a store of value and less than 12 hours later it tanks 10% It is this kind of shit show that keeps crypto from being taken seriously by many people. you should also see the positive side, it went 70% higher, and 10% down, in the end it went 60% higher the final outcome is what matter, the real value is the stagnant one we will get soon after the consolidation and the p&d for accumulation, will end
i find it perfectly normal, this is a typical correction after a fast increase, call it dump if you want, but it's not a dump in tha sense, it will stop at $600-700 range
this does not eman that you can not make good profit, you know what to do with your money
