You're right, I also bet Manchester will win. I thought they were going to win 2-0. The history of the two teams' matches at UCL 2005 and 2008 all ended in a draw. But I think this time it is very different. MU has superior quality of players. Moreover, this is Villareal's first final in the European league. The Europa League final between Man United and Villarreal will be held at the Gdansk Arena, Poland on 26 May. The games you mentioned were many years ago. Now thing are much more different for these teams. Manchester Utd of course are the much more dominant side in this final game. Villarreal will most probably rely on their defense the most. If they succeed in wearing Man Utd players out, they might have a chance for the title. It also depends on how Man Utd will play. And after this result, Manchester City are officially the champions now. Congrats to the team and all of his supporters! They absolutely deserved it.
congrats to man city, this season they deserve it, Man Utd's loss from Leicester was unexpected... Man City's ambition is only 1 left that is the UCL trophy. Their preparation will definitely be very thorough to face Chelsea in the final. even so, I will keep supporting Chelsea. Yeah, Manchester City can win another title also if they manage to defeat Chelsea in the Champions League final. I actually like both of these teams so I would be happy whichever team win. I think both of them deserve to win it also. |

We are going to see the final game in Estádio do Dragăo. I was expecting it to be played in England but I guess they didn't want the stadium to be in the same country too. I hope that we will watch a superb and enjoyable final game. Of course it will not be the best final as the supporters won't be in the stadium. Or maybe they could get the tribune prepared for limited number of supporters.

It's Over! To all those whose said it was going to be an easy win for Barcelona. I have some very bad news for you. Barcelona blew away their 2 goal lead in First half to settle for a draw   This is not the La Liga of the times of Guardiola or Frank Rijkaard, this is La liga 2021. It was really a shocking result to me. I was nervous about the possibility that Levante might get a point. And they did it. Actually, after Barcelona brought the score to 2-0, I thought that was it. But I really appreciated Levante's huge comeback. Barcelona shouldn't have made a mistake here. Now, Atletico and Real both could get quite ahead of Barcelona if they both win their games. Messi should be very angry with his team due to the result. |

I am not sure that AC Milan can reach 2nd place, in the last three games they will play, they will have to play Torino and Atalanta. Torino is not an easy opponent for AC Milan, even though Torino has experienced difficulties this season. Meanwhile, Atalanta has been a consistent team in the last few seasons and become a Serie-A club that has given positive results in the domestic league and UCL. For me, staying in position 3 is good enough for Milan because their target was to qualify for UCL Actually all of their games remaining are going to be tough for Milan. Cagliari and Torino both are fighting not to relegate to Serie B. I think Milan may draw with one of them and win the other game. When it comes to the Atalanta game, it is going to be even tougher for sure. Atalanta defeated Milan 3-0 before. Milan will want to take revenge on that game. |

Atletico were on their really lucky day today. Real Madrid were even nearly losing to Sevilla if it weren't for their last minute goal. Still Real Madrid went up to the 2nd position in the league table as they have an advantage against Barcelona in terms of their head-to-head matches. Last 3 weeks will be really exciting to follow.
Tough match for Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Sevila have finished and they only drew and nothing had changed in the standings. Obviously Atletico Madrid benefited from this result and they are lucky enough to be in first position at the moment. I think nothing is difficult in the next 3 match for Atletico Madrid and most likely they will win the title this season. Atletico Madrid's toughest game seems to be against Real Sociedad home and it's their next game also. But I believe they will make use of this advantage by defeating Sociedad. After that, they will host Osasuna and this must be one of the easiest games for them. And their last game is going to be against Valladolid away. It could be a little hard as Valladolid are still resisting not to relegate. But it shouldn't also be a big deal for Atletico. |

After beating West Brom with a solid performance (3-1), Arsenal still have a chance for the 7th place. Becauses Tottenham lost to Leeds 3-1 away. However, it's not going to be easy for them. There is a 4-point gap and we have 3 games remaining. Tottenham, Everton and Arsenal all are fighting for qualifying for a tournament. West Ham and Liverpool are also carrying the risk of losing their advantage. The remaining games will be really enjoyable to watch.
Don't forget that both Liverpool and Everton still lacks 1 additional game comparing to the other teams. From 3rd to the 7th place, everything could happen, there is so many scenarios, West Ham or Leicester dropping from CL spots and Liverpool getting one, Arsenal to grow up and play seriously, Everton to make a surprise, Spurs to stop being Spurs... It was really shocking to see Milan simply destroying Juventus away. They took revenge on their previous game in the league which Juventus won 3-1. I was surprised to see Ibrahimovic not contributing with an assist or a goal. After this result, I think Juventus won't manage to get past Milan in the remaining games. They may leave Napoli behind though. But Juventus' remaining games are harder than Napoli's. They are going to play against Sassuolo (A) and Inter (H). |
