Got replied with i have to meet requirements, but does not tell what are the requirements to transfer deposit bonus credit to regular unit in account to withdraw.
For example i have $100 deposit bonus. I played $200. I still have $100 deposit bonus. What do i need to do get this $100 deposit bonus to 100
Or whatever convert to regular units so i can withdraw? Can anyone tell me? It looks like deposit bonus just like fun money.
First to be clear the deposits and bonuses are in mbtc, therefore if you deposit 0.1 btc you receive 100 mbtc and a 100 mbtc bonus. Deposit bonuses can have a 25-50x rollover depending on certain risk assessment factors. Please email support for your exact rollover as we do not have access to that information in this department. Why do rollover requirements exist? Online casinos implement rollover requirements because they dont want to bleed money. If rollover requirements didnt exist, players could just sign up to a casino, make a deposit and then withdraw a bunch of bonus money without playing a single game. Casinos would go out of business. The same type of rule also exists for poker bonuses and sports betting bonuses. Gambling sites offer bonuses as a bonus for giving them your business. It just wouldnt make sense to give away free money to every person who opens an account and then turns right back around and withdraws. |

most of my tickets are gone, what happened?
