4641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 Playoffs prediction on: April 05, 2020, 02:11:13 PM

Do you think that if the NBA season got resumed, can Los Angeles Lakers still be no.1 at the Western Conference? and can they defeat the Milwaukee Bucks if they both got clinched the Finals spot and get the ring?

Nothing is certain yet not only the Bucks team is capable on beating out LA imho..Im a Lakers fan but i dont really expect too much because
we know that gameplays on playoffs is somewhat different on what we are seeing on regular season but i cant deny that top spot teams in
both West and East conf. do really have that high chance on getting the finals spot but for now it do really sucks when everything has been
cancelled due to covid.

4643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: April 04, 2020, 11:53:11 PM
It seems to me that the probability of panic in the traditional sector is very high next week: we see too disastrous figures for the rate of spread of the coronavirus. Sooner or later, the authorities admit that they are not able to defeat the epidemic and it remains to wait for it to end naturally (while doing great damage to humanity). At this point, panic will be in all areas, including in the crypto.
That's another scary thing, what would they announce then, when big the world declared that covid-19 has become a pandemic, bitcoin dump for awhile but it has then slowly recovered, so if the world would say they give up, it's like the end of humianity, I don't think there will be another announce like that.
They're gonna be losing their hopes and forget about crypto. They are much looking how to survive and so they have to sacrifice their crypto-asset at this time. Panic selling can't be stopped nor to encourage people not to sell either. The war against COVID-19 gets stronger in the other country and that it pushes people to make an unwanted decision even they have to lose.

Anyway, this is not the ending scheme for crypto. They could still have it back once the market cleared and when the spread of coronavirus flattened.
When everything goes back to normal then its just natural for people to go back into their normal lives which includes investing.
For now btc price is still tanking somewhat in spite on the current condition of the world. Its true that most people now are prioritizing on how
to survive thats why it isnt surprising that they would do things even selling on loss or panic sell would happen because living is what most
important or the priority and we wont surely bother if we are on loss or profits in terms of investment.
4644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-gambling on: April 04, 2020, 10:53:53 PM
...best to spend your time and your money with your family and limit first your engagement with your gambling activities.

Good advice but let them just gamble.

It's their money after all. I'm sure they already know that.

A gambler will keep looking at any possible options that they will see in online gambling. Its good compare involving in a physical gambling place. As you know, only those legal and regulated are close but illegal gambling that still operates today amid the current situation. In those areas where the virus situation is taken very lightly, the operation of these gambling place will continue.
No one can really a stop a gambler and as long he do have money into his pocket or still have funds on his credit card or whatsoever
they'll sure play no matter what. The urge to gamble is really hard to control specially if you already a regular player and we do know
that physical gambling places are shutdown, there's still a chance for them to play online.

Yes, its their money after all and we dont have right to tell on what they gonna do into their daily lives.Actually there are lots of things
for ourselves to get entertained but we know that it will vary on each person.
4645  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: April 04, 2020, 09:52:20 PM
The difference of a certain person who do have lots of btc and to those who do have only have few is that they do really differ in terms of views into things.Lots of btc will really make us some sort of being careless since we do know that we do have lots of money/btc but for those who only have few btc or just some sort of exact funds to invest on will really be more careful. This isnt always the case because
even on average investors do still commit mistakes on first time on engaging to thing specially if they do saw easy money or other traders big profits on trading and easily believed that they can make
out the same outcome if they do try to trade on their own but we do all know that this isnt the case.
4646  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: YouTube continues to ban crypto content on: April 04, 2020, 08:43:48 PM
According to this article, YouTube continues to ban crypto content; No one knows the reason!. Last December they ban a lot of 'legitimate crypto website'. But lately though, we have seen hundreds if not thousands of fake giveways, and with the Covid-19 pandemic, perhaps there are more crypto related scams appearing on Youtube.

I agree with the ban of crpyto related scams, and they should focus on it. However, if some legit channels are going to be affected, then they have to look at their process of banning, just saying.

Its just right to ban it but they should be considerate to check out which one is scam and which one is a legit crypto content.
When it comes on banning fake giveaways and even those shitty ICO content then for sure all of us do agree with that.
We cant do anything in regards to this as long it do violates their terms and conditions which is solely to protect audience to
get involved into scam and other related stuff then it would really gets banned.

4649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: April 02, 2020, 11:29:37 PM

When you are putting players in Las Vegas and making them play there to finish the league, you are not just putting players there, you are putting coaches, assistant coaches, floor moppers, broadcasters, doctors and many other people there as well, even if there is nobody watching live there in the arena. This is why I think it is quite risky. Could it be done? Sure it could be, but is it really the solution we are looking for? It feels like it wouldn't be fun at all and just would be "lets get this over with already" type of situation which doesn't really worth all the risks involved if you ask me.

Exactly, the kind of analogy I'm looking for. Just like what I have mentioned in my previous comment in this thread, I'm thinking resuming with their business ain't a good idea.
Doctors are essentially needed to the public to combat the virus, than being in a business in this dire situation.
This might be labeled as a selfish act from the NBA by holding some medical experts to continue their business amidst the growing number of covid cases in america.

It is indeed a selfish act for them to resume for the sake of profits/business and risking out human lives just for that.It isnt a good idea and i believe they would rather
get criticism rather than praises on resuming in the middle of crises which can risk out human lives.People can wait and theres a right time for that, we do all missed
NBA but we cant do anything and its just dumb if we do force up things which isnt right to be done.
4650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: April 02, 2020, 10:21:21 PM
For those people who has been in the industry for some years and already know what are the different up's and down's of the market because they already have the experience on what would possibly thr next happening of the down of the market, it's either it will pump or dump but for all of us we are still holding our bitcoin for huge profit after this pandemic problem.
It takes a strong mentality to be a holder during crises and trends that tend to fall, but this is also a good opportunity to fill bags with more BTC. If it bounces, it will benefit, it is not easy because it must be based on careful analysis and consideration, it requires patience.
Well, in the midst of extreme market dynamics, it's better to avoid new coins or tokens, the risk is great.
The only thing that makes it harder is the feeling that we are worried about the incoming that will affect our decision making.
Buy, hold or sell...that is everything we do. I'm not a long-term holder but sometimes I do holding when I saw there is no reason to sell it. And for the time like we have now, it all in mix emotions and can guarantee that people will keep holding (even me). Because at this time we need the money and often to think those people who have no other resources will surely sell it now. Well, this could give an opportunity for buyers.

This gonna be our life, we decide to sell because we think that is the best/right thing to do and that is not a mistake that others may say.
It wont really be a mistake specially if this one would be used for our own survival or needs.Theres no point of holding into something for long
term no matter what if you are already dead.We are really on a difficult situation that would need up funds for us to use specially into this pandemic
problem we are facing now.You are right that not all people would have that hodler mindset because when emotion do get or sit in,then our views
in life or goals will surely changed. Its no bad to sell and also no one would able to stop you on what you gonna do into those coins youve been holding
neither purely on btc or some alts.
4651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Site's Investing (Is it worth it?) on: April 02, 2020, 08:16:23 PM
perhaps it is the most advantageous, profitable form of investment to invest in a gambling site but obviously you must first do your research such as the reliability of the site and how long it has been on the market...

Hard thing to be done when you do rely on this kind of matter. Why? you wont able to get in on a particular established or known gambling site for investment yet if they do able to reach a certain point
that they do already accumulated right amount of users then most likely they would surely close their doors for said investment and only a few would really have that kind of opportunity for big sites to open investment publicly. Most of the time we do see this need of investors when they are just starting on thats why its really hard for you to make a decision since we cant still be sure if this new site
would succeed or not.
4652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is Best Trading or Freelancing? on: April 02, 2020, 06:59:20 PM
A few years ago I was a very active freelancer and distributed a lot of information about various projects, and also wrote blogs and articles on various topics, including professional topics for certain resources.  Nevertheless, I was looking for other types of earnings, after which I became interested in cryptocurrency.  The fact is that in the services market, there are a lot of freelancers in the network and the competition is very big.  Based on this, the value of the work of a freelancer is reduced.  But in the cryptocurrency market, the situation is completely different.  Of course, I will not compare the current time with 2016 and 2017, when all cryptocurrency users had great chances for a large income, but nevertheless, even today, a professional and experienced trader can have a constant and stable income from their activities, especially if he  really chooses the right assets to trade in the cryptocurrency market.  based on this, I believe that the work of the trader is rewarded better than the work of the freelancer, although the trader risks more.
When it comes to risk then trading would really have that but on exchange the rewards is more higher compared on a fixed income when you do freelancing. The thing here is that not all do really know on how to trade and they've been used to stick with freelancing jobs according to their skills and didnt intend to look beyond the border to look for more earning opportunities like trading. It will depend on an individual if he would look up for more income or would just stick out to his current condition but for us who do know the opportunity that trading can give will really have that advantage.
4653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 02, 2020, 01:09:27 PM
~~

Rinse and repeat.  Smiley
I have done cleaning my system unit so if you haven't done it, I think you can add it to your list.

Gamble and cleaning, this is our life whenever we're done with the things we do online.

If you cannot afford or you don't want to spend your money in gambling it's okay but they have gambling app games that you can download to the playstore and appstore and money is not involve so you can play and you enjoy.

Most of us now experiencing boring because we are in home because of the lockdown or quarantine that implemented by the government and we need to find ways to break this bored and playing gambling is one of the bedt way that we can do .

Good to you mate that you do that to not feel the boredom , yes those player now cannot play because they don't have work and some of them are employee and it means no work no pay so they don't have money.

There are people who doesnt like to play to those apps or gambling games that doesnt involved real money. We do know the fact that the thrill and enjoyment we do seek is absent
when we are dealing with play money.Am i right?

We can enjoy things not only on playing gambling but even on a simple activity that can be done indoors. It doesnt matter as long you do get yourself entertained on times like
this.
4654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 01, 2020, 11:50:56 PM

4655  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: April 01, 2020, 10:32:28 PM
I have never really won a big percent in this game ever. I have been playing it for 2 years now while taking breaks occasionally.
Most time I would get my capital back but never made any profits as such.
I wonder it's just me or it's for everybody.

If you "always" got even, you ran above average. Congrats.
Seriously ?
I have seen people winning quite a lot from bustabit and so I thought I must be really unlucky to not win good profits.
But yes, I never lost much too. Most of the time I made even because I would withdraw the capital and keep playing from the profits.
The profits would end eventually but I would still be happy to cover my capital investment.

Better luck next time and we know that this is how gambling works, good thing that you're on the break even side. Not all gamblers would
have the same fate or situation in talks of their gambling activity. Some do win and some do lost which isnt something new to be surprised on.
Been playing with the site on years too and im on negative but it doesnt matter as long i do get the entertainment i seek.  Smiley
4656  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys avoid panic sell... on: April 01, 2020, 09:59:23 PM
Maybe we still need to learn to stay calm by controlling ourselves related to the market conditions.

NOT ALL SELLING IS PANIC SELLING Cool Cool Cool

Agree to this one which not all selling is a panic sell yet we havent consider to those who do just sell where they do only need some funds for the current situation.
Holders will really treat these kind of situation or instances to be a big challenge in terms of their beliefs towards crypto. It isnt actually easy to resist emotional
aspect specially on dealing with volatility.

You cant really avoid not to think on selling all and would switch up into markets that do give out possible opportunity that it can give but well we do know on
what are the opportunities that we can benefit out in crypto space.
4657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 01, 2020, 09:15:45 PM
Actually we cannot say that our decision is good until the result was given, gambling will only rely on the luck of the person, so if you are thinking that you may win on the next game and you want to double your bet, do not do that unless you are a risk taker and you have so much money.

Having a mindset like that is not really good because you cannot predict the future of the gambling or the result of the game. It is still better if you are just play safe, just bet according on your money, do not take a risk to the things that you are not sure that you may win the game.

All things will vary on risk management and if you dont mind on losing that next bet and doesnt compromise up your life savings then it should be fine but if you do already spending up money
which are intended to be used in future then thats already a bad sign that you are already addicted with it.

Doubling bets after losing is common yet we know that martingale does really work on this way.Knowing the future or do talks on knowing the next results is impossible
specially if we do play luck-based ones but somewhat if in talks of strategic ones then you might have a chance.

4659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Business That Survives when a Crisis on: March 31, 2020, 10:23:51 PM
- E-SPORT
every year E-Sport enthusiasts continue to rise even to the match at the Olympics, many predictions say that the E-SPORT market in the future is very large, the profit generated can be billions of dollars.  E-Sport does not need a big place and spectators, even players can do matches at home..  You can get a reference for example or type of game HERE
eSport also got effected.

For example, a few weeks ago dota 2 tournament was canceled during these situations.  They cant handle matches online, the reason is needed to verify players not using any illegal (cheating) program for the match. If they can do an online tournament, would be hard to verify the fair games for every team.

For major and International then doing it online wont really be possible but recently that Wesave Charity play succeeded but its understandable that this game is different in talks of business since this is one is focused on charity work.

When it comes to cheat, its plausible but we've seen that there are still some CS:GO games that do still proceed and i can say that they are still doing well in spite of the the pandemic we're facing.
