can he even do it on a open source thing like any coin basically? i think the more i know about this mean the more i see him like a big troll

they should keep ethereum on POW IMHO
but the point here is that even if they do that, due to the diff increasing in this stupid way, you would end up not mining anything at the end so is not even a matter of adding more gpu at this point
The Ethereum price dropped about 50% in the last few days due to the DAO problem. It might not be profitable for some miners now.
same profit as before, like it was some months ago, bitcoin skyrocket to 2x or around that so you have the same revenue at the end, nothing changed anyway etheruem is not the most profitable currently then which one is the most profitable ? ehm just look on a good calculator, right now vertcoin for example is more profitable
34MH on lyra2v2 and only 650 on neoscrypt, and 27MH on etheruem,
the neo9scrypt one can be improved for sure, because it is below the 970 and it does not make any sense..
i'm also more interested in the 470, there are great possibility with that gpu, it may consume only 25w in some case, if limited correctly, which is far beyond amazing
you should be satisfied, with the last increase, it went up 70-80%, what do you want, a indefinite increase? it's obvious that there will be a price correction at some point
nothing to worry about, same shit as 2xx-4xx pump

Is there any way to get bitcoin? I need a VPS and I only want to use bitcoin, but I want to earn the bitcoin.
What I have tried: *Faucets *Mining *Gambling
Anyone have a pay per post thing?
How about just buying some instead of trying to "earn" it? You will find it to be much faster and more convenient. earning it's cheaper than buying, this is buying does not make any sense mining for example some altcoin with a little farm is much more profitable, than investing directly in bitcoin i see it the same thing, you invest in HW that generate bitcoin, instead of investing in bitcoin, but the former is more profitable, at least by a 2x factor....
if this is a long term project, then i'm supporting it, since sp want to say goodbye
it's good to have other that want to improve the code, especially for the new gpu

now that etehruem is down it's possible for decred to take its place?
only one thing is sure, money will just move to something else, so prepare for a pump somewhere else i see good candidate among decred, spreadcoin, and something else that i can not recognize, because i'm not nostradamus
Decred ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) But the Decred price is also dropping. Is that more profitable to mine after the drop of Etheruem price recently? no it is not and never will be with that diff unless the price skyrocket to 0.01 the dual miner is killing it actually
it always depend on your electricity, with 0.05 there is no reason to stop mining
but even with expensive electricity is still profitable, you need to factor the fact thta bitcoin has a very high value now, so the profit is actually greater than before
etheruem halved but btc doubled, same shit in the end
Difficulty increased. yeah in fact etheruem is not the most profitable anymore, because of that also not onyl the price decreasing
Going all in one coin is insanity, reckless gambling. Even Bitcoin. Especially Bitcoin.
i don't agree on bitcoin, bitcoin is actually the only one where you can go all out, the average value prove it
ok increase block size isn't the solution, still how the block are right now isn't acceptable either
when the average will be so high that you need to pay always higher fee, to get in the priority list, it would kill the whole "bitcoin is cheaper than fiat" thing
also the spam problem can be counterattacked with the solution the litecoin dev has worked on to make the spammer pay more, far more than what it is currently for bitcoin

how well amd card perform on lyra2v2 and neoscypt? i want to know if the upcoming 480 are really worth to get for other top algo other than ethereum
i guess you you are farming many account atb one time you can sell for 1 btc easily, but you need to farm something like 2-3 hero for that, not an easy task
signature give you too low amount, not worth the wait, mining can be okish but you need a great number of gpu to make 1 btc fast enough
if you can wait one month, you can make 1 btc with 12 gpu
wasn't this already released, what's the point of this? it was released by nicehash a few days ago
at first thought this was even faster, but it's not the case
no, it is not the same. i see the same hashrate mentioned on cryptoblog, what are the differences then if this is not the same?
if you have cheap electricity then it's worth it to mine, 950 is not the best nvidia you can get, the 970 is
but if you don't want to spend money you can mine with what you have

Im not sure what to do... im planing to add about 10.000€ in BTC as my frined bought 5.000€ of BTC at the price of ~420 just a while ago! Now its almost 750$ per BTC!
What will happen? Will the price drop in halfing or rise? damn hard decision...
i would wait for now, and i'm sure many other are doing the same, a correction is coming, call it a dump, but i like to call it correction + consolidation at current or a bit lower levels

so at halving we need china pumping ? why ?
because they control 70% of the nethash, so it's easy to think that they are somehow involved in manipulating the market to have a better value out of their mined coins even if this is not 100% manipulated, due to brexit in play, there is still, i think, a great % of manipulation going on notice how the price rise by 100 exaclty each time, it can not be a coincidence....
