For me, NEO is already dead altcoin.
After Binance(BNB) before was become famous, NEO started to vanish. It's just sad because I also hold lot of NEO before, but I already sold them at loss and for now, I still don't find any good entry for NEO.
I am more now on technical analysis part if ever I'll enter again on these kinds of altcoins.

Technical Analysis is very effective, especially you are late from their ICO/IEO or any offerings they conducted. But with the help of Technical Analysis, you can enter at any point, depends on how your analysis shows where or when you will enter and will turn to become investment.

Shitcoins on shady exchanges are really popular nowadays, even normal exchanges or popular one, there are still lot of shitcoins. And also it will depends on how you define how shitcoin altcoin is. But before, you can see a ton of shitcoins within exchange, since before, you can be listed on an exchange as long you have money for the listing fee, but as time goes by, it is kinda become difficult now especially on some popular exchanges.

This altcoin is kinda good before, lot of development within their project.
But as time goes by, especially when you check the chart of Dash, volume too is falling, not only the price.

You mean the built-in tradingview chart within the exchange? Just like the Binance where they have another type of chart which is TradingView or you can use their own chart.
If you are planning to pay for the pro version, then you can use it in their official website or mobile apps, then you select a pair on what exchange you want, it will work.

But the concept of it especially using the ERC20 under ethereum network is good, this can be reduced that traffic on Bitcoin network.

Speaking of taking profits, taking profits is never a bad idea, you can take profits like 50% or 75%, depends on you, try to celebrate your profits, even a small only, there will be a good entry again soon.

Also if you can check the 1D timeframe of TEZOS/BTC pair, you can see a huge break out there. But the horizontal resistance from February still not broke out, but this trendline breakout is alread a significant for TEZOS, still waiting for good entry from here.
Let's hope this is not a fake breakout or a bull trap.
