Well, only a couple of things. Android lets me:
*Root the damn thing
*Install software from non-official sources
*Install custom roms
*Access the file system without specific PC software required
*have open source power: thousands of enthousiasts working all day improving things
Summing up: actually OWNING my phone instead of some form of lease.
Frankly, I would be surprised if an early Bitcoin adaptor deliberately choses Apple or WP8.

Didn't you hear - the bottom is in - not the top. Despite the fact that Bitcoin has never been so high for more than a few of hours before people are already calling this the bottom.  This dip is just building base camp above previous ATH.
Yup, triple bottom. Bullish as hell, 500 here we come. I cant remember a bull bear fight around $200 in April. In April, we started at around $20. This time, its different. Its only the start. |

It's not at all similar to this spring, or we would have crashed deeply with volume of more than 100k BTCs already.
I am completely speechless with the tenacity of this price fly-up, it simply refuses to go down, several crash attempts are just easily absorbed, each time countered a powerful buy wave.
Truth. +1 When comparing April with today, the current run up seems much more impressive.  |

Its better to avoid big price dips than anything else. Get out soon enough saves capital. If too soon, just wait for the next opportunity.

It does not seem an unreasonable thought that Bitcoin rises in value steadily, with short term spikes along the way. Indeed, a commodity. Better pick it up again when demand is lower again.

A rough estimate:  This is pretty much spot on. not yet, I think. We're still in March if you make this comparison. Would someome pay $1,000 for a currency he cannot practically use for the next few years? I think this runup may be somewhat limited this time. It gets harder for BTC to continue annual multipliers of 10-20x. |
