WA made a nice change by listening to the user reaction...
https://edition.cnn.com/2021/01/15/tech/whatsapp-privacy-policy-delay/index.html the good news, WhatsApp has delayed the policy, they're afraid of losing even more users and I think that's great 'lol'
4702  Economy / Economics / Re: NFL Player Salary Paid in Bitcoin on: January 19, 2021, 10:42:48 AM
Found this interesting:

Quote
The Carolina Panthers will pay half of Russell Okung's $13 million contract for 2020 in Bitcoin, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The two-time Pro Bowler signaled his desire in May 2019 to be compensated in the form of the popular cryptocurrency and confirmed he got his wish...

Source: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2924583-russell-okung-to-be-1st-nfl-player-paid-in-bitcoin-65m-of-panthers-salary

After reviewing some of Okung's tweets, he appears to be quite the bitcoin bull, and backing it up by requesting half his 2020 salary in bitcoin.
In the future, we will definitely see more and more athletes who ask to be paid in popular coins...
The cryptocurrency era has begun to appear, people's trust in cryptocurrency begin to build. mass adoption insight.
4703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Had you sold your Bitcoins ? on: January 18, 2021, 09:11:05 PM
I already sold out all my Bitcoins, and other crypto.

I don't want to risk. i would buy Bitcoin again when it visits $6000 again, maybe next year.

What about you?
going to buy it again at a lower price is the best decision...
also sell some satoshis that I HODL for my daily needs and my family. anyone is not prohibited from selling Bitcoin as long as it does not sell at a lower purchase price. I will buy back when my family's economy gets better.
4704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [NPXS] pundi x moon or doom ? on: January 18, 2021, 08:25:41 PM
...

It just breath a little, so it's still alive.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pundi-x/

The volume is impressive, it has over $200 million trading volume in all exchanges combine, I missed that, if there's no bull run, we might not be able to see that kind of volume again. Let's see it's price movement in the next few days.. if you guys think it will recover, betting start filling your bags now.
Pundi X still survives, it must be appreciated...
I still remember joining the pundi X bounty program and immediately selling the token out of necessity. If we look at the current Pundi X trading volume is still high, especially on the Upbit and Binance exchanges.
4705  Economy / Economics / Re: Second lockdown due to covid19 is painful on: January 18, 2021, 08:15:54 PM
Being from a first world country I suppose everyone is getting complacent now.

A matter of months to beat the main virus.

Sadly where does it leave poor countries?

How long with they have to wait to be free of fear?
in this case, not all countries are lucky...
Feeling sorry for the poor countries today is useless. however no country can escape from the current fear even if a rich country. *pray for ourselves and all our respective families
4706  Other / Off-topic / Re: Invitation in WeChat on: January 18, 2021, 05:57:07 PM
if my we chat account is not blocked then I will add you...
I have tried to register we chat but this time it has been blocked. In my city, we chat users are very few and it is less interesting in my opinion, I even hear about data security issues.
4707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub and PayPal - What are supporting the higer Bitcoin price the most? on: January 18, 2021, 05:46:14 PM
I think the winner is Pornhub...
According to data that lonely men who work on the internet and who are under pressure really need sex entertainment, in the future Bitcoin users who don't want to bother with privacy will definitely deposit with Bitcoin. while for Paypal, currently, IMO there are not too many buyers there because there are still a lot of concerns.
4708  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin's price drop to 30K healthy? on: January 18, 2021, 05:24:32 PM
https://www.fr24news.com/a/2021/01/analysts-say-bitcoin-price-drop-to-30k-was-healthy-and-necessary.html

Analysts say Bitcoin price drop to $ 30K was ‘healthy and necessary’
so far Bitcoin hasn't touched $ 30k back...
even if it does touch, it's just a market correction. Market corrections are a natural thing for an asset, not just crypto, the way all assets work is that, and market corrections are common.
4709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CC163 - Can Ethereum Make You a Millionaire in 2021? on: January 18, 2021, 04:20:29 PM
why not, Ethereum is a cryptocurrency that has the second-largest market after Bitcoin...
but to buy Ethereum at the current price, for me is very risky. waiting for a dip and then buying Ethereum is a moment you shouldn't miss. *ethereum will make you rich when you buy at the right price
4710  Economy / Economics / Re: Vaccination Started in India | Impact over Indian Economy & World? on: January 17, 2021, 06:33:47 PM
not only your country has started vaccination but many countries have started...
There are many reports circulating on the internet that the effectiveness of the vaccine is only 60%, which means that it still has the same potential to be infected with Covid19. there will definitely be a lot of protests happening in the next few weeks and for sure it will destabilize the world economy *not just India
4711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 16, 2021, 09:11:35 PM
Wolfsburg-Leipzig ended not different than I expected. This is a good opportunity for Bayern Munich. If they manage to beat Freiburg tomorrow, the point difference with Leipzig will increase to 4.
really a poor result for Leipzig, they only drew...
if Leipzig could win yesterday's match then right now those who are in 1st place and certainly shift Bayern. tomorrow Bayern will face Freiburg, already confirmed that Bayern will win and will make it a difference of 4 points from Leipzig.
4712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 16, 2021, 07:50:18 PM
For me, the Chelsea players did not play optimally and did not take advantage of opportunities well...
By only fighting 10 players + in the lower ranks, Chelsea should be able to make it 2-0 or 3-0 but only 1 goal has been created. btw, Leicester vs Southampton will start soon and it's a good chance for Leicester to win so they can move up the rankings.
4713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOT [Polkadot] Speculation on: January 16, 2021, 07:31:23 PM
*4 hours ago, DOT just created a new ATH...
did not expect DOT to be priced at $ 17, surely in the next few days, there will be more surprises made by DOT, maybe a new ATH!

Really? I find DOT very interesting because of its use case not because of hype, can't believe some people are still belittling this project, this Polkadot and Avalanche are the best new projects of 2020 to me, if dumps do comes I will which can happen after bull season is done I will be waiting to buy
true, I don't think DOT is a HYPE coin, I really believe that the bullish DOT this time is purely from investor interest.
4714  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is skipping meal a bad habit? on: January 16, 2021, 06:57:48 PM
I’m a bit confused about these. My doctor will always say don’t skip a meal and he will always remind me “An apple a day keeps you from the doctor” so if skipping meal is a bad habit, why do experts and professional nutritionist  say intermittent fasting is healthy?
fasting is a different matter...
Usually, fasting only takes a month at most and it is very good for health especially for those who are on a diet but if it is done for several years and skipping meals, your body will be damaged and you will definitely fall ill.
4715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: January 16, 2021, 06:43:24 PM
Actually, i am quite disappointed. BNB has clearly underperformed comparing another top10 coin except for XRP. BNB should be 100$ already
DOT has risen 200%, same ADA. BNB only 30% at that time

I have been loyal to BNB due to very nice reward system, credit card 7% cashback, and  25% from tradings discounts
Its more like divident stock with 20% yield
You don't be disappointed, friends, because surely BNB will be bullish...
BNB is different from other Altcoins, BNB has its own moment to be Bullish, that's the advantage of centralized coins. surely later we will see the BNB pump, so that's where the BNB holders will reap profits.
4716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Joseph Stahura avoids jail for all the campaign funds he used for gambling. on: January 16, 2021, 06:30:18 PM
a person like this is not worthy of leading a city...
I don't know where the campaign funds came from but if he really likes gambling then he should just play with his income and not his campaign money. *I can't imagine if a gambler becomes the leader in our city then he will definitely corrupt and use the city funds for his gambling
4717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scammers have a hard time with grammar on: January 16, 2021, 02:07:41 PM
another stupid scammer lol...
many scammers today are not careful about creating advertisements for their spoofed products. even though currently there is a lot of software to perfect grammar, they may not be able to write BTCitcoin correctly. Cheesy
4718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: January 16, 2021, 10:48:06 AM
Link grew 30% in the last week, really good growth...
Links are great for making long-term investments, it's just that you have to be prepared with high fees because Link are still based on ERC20. surely Link will make another new ATH surprise.
4719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you going to buy into these high rising defi coins now? on: January 16, 2021, 07:31:21 AM
The last month I had another project and wasn't watching the space and it's only today I had time to really focus on it.  I figured I would buy into these high rising projects a little today even though chances are they are at their ATH.  Are you going to buy into these high rising defi coins now, such as UMA, Kusama, DIA, Ampleforth, Ren, Reserve Rights, and others?    Which ones do you think will go higher?
Kusama and DIA have good potential and prospects...
it's down a few percent right now and during a dip like this is a good time to buy. these two tokens have the potential to set new ATH records, I am very sure.
4720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to still make a good return from Bitcoin? on: January 15, 2021, 10:23:39 PM
why not possible!!!
even in the last 24 hours of trading, Bitcoin has moved 6.8%. Bitcoin price is very volatile so it is not too difficult for you to make a profit of 5% - 7% every day if you are observant and lucky.
