82 Minutes and match is on 2 - 2 look like Manchester City going to lost points here and many going to lost bets as I check too much money on city win.
Full time and Wolvehampton have won the match. Traore really played very well in this match... I think the chase is over for City now. Over to you Liverpool
4702  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: December 27, 2019, 09:33:14 PM
Is the idea of it too difficult to guess and predict correctly, or are we not really good at predicting these things? It doesn't feel that nice to suck sooo bad every single week and I am starting to think I just don't know football that well.
It's just difficult. It's a game of probabilities just like predicting the result. Any player on the pitch could score or not score. There are 22 players who start per match. Now add on other factors like substitutions and players who you think may start the match and score being left out and then multiply that by 7 selected matches... i think you get a picture of how hard it is thou it looks simple on paper.
4703  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading bots are you using to manage your portfolio? on: December 27, 2019, 08:33:31 PM
I use 3commas app to just view the movement of my portfolio value, the daily, weekly or monthly profits and losses i have made. I prefer doing the trades myself and not having to rely on a bot.
4704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 26, 2019, 04:34:11 PM
Arsenal left behind 1 goal in the first round
Chelsea left behind 1 goal in the first round

Should Arsenal and Chelsea accept defeat from this match? this is only the first round
I hope the two are able to return the goal again as Spurs turn things around to win.
Arsenal have equalized through Aubameyang. I am watching the match and from the look of things, they could easily win the match if they keep pressing hard.
As for the Chelsea match, Redmond has just scored a second goal for Southampton. I think it's going to be another home loss for the blues
4705  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Uzbekistan amends law making it illegal for citizens to buy crypto-currency on: December 26, 2019, 01:44:53 AM
Really hate how this so-called greedy politicians in form of "Governments" are trying to control each and every aspect of the civilians. Technically one buying or selling cryptocurrencies is not a crime  Angry It's my goddamn money so one shouldn't dictate how i spend it as long as am not carrying out any crime.

Instead of fight corrupt folks, climate change, famine and poverty, the energy is being diverted into fulfilling their personal agendas
4706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How an interviewer made Craig Wright sweat about the question if he's Satoshi! on: December 26, 2019, 12:42:48 AM
The task is very simple... sign a message from the address holding the bitcoins. He doesn't have to move the bitcoin or something like that. CSW's character portraits that of someone who is so greedy and selfish. Look how he even talks and boosts in the interview. If he was satoshi, he would have dumped those coins so hard as soon as bitcoin's price showed some value.

The fact that he doesn't have the keys mean the HE IS NOT and WILL NEVER BE SATOSHI NAKAMOTO PERIOD!!!
4707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good cryptocurrency news sites/apps? on: December 25, 2019, 11:59:16 PM
Personally the one i have been following most for only my crypto related news when am not on social media is Cointelegraph. I kind of trust it as a source compared to other new crypto news websites
4708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Do You Make Money With Bitcoin? on: December 25, 2019, 11:39:57 PM
Hodling requires lots of patience and it can even take as long as 3-4 years for one to achieve their target. As for me, i do day trading more particular Margin Trading. It's a very risky venture for a beginner but having been in the game for a while now, I know what to do and how to make the best out of it.
4709  Economy / Reputation / Re: Whitebit on: December 25, 2019, 11:19:54 PM
Lol, I’ve been trading on WhiteBit for about 6 months now, with any questions that I had - I contacted support and they helped me on the same day. I don’t know what your problem is because you didn’t bring any evidence, so I think that you did something wrong. But if you were really deceived - do not forget about the evidence)
It's because you are a paid shill who comes here to spread lies about your scam exchanges like WhiteBit. Anybody who believes what you just said would be a fool.

- Jet Cash - I haven't interacted with him that much, but he is one of those old members that would love to see Bitcointalk become great again. He is always interested in seeing that, bitcointalk's main purpose does not go to the dogs. He would love to see a forum that still discusses the economical aspects of bitcoin in the current situation among other things.

- Vod - Wel,l bpip.org is proof enough

- DdmrDdmr - Another statistician who has done a great job analyzing forum data.

- Hhampuz and Yahoo - Any bitcoin signature campaign participant can relate to this two guys. They put signature campaign management bar to another level

4711  Other / Meta / Re: Decreasing number of forum users on: December 24, 2019, 10:27:58 PM
Remember that the introduction of merit system must have also had a great impact...especially from 2018 onwards.... that coupled with the bear market are the most likely contributing factors.

With the introduction of merit system, the account farmers slowly started to leave the scene.
To make matters wosre for them... there was introduction of the new bump rule. I think such things have a significant effect too, thou most accounts that stop logging in are usually alts and farmed accounts.

I also remember around may this year, lots of members were banned much more than any other time i have been in this forum.

Personally, i think Bitcointalk is still going strong.
4712  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC/ Trade Satoshi/ P2PB2B/ WhiteBit reviews on: December 22, 2019, 11:32:24 PM
I successfully traded on HitBTC recently but after that i had to cash out everything i had in there. If there was way of deleting my account, i would.
Their fee is ridiculously very high and it looks like they are selectively scamming people just like the other exchanges you have listed.

My advice, avoid them at all costs

can I ask a trusted member to trade on one of those platforms "if there are successful stories using them"?trade for me.
Do forums rules prevent this?
It's allowed, however you will have to get someone trusted who is willing to help you out.
4713  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I build my own TradingView bot - what are the best TradingView indicators? on: December 22, 2019, 10:03:26 PM
Personally i use the common indicators, and they are doing quite well for me. Not sure whether it's because i do Margin trading and not spot trading.
My most commonly used indicators are Bollinger bands, RSI and MACD.

I usually just aim for only a 1% price change per day on a 30% leverage (when the market is less volatile like right now) and i have made quite some returns thou there were a couple of times when i hit losses (Due to emotions!) but overall, am happy.
4714  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust abuse by Atobmixer on: December 22, 2019, 09:24:24 PM
i just left a remark saying :

unmoral type of advertising, Leaves negative remarks on other services without testing out the services. using brute marketing strategy for chipmixer. very bias remarks made on other mixers.
But your mixer appears on a website that was claiming to review a list of mixers. The mixers being reviewed there were later discovered to be fake and scam. So instead o leaving unnecessary feedback on anybody that tries to warn others about your mixer. Prove to us to you are not scammers
4715  Economy / Reputation / Re: List of banned participants in the Cryptotalk Campaign on: December 22, 2019, 08:58:40 PM
Even the English used in the so-called message is so poor  Grin  Looks doctored according to my observation.
This is what happens when you just go on believing anything you see around the internet without doing a little digging for more info.
4716  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Sportsbet.io WATCHOUT! on: December 22, 2019, 08:36:36 PM
Yeah, I did gamble only with 0.02 BTC and you think it is worth to give all your personal info to some website, that probably gets hacked sooner or later and gets leaked, and I am not the only person, who has this problem.
Ahhh so it's now "some website"... But you didn't mind when you were sending them the 0.02 BTC

Come on mate, all i see is you refusing to honor the request. If you were not willing yo send your personal info then you would have not tried to use the website in the first place. It was not like they forced you to sign up for them
4717  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Historically, how good has the Community been at detecting scams early? on: December 21, 2019, 11:59:23 PM
Scam is something very old which has been there even before the era of bitcoin or even this forum. Where there is currency/money, there is scam. We can try to fight it, at least in this community, but we can't stop it from happening because there are lots of gullible and greedy people out there who will still fall for the scam tricks.

Being in this forum atleast helps one to be aware of existing scam tactics and scammers and hopefully prevents them from getting scammed but out there, there are still so many ignorant people.

So people here just volunteer, it's not like they are specialists in scam detecting. They just try to warn the community whenever they come across any scam/scammer.
4718  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Sportsbet.io WATCHOUT! on: December 21, 2019, 11:32:40 PM
A little harsh to call them scammer at the moment. Have you tried to PM their rep here?
If yes what was his response?

If no, here is a link to the profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=832366
4719  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tracking Trades & P&L on: December 21, 2019, 10:53:21 PM
Try 3commas platform. It's bot but you can choose not to use it and just track your portfolio free of charge. All you have to do is import your API Key in your 3commas account and you will be able to view your portfolio P&L in real time in USD.

I just hope you are using exchanges they support.

Arsenal has just signed an agreement with M.Arteta. What do you think about it? Is he capable for Arsenal?

Quote
ARSENAL have agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal for Mikel Arteta to take over as the new manager, according to reports.

I am still wondering why up to now Arsenal decided to go Arteta. I feel he won't bring any much change at the Emirates. Perhaps it's the stingy nature of the bosses to opt for cheaper options knowing that if they attempt to go for a top manager, they will have to splash cash for new signings which they have always been reluctant to do.
