4701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Games Token | PLAY2EARN | 3 Upcoming Meta Verse Games on: December 05, 2021, 06:33:15 AM
Why is it called metaverse games? Everything now is metaverse, which has became a key marketing word for anything related to games development in crypto environment.

This site's concept specifically kind of reminds faucets games which paid satoshis' dust to active users who played flash or browser games while the website operators mined crypto currencies using the processing power every users' computers. One exclusive game is arduous enough to develop and they already want to start with three! It doesn't look good and anything related to shiba is expected to be a scam, a bad joke or a cheap copy of something else.
4702  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is getting more bearish, what is the trigger? on: December 04, 2021, 11:49:00 PM
Aside from technical analysis then it isnt really bad to consider fundamentals too.
Whats the trigger? For sure this one.
$300 Billion Bitcoin And Crypto Price Crash After Stark Fed Warning—Ethereum, BNB, Solana, Cardano And XRP In Free Fall
Source: Link

I do really expect something like this that anytime could happen on which this market is really highly reactive to news or fundamentals
which it could really fucked up those TA's.
So, Federal Reserve stops or decreases the stimulus they were offering by buying bonds to increase market liquidity during the pandemic, and instead of doing that, they can use the money now to raise the basic interest rates in the country, what makes fiat fixed income investments more profitable and interesting in the USA, incentivizing investors to cashout their funds from crypto market and inject it in the american traditional economy.

Not only crypto market loses, but many other emerging countries' markets can also lose this way. Well, I just hope it's a temporary movement from investors and as soon as they see how fiat economy is messed up, the increasement in interest rates may not look so bright to their eyes anymore. So bitcoin will be still an alternative to that, like it has been during the whole pandemic.

Finally I got a lambo ticket from the wheel. I was already thinking I would never get it! Although it just represents 0.00032022% of the currently total amount of tickets in the draw, it feels really good to receive this reward for the first time, because it is indeed a rare prize! Despite the low chances the important it is to be inside the contest for this wonderful Lambo Huracan award!
I could imagine myself driving it through the streets of my city, hahaha! Grin

Thank you for the link bro, I don't understand why fbtcvip10 hasn't been able to post it. Well, according to coinmarketcap, this trading pair currently represents 18,5% of the market volume, and is the second largest, that's not a tiny part.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/funtoken/

It is indeed quite a large volume and I wonder what would be the reasoning behind it. Would also love to hear anything about Thequin what the thinks of the delisting as it is probably also a surprise for him . I would keep holding my tokens for the premium benefits but it's a step back in the development of the token.
That is the point, friend, premium benefits. I'm not really worried about FUN price since we still have access to free spins and extra daily interest on bitcoin investment. And if the price of the token drops too much, it can be an interesting opportunity for new investors to buy for the first time, or for the older ones to increase the range of their premium benefits inside the platform, by purchasing more tokens.

The only issue would be if premium benefits were reduced, just like the winning chance of wheel of fortune for better prizes, but I don't think Freebitco.in would do this...
4705  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin resistance and support price on: December 03, 2021, 06:33:02 PM
I don't think we are in a bearish market, because we are constantly reaching close to the ATH every few days, that also matches the resistance level. If it were a bearish market we would have seen a deep crash in bitcoin price with a much lower resistance level than the currently one. Days ago I saw resistance was around 59,000$, then 57,000$ and now 55,000$. That looks good for me and it is a possible signal bitcoin can surprise everyone positively at any moment rising to an inedit ATH. December is a good month for bitcoin, so I'm hopeful bitcoin can make it before the end of the year.
4706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free spin and wagering on: December 02, 2021, 08:11:39 PM
Check the meaning of the verb "to spin" and you will see it's the act of rolling the wheel or the slots machine. If you win free spins, you are going to be able to play those games for free.

"To wager" means "to bet", and when that expression is used, it often refers to a requirement you need to fulfill before you can cashout the bonus given by the casino through free spins. For an example: you have won 40$ with the free spins conceded by the casino, but you still need to wager it 30 times to be allowed to withdraw the money (that means you need to wager 1200$ to unlock the reward).
4707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making money while gaming on: December 01, 2021, 07:33:03 PM
If they implemented such features in their games where you gonna earn some NFTs or coins while playing their games, I'm sure their market will gradually increase and they can overtake some highest rank games because of their innovations. However, they need to be careful and make sure that there will be no bug on their platform because if something is wrong and someone will exploit it, their franchise will be over and everything they planned about this NFT thing will be no fruit. It will take a while for this game to become true because it will go through a lot of trials and errors.
Bugs and glitches are common in every games and it's not going to be different with NFT games produced by Ubisoft. But like in any online games, there must be an active development team behind the game ready to fix any errors that might be found at anytime. In case something serious is spotted, I'm sure they can shut down the game instantly to correct the issues and punish the cheaters players accordingly.
I believe for every cheater there is always at least an honest player who will tell developers to fix bugs, once he spots it. So it doesn't become a big issue before it can be repaired.
4708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto casino key features!? Looking for a players advice! on: December 01, 2021, 06:52:14 PM
I don't want to discourage you, but keep in mind even though you are able to deliver the most asked features by players, you will still have many competitors casinos around offering the exactly same key features, with the advantage they are much bigger and more popular than your potential recently created business. Besides offering a quality service, you also need proper marketing, what can be really expensive considering the effort and investment you will have to make to reach the same level of structure another platforms have already built along so many years in crypto market.

Furthermore, being honest, I'm not sure if there is demand for more crypto casinos for now. I think the number of crypto gamblers must increase first.
4709  Economy / Economics / Re: Credit cards | A scam or a tool? on: December 01, 2021, 05:59:30 PM
which provide a decent cashback (I'll fill up my car once or twice a year for free).
That is the reason I have became a supporter of credit cards: cashback feature.

I really don't like to stay in debt and credit cards are very dangerous, as it's likely debt will hit you sooner or later, not exactly because you don't have money to pay for your expenses, but because you may forget it or the credit card can mysteriously trick you. It happened to me once: I had just paid for the purchases I made with my credit card during the month and didn't use it anymore for another one or two months. And for my surprise, after some time, when I checked the credit card informations on the app, I noticed I had some cents, which were increasing in value day by day, to be paid.

By now I don't understand why that happened. I just paid the debt faster as possible and right now I only use credit card to take advantage of the cashback feature on every purchases, although when I use this payment method the money is instantly taken from my account, just like it would work through a debit card. This way I can have access to the benefits, while avoiding the risks.
4710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is more real than money in the Bank on: December 01, 2021, 04:25:04 PM
Many people have a hard time realizing the money they hold at banks isn't safe at all. Here in our country a similar situation to the one related by OP has already happened. During the 90's decade everyone had their saving accounts confiscated by the government in a desperate attempt to control inflation that was around 84% yearly.
That measure by the government had a very negative impact over the population and even lead some people to commit suicide, because everything they had was invested on this application category, so naturally they went depressed and delusional. We really can't trust governments, because they will do anything they have to do to keep the economy working somehow, even though they have to sacrifice the citizens on their individuality.
4711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: School Students learning bitcoin basics in Slovakia.. on: November 30, 2021, 08:12:41 PM
The weird thing is that there is no backstory alongside the image. I’ve looked through the whole Twitter thread and sought through www, but alas came back empty handed. The image unfortunately does not tell us if the book was used for promotional purposes within the classroom, whether this is a one-off or a regular presence in that school/more schools, whether is down to a nerdy teacher’s interest, or whatever. Context matters ...
Trying out to search in regards to this one too but i cant find out any proofs that would really justify or prove out that book is really containing about bitcoin information or  something like that so lets just take this some sort presumed bitcoin  basic learning from that country.Well, if this one turns out to be true then any news about adoption will always be a good news and hope that other countries
would make out the same recognition as well.
The book brings the story of some kids who needed a tool to trade with each other. At some point they are suggested to use bitcoin as currency. That is what the book cover says:

It's a fictional story to introduce kids to the existence of bitcoin, but I suppose it's not necessarily aimed to teach any technical or any other complex aspects of bitcoin. Some customers complained about this fact in the reviews. However they should keep in mind it's a book for young children...
4712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 30, 2021, 06:59:17 PM
The Euro 2020 which ended a couple of months ago has given us some insights about teams that may perform well in the world cup next year. Although both Germany and Netherlands got eliminated in the competition, they played some really good football - Germany especially.
On the mentioned Germany elimination I think they got unlucky at the end, or maybe they got under too much pressure for not scoring England before, what has been a tradition for decades (the last time Germany had lost to England in major tournaments was in 1966 - World Cup final). England took the opportunity and scored twice on the final stage of the match (75 min. and 86 min), although the game had been balanced by that moment.
The problem is also that Germany lost golden chances of scoring, even though they reached so close. But I still believe their potential for the next World Cup, and it's important to notice each championship is a unique championship: sometimes teams which play really good at a competition, joins the next one with a completely new performance, which might be inferior.
4713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 29, 2021, 09:37:07 PM
For the next world cup in Qatar I see Germany and Netherlands as the strongest nations so far. They have been solid and implacable against their adversaries, despite very few mistakes. Furthermore, these are two teams which play really perfectly in group. That is their main advantage in my opinion, which completely puts them in a superior position when compared to south american national teams, for an example, which totally rely in few key players to develop or conclude their strategies. European national teams like the two titans I mentioned are more versatile, so they can adapt themselves better to any game conditions.
4714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microstrategy Buy more Bitcoin on: November 29, 2021, 09:25:46 PM
The whales are taking advantage of the Bitcoin market and are buying the dip and Microstrategy one of the Bitcoin whales buys more than $414•4 million worth of bitcoin in addition to its present Bitcoin holding.
It's not new if it's from Microstrategy.

They're always waiting for the dip to buy and it's just they've done that lately because there's no news about them purchasing bitcoins during the dip.

But here they are, once again bought a lot of bitcoins and as usual, they're taking advantage of every dip. While the other companies are still thinking if they should do, Microstrategy is just doing its thing.
Yes, good for them they are doing this since 2020, holding a total balance over 3,5$ billion dollars in bitcoin. Microstrategy adopted bitcoin as treasury reserve asset due to the irresponsible action of governments during the pandemic which intensified money printing to stimulate the economy artificially and to give emergency welfare packages to every citizens in need.

Knowing how fiat currencies are going to increase its devaluation process for that reason (the global traditional economy is messed up), bitcoin became an interesting option for protecting their funds on long run. And I believe Microstrategy will keep buying more bitcoins yet.
4715  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: November 29, 2021, 07:38:14 PM
In fact, if you say safe, in all aspects of life it contains risks and in the sense that it is not safe.
despite all that happened this is to me is the same as life where the strong survive here.
Those who can manage well and manage everything well will benefit and those who just want to join in, then they will lose and lose.
we all will not get the same advantage here, depending on our intentions, determination and patience. when we are able then we will win when we are not able so don't expect you to be rich by being here.
I agree with you. The point with bitcoin investment is that it has became a safer option when compared to some traditional investments which return inferior annual interest when compared to the inflation for that same time period. While you have bitcoin investment which can generate you profit or not (there is a possibility implied), you have those another investments which are sure to make you lose money due to the reason presented previously (inflation). So between the uncertain profit and the certain of loss, I prefer the uncertain one, that by the way is working really well.
4716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social Gambling Platform? on: November 29, 2021, 06:47:08 PM
The given informations are too basic to conclude something accurately about this project. I've also checked the official website of their app, but it's still raw.

I just have the impression PickGuru isn't going to offer any innovative feature another gambling platforms don't offer already. There are tons of betting, fantasy sports and social betting around (the called betting exchanges). So I don't really their point yet, although I can be mistaken once they add more details to their website.

A good news regards this platform is: they are hiring. Wink
4717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was Bitcoin talked about at your Thanksgiving celebration? on: November 29, 2021, 04:23:01 PM
As usual, we talk about bitcoin price, how it is behaving recently and what news and events could be influencing it. At the end of the discussion we always conclude it's better to keep holding, because that is exactly what the big figures of crypto and financial world in general don't want you to do. I also talk to my family about blockchain games and then they ask me about some games in particular they have seen on youtube, although most of these games are just ponzi schemes pretending to be real games. It's very important to talk to close people about crypto currency because you can help them avoiding being scammed.
4718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice or slot, Horse 🐎 ride on: November 29, 2021, 03:44:33 PM
Mastering the game is supported by fun and enjoyment when playing and depends on the gambling being played, and if you feel happy and enjoy the game you will try to master it, but the gambling game mentioned by the OP in my opinion does not have to be mastered.
Dice and slot games are actually games that can provide fun and even eliminate boredom, positively it can provide benefits if you win the game so you don't have to master it.
and horse racing also relies on luck because you only choose the horse that you think is fast and wins so what should you master.
If he has knowledge about the statistics of participant horses, jockeys, trainers and understands the weather conditions and going of track impacts on the races' results he can master horse racing, different from slots and dice that are 100% based on luck. This article gives some hints for those who might be interested in learning what they should pay attention for when placing a bet in horse racing:

4719  Economy / Gambling / Re: betfair and excluded countries on: November 28, 2021, 04:12:44 AM
Here in forum one solutions seems nice, but has same problems at the moment. maybe in future they will improve (exbet.io)
Yes, this one could be a decent alternative for crypto enthusiasts seeking for a betting exchange, but as I see exbet.io lacks efficient marketing and being active here on the forum. Last time they appeared on their official thread was September 14, more than 2 months ago already. Exbet is LIVE >> The Bitcoin Betting Exchange [exbet.io]

Many gamblers aren't familiar with this gambling category yet or don't see a benefit in leaving the bookmaker to bet person to person, and that may represent a big obstacle when trying to increase liquidity on such platforms. Anyway I appreciate their effort in trying to bring betting exchanges to crypto universe.
4720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin market has become scammer's playground on: November 28, 2021, 03:14:07 AM
After the initial success of Shiba Inu coin, I am observing that the altcoin market has become a playground for the scammers in most literal sense.
Actually altcoins market and crypto market in general have been a playground for scammers since many years ago, from the moment bitcoin started becoming more recognized as investment on.

There are many others as well. It is a money laundering heaven. Don't you think such gold rush has to stop at some point. Otherwise cryptos will never be able to make its way into the mainstream world. People are buying from craps to garbages in the name of cryptos.

Vpice your opinion.
Sooner or later those people who are scamming others are going to be busted. They may think they are smart by earning money like this, but in fact this money isn't going to make them thrive in life, because the source of the money isn't legit from any perspectives. Only legit money can proportionate happiness and prosperity to an individual at same time. That is an essential law easy to be observed in life.

I just think investors should have more respect for their own money avoiding such altcoins. The problem is that investors are greedy, so they believe in any lies which put them in a confortable position regards their financial goals. They don't want to wait some years to make financial progress, instead they want to become millionaires in a month or two and then they end being scammed...

Scam altcoins could exist without any issues if investors were conscious enough to totally despise them.
