Why was 21 million the number of bitcoins to be created?
Because that's how the mathematics worked out. More specifically, it isn't 21 million. It's actually 20999999.9769. It's just easier for everyone to remember and say "There will never be more than 21 million created" than is is to say, "The maximum that could potentially have been created is twenty million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine and nine thousand seven hundred sixty-nine ten-thousandths". What Satoshi actually did was choose a reasonable sounding number 50 and decide that the block reward would be 50 bitcoins per block for the first 210,000 blocks. Then he decided that in order to have a fixed quantity, but not have a sudden drop off, the block reward would be cut in half every 210,000 blocks. If you do this cutting in half and adding up all the blocks (rounding down to the nearest satoshi value every time), you'll find that the exact amount of bitcoins that are created by the time the 6,930,000 the block is created is 20999999.9769 every 210 000 blocks the reward is halved and there is a total of 21 million coins it has to have a meaning |

No, the casino made a profit. You decided to spend additional money on BitRoulette, but the site still generated a tiny profit which you decided to only pay out to a few members instead of spreading it out as it should have. Cant believe no one else is neg repping him.

You need to pay everyone, you can't expect everyone to fill out the form instantly. The deal was advertising for 10 days. They advertised for 10 days, and where were you? Not here. So they changed their signature.
You PM'ed me asking who you didn't pay out, you didn't pay out a lot of people. There were 20+ people in this campaign, yet you only paid out what, like ~7?
You only owe like ~$20 if even that, its your fault you paid out all the funds to just a few people.

Because he made the rules vague deliberately to trick people into advertising for his shitty site freely. He's a scammer, and as a scammer it's in his nature not to pay for anything, and just grab everything he can as fast as he can. For the record, scammer, how can we as users validate that the profit you claim the casino had during the 10 day period is not in fact just a number you made up to not have to pay your advertisers decently? I started sending payments on the 31st I said the payment date is on the 30th it has been going around the thread for quite a while waiting 2-3 days to pay is impossible it would mean no one would be paid in those days because you have to calculate the price per share with the total post count you had a whole day to fill out the form it's not my fault you guys didn't read  I'm sorry for your lose, but this one is on you, not me I paid everyone fair&square few out of my own pocket as well I see that your casino is not making much profit this term. I didn't fill out the payment form before switching sig but that's on me. I don't need payment for my 70-80 post.
