4721  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin continues to decline? on: February 06, 2019, 08:22:10 PM
I do think that it will go decline this year minus the ETF, bakkt and other hard forks because it is a complete reversal of the market.
We might find bitcoin price around $2k+ or something but let's not lose our hope because i do believe that in 2020 there will be a big bull run that's going to happen. We will just have to wait for that year to come.
And these are also just some random speculation or guess we may call. These guesses are not backed up by any facts. Why do you think the price is going to fall below $2,000 this year? Any particular reason why you think we are going to have a bull run at 2020? If you are going to predict some price, give some reasons to show that your prediction is strong.
4722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Poloniex still safe to trade? on: February 05, 2019, 06:57:02 PM
Not sure if they are still safe to trade. Haven't used that exchange for a while. As far as I know, they became more strict with their traders. Just be careful when you are trading and make sure you are verified to avoid any problems which you might face later as an unverified user.
Can Poloniex add Infinitecoin to the trading list?
Depends on what kind of coin it is and how popular is the coin in the market.
4723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian Government Invites Law Firm to Present Suggestions for Crypto Regulation on: February 05, 2019, 07:22:07 AM
This steps has its own pros and cons itself. Regulation is just a more polite and fancy term to say "lets take control of the peoples bitcoin and limit their financial freedom they got form using cryptocurrencies". The more regulation, the more control they bring over the people of the country. On the other hand, they will be able to use cryptocurrenices legally and their transactions will be made easier.
4724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scam Crypto Telegram Groups on: February 05, 2019, 06:40:44 AM
Don't trust those telegram groups. Its more worse since you are paying for a membership at their "premium" group. Believe me or not, most of the predictions they give are just random, or take information from different threads. If really could predict the prices, why would they have a "paid" group in the first place? They could just trade on their own and make enough profit. And those pump and dump groups are another form of bullshit. The leaders will always make profit on those groups.
4725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How gambling sites can cheat you on: February 02, 2019, 02:53:20 PM
That is why you should play on well known casinos that has been on the internet for a while. They won't be risking their reputation by pulling out those stupid scams. Whereas a new casino has nothing to lose, so they won't hesitate to scam other people whenever they have the chance to do so. If they get caught, they close down and start another one with a new name and continue his scamming campaign.
4726  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A better way to invest in cryptocurrency. on: February 02, 2019, 02:49:21 PM
I know a lot of people who quitted their day job to trade in the cryptocurrency market.
But it was when the market was good.
In this bear market, they're struggling very hard to survive.
So I think the best way to invest is this :
Have a side job, cut down your expenses, then invest 10-20% of your monthly income in the market. This way you never have to worry about gain and loss and surely you have higher chance of getting rich because the market will recover in the long run!
Lol, people know this "strategy" already. This is nothing new. Actually everyone should follow this. They should never go all in with their money while investing on crypto currencies. They should only invest a part of money they can afford to lose. The market is unpredictable in the short run and you may lose everything within few minutes.
And people should never quit their job for trading in the market. A job will give them a guaranteed steady flow of income, but trading won't.
4727  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto-Jackpot.com free 22$ to bitcointalk users on: February 02, 2019, 02:41:47 PM
Lol. Made a bet with $22 and won $5000+ that of course you cannot withdraw before you make deposit haha
You probably won't be getting anything else even after you deposit. This is just some cheap way to scam people which is really pathetic. Better not deposit anything over here. Just leave your "fake" winnings or else you will lose your $30. They didn't even bother to even remove the company/license name from the ToS which they obviously copied from crypto-games.net.
4728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC should be for big whales on: February 02, 2019, 02:25:45 PM
And what exactly is the reason they should be forced to fill the KYC forms? You never mentioned it. And the bounty programs and ICOs don't just impose the KYC thing for no reason. A legitimate ICO does it so that people does not abuse their programs or giveaways or airdrops by creating multiple accounts to claim those rewards. Its not totally useless.
4729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Time ? on: February 02, 2019, 01:45:56 PM
Is it a bad time that i joined now , recently here in cryptoworld? When i visit to market, all i can see is red graph
There is no such thing as a "bad" time to join. Anyways, what do you mean by "bad time" here? Do you mean  you joined in such a time where the price dropped? Then nope, this isn't actually a bad time for you. You came during the right time to buy/invest bitcoins at cheaper price. You will be making more profit in the long run.
4730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 Shopping List on: February 02, 2019, 01:31:43 PM
Don't call investing a form of shopping list. Sounds totally weird man. By the way, how did you know this is the bottom most point of the dip? We might see further more dipping of the price. As time goes, all we are seeing is the price falling more and more. From $3,800 USD to $3,700 and so on with current price reaching $3,450 USD. With this downfall trend, holding for a short term would be quite risky. Would rather suggest you to do day trading instead of investing.
4731  Other / Off-topic / Re: A KYC database sold on the Darkweb ? on: February 01, 2019, 10:20:31 PM
Good think I avoid sites that looks for KYC when joining the site. I always knew something like this might happen. No matter how secure they claim their service/exchange is, there is a slight chance the data might get hacked.
People should just be careful when handing over their KYC form, specially to those scammy ICOs. There are high chance that those failed project ICO will end up selling your data.
4732  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold exist 1000+ years. while bitcoins exist 10 years. on: February 01, 2019, 10:15:38 PM
Gold exist for over a 1000+ years maybe? Bitcoin only 10 years. Also the internet existed about 25+ years. Bitcoin price is higher than gold by over 200%. I think the value of Bitcoin is going to sky rocket once again. When technology gets more advance n the Bitcoin system upgrades. Just another speculation.
Your speculation is based on no logic or facts? I don't understand how you are trying to compare the age of internet with gold and bitcoin.
Why do you think the price of bitcoin is going to skyrocket? Just some random guess/blind faith?
Gold existed for 1000+ years and will still exists for more futures to come. But the existence of bitcoin can not be guaranteed. We might see the price of the coin collapse to nothing by tomorrow.
4733  Economy / Economics / Re: welcome bulls , Bye bears on: February 01, 2019, 10:12:22 PM
Same here i am a bounty hunter and i didn't get much profit in 2018 because of the bear market but i don't think there will be a bullrun in 2019, as we can see the current market is still bearish and most predictions are unreliable better to ignore it and just wait till the bulls comeback.
If you are looking to make profit, then stop spending and wasting your time bounty hunting. You will be making peanuts. Better to spend your time on something better which will actually help you to gain decent profits. Just take the opportunity of this dip and volatile market to trade coins to make profits.
4734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Real Solution to Dumping on: February 01, 2019, 10:08:40 PM
Well, you already said it yourself. If the project is good enough, then price itself will start recovering soon. If the project is shit, then no way the price goes back up. So do you really think the developers of the shitty project will be spending money for paying the bounty hunter? Nope, they never will. The dump will happen at the start, but the price will get back to initial position if the project is a success. This means the price also helps us evaluate how successful the project will me.
4735  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can a new crypto exchange take a place in the market? on: February 01, 2019, 09:59:46 PM
A week ago i've met a person, who's working on a new exchange. They've  been developing it for a couple of yers now and, from his words, it  seemed pretty cool. I can't say for sure whether i think it's a legit  idea or not. So, Is it possible for a new exchange to make it to the  top  or is it already monopolized and new projects and busineses are doomed in the whole industry?
Depends on how the exchange is made. If it is some normal exchange, then high chances are that they will be struggling to capture the market. Why would someone use their exchange where are already dozens of well known better exchanges out there? The new exchange should provide sometime unique that what is currently available. They should focus on improving the flaws which are found at the current exchanges like shitty interface/customer support.
4736  Economy / Economics / Re: Romania has approved a 10% tax on profits from cryptocurrency trading on: February 01, 2019, 09:11:45 PM
How are they able to monitor profits ?
For example, investor trades on Binance and then exchange crypto on fiat at localbitcoins. How government will control it?
As to legit payments and transactions, on the one hand it is an advantage that Romania accepts crypto and Blockchain technology. On the other hand, they limit traders and investors. What do you think about it?
Probably will restrict exchange usage slowly. Might force people to use only their local exchange. Will add some KYC bullshits to keep track of the users activity and impose the required taxes. In other words, they will just start to put in as much regulations possible to keep everything under the eyes of the government.
4737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investors now moving to gold on: February 01, 2019, 09:07:57 PM
Lol, can you please stop spreading those absurd news? What are you gaining by doing this. At least read and try to understand whats written on the article is legitimate or some sort of FUD to keep new investors away and send fill the current investors mind with confusion. Trust me, just stick with bitcoin and you won't be regretting.
4738  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can less the unemployment rate? on: February 01, 2019, 08:57:44 PM
I don't think bitcoin or crypto currency has anything to do with employment rate. I actually don't see any connection between them at all. People might say they can work from one place and get paid from another place. Well, this was possible before with other forms of digital payment. If you are talking about signature campaign payment or bounty hunting, than let me tell you one thing, those are not a form of job.
4739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your most common uses for cryptocurrencies? on: February 01, 2019, 08:00:40 PM
some time ago I was still able to use cryptocurrency to buy some items that I could buy using bitcoin and I used bitcoin to make payments on namecheap, but for now steam doesn't support payment using bitcoin anymore.
If you are looking to spend your bitcoin for steam funds, you can do so indirectly. There are shops online that sells steam gift card for bitcoin. Try visiting those sites. I used to buy from "steamgamesbtc". Never had any issue with them. I main owner can be found on this site and has been selling users for a long time. He is has good feedback. So you can give that site a shot.
4740  Economy / Economics / Re: Opinions about the emergence of new Coins on: February 01, 2019, 12:05:32 AM
First of all, most of the altcoins are either totally shit scam coins or just a clone of another coin which eventually dies. Same goes for the tokens. Most of them are just scam and are used for pumping and dumping.
Secondly, I don't think they have any kind of impact on bitcoin. Its just that they are having negative impact on the community (that is people getting tired of those shitty scam coins).
Thirdly, no such benefits for the traders. If they are lucky during the pump and dump stage, they will be able to make some good fortune.
