4721  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Unable to send BTC on: August 25, 2021, 07:04:51 PM
My wallets will stay untouched when I install the new version? Or will I have to import the existing wallet? I am still learning all of it Smiley
I would suggest always do a backup first of your armory wallet and files from %appdata% before you uninstall and install the latest armory.

It's for your wallet safety if anything goes wrong and actually, you don't need to uninstall them just download the latest version and install it will automatically delete the old version including old files except the armory wallet file that you can find under AppData.
4722  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: is it possible to mine bitcoin anonymously on: August 24, 2021, 11:53:28 PM
What are you talking about? How can mining be anonymous? Everything you use has long been under the control of special services or hackers

VPN is the only solution for your problem as suggested above you will need to set up your router that supports VPN because there are some routers that don't support VPN setup.

And the problem is the latency just like what kano pointed out but it depends on the VPN location you choose and it might be also depending on the number of the miner.
So how many miners do you plan to run anonymously?
4723  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which crypto debit card? on: August 24, 2021, 11:04:42 PM
Have you heard Bitpay? They also offer a Bitpay debit card from here https://bitpay.com/card/

For other lists of crypto debit cards, I suggest this thread below

4724  Economy / Exchanges / Re: My account was blocked how can I log into coinbase without a phone number on: August 24, 2021, 10:48:56 PM
Actually, if you created the wallet recently and deposited some Bitcoin you won't be able to withdraw them so I think the wallet lock you talking about is that it asks for a KYC process?

And note creating a new account in Coinbase is not a solution to open a locked wallet or even use a friend's number won't help to unlock your wallet.
Coinbase is now very strict on KYC I have experienced using them a few months ago without KYC but recently they are forcing people to verify the KYC process.

So if your wallet is being blocked because you forgot the number that you registered in your Coinbase account the only solution to solved this issue is by contacting support.

Read this from Coinbase https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/managing-my-account/get-back-into-my-account/account-access
Scroll down at the bottom and you will see that they only suggest you contact them if you forgot your number connected to your Coinbase account.
4725  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer T17e ERROR_POWER_LOST on: August 24, 2021, 05:52:25 PM
it is not the issue with PSU because power lost error message is coming only with One board I even disconnect other boards and connect only this board and error still appears, once I disconnect this specific board and reconnect the remaining two device is hashing normally
so I think this board is already dead and shorted somewhere ,

Did you buy a used(2nd hand) miner?

If not, then you can send them back to bitmain for repair.

Can you try to check the hashboard physically and maybe there are some burnt parts under the power terminal. If not, try to clean the whole power terminal and some parts with lacquer flo thinner then try to run it again.

Also, you can troubleshoot the hashboard follow the guide from here https://www.zeusbtc.com/articles/information/185-antminer-t17e-manual-download
4726  Economy / Exchanges / Re: According to the SEC, Binance is under investigation by the US federal governmen on: August 24, 2021, 04:28:31 PM
I found this one https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/2142619/sec-files-criminal-charge-against-binance

And I found another from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binance

It seems it is still under investigation and no update yet.

But I think the only users who will be affected by this are those who trade on Binance US
4727  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Asics + 4G internet / Is this working? on: August 24, 2021, 02:22:50 PM
If it has stable internet then you can but you will need some device to connect your ASIC with wifi

And I think it also depends on how many ASIC machines you have?

Why not buy a modem instead? A modem that can support a sim card network? Then directly connect all your miner if you have more than 4 miners then you would need a router with more slots.
4728  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum on Android on: August 24, 2021, 02:00:38 PM
I rebooted my phone and downloaded it again and it seems that it is running normal now. My internal storage was almost full when I downloaded it maybe it affected the app(I am not sure). Anyway, thanks for the inputs.

It sometimes happens to me with my Samsung phone even on other apps it's slow down when the memory is full I think that is why it's running normally now it's because restarting the phone will help to clear up all running apps in the background.

I think new phones have a built-in tool that can clean up memory like mine I can go to device care and click memory then tap the clean button to clean up all running apps on the background. So it doesn't need to reboot the phone. You can try that on your Poco phone.

I search a bit on youtube it seems you can find that tool under settings>about to clear up some space and memory.
Here's the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UErSTNhFyiE
4729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Program a FPGA for bitcoin mining on: August 24, 2021, 12:24:07 PM
In case if you still want to try it there is an official thread about bitcoin mining with FPGAs
It's too old but you can check them from this link below

Since you can't mine bitcoin with FPGA then you can able to mine other coins.
Check this https://fpga.guide/en/
4730  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Using Electrum With Cold Card MK3 with P2PKH message signing on: August 22, 2021, 07:05:45 PM
So you want to make a signed message using the cold card with the specific address?

According to this post https://www.reddit.com/r/coldcard/comments/mhcpfs/sign_message_with_specific_bitcoin_address/

When creating a message on notepad you need to add a derivation path at bottom of the text.

You can check the right derivation path from Electrum under the addresses tab just right-click the address and click the details you should see the derivation path of that address.

Here's the sample

Code:
This is your text and this should be save as .txt
m/84'/0'/0'/0/8
4731  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Step 4: Backup Wallet on: August 22, 2021, 05:27:35 PM
Hey guys!

I setup all so far.. still learning though.
When I tried to send part of my btc it said Coin selection failed with error: can't connect socket. I followed the tutorials, but don't know whats wrong and why it won't send to my binance account.

Any ideas?

What version of armory do you currently use?

I found a thread with the same issue from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2329749.0
According to the thread upgrading it to the latest version must solve your issue

I wanted to attach link the profile of the old account, but I could not find it
anyway my first account has username: mon73

They told me to contact support to open the ban, I did that a few days ago, but there is no response!

Your account is nuked possible it's because of spam or plagiarism.

4733  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Step 4: Backup Wallet on: August 21, 2021, 05:53:03 PM
I just tested it again. I am also using the version 0.96.5 and the "single sheet (recommended)" option is checked. "Create paper backup" option doesn't work.
The button works fine if I create the wallet and backup the wallet after that. But It doesn't work in step 4 when I am creating the wallet. I can't figure out what's the problem at my end. It's weird.

Mine for step 4 it's working fine. Maybe there might issue after you installed Armory.

Could you try to reinstall the wallet and then make sure the antivirus is turn off before you install it again.

If it doesn't work maybe the issue is related to the OS. I'm using windows 10 server lite version I switch to this from a gaming OS which is limited and I could run some wallet like Electrum.
So I think there might be an issue on the OS or maybe it's system corrupted?
4734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: FindBTC TOOL help on: August 21, 2021, 03:02:14 PM
Are you talking about this tool from Github?

If this is the tool you talking about then the guide is already on that page just scroll down and read.

Take note this is not a well-known tool I never heard of it and I couldn't find it here on the forum it seems no one posted it here.
Can you tell us what do you plan why you want to install that tool and maybe we have some alternative way to fix your issue?

4736  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any Tools Price Movement % Gain/Lost In 1 Minute Change? on: August 20, 2021, 06:15:29 PM
It seems you need a 1 minute time frame result for specific coins.

I think you can use a screener from Tradingview they have that such a tool for 1 minute time frame.

Here's the link https://www.tradingview.com/crypto-screener/

The only problem you will need upgraded plans to be able to use the 1 minute time frame.
4737  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Have paper backups of a 2015 and a 2016 Armory wallet. on: August 20, 2021, 04:55:28 PM
Armory still connected to bitcoin core on my old system at that time. That isn't really being online, but I had forgotten about that. I didn't sync up to the network first, the way it looks. There were no network connections from Armory to the btc network. I created a transaction to send the balance remaining in the wallet to another address. I signed the transaction using the offline system. When I tried to broadcast it to the network, it failed. There were no connections. I have the file for the signed transaction.

So you only have the signed transaction? How about this armory wallet installed from your old PC?

If you don't have them and you only have a signed transaction there is a way to convert them to raw hex code.

Follow this guide below

- Install fresh Armory wallet on your new PC
- Open Armory
- Switch user to expert mode
- reopen the Armory wallet
- Now you should see some additional features
- Click offline transaction you should see this image below

- Load file then choose the signed transaction that you have
- Now click "Copy raw TX(HEX)"
- Go to https://coinb.in/#broadcast
- And paste the raw hex code then submit.

Let's hope if it can still broadcast old signed transaction. You don't need to be fully synced or without Bitcoin core. This one should be work if not there is nothing we can do.
4738  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Remote access to Innosilicon T2Tz 30TH on: August 20, 2021, 03:59:50 PM
I don't know if you can access the SSH remotely for that unit I tried to search here on the forum but I couldn't find someone who can remotely access the miner through SSH.

I think the easiest way to remotely access your miner is by using cloud service from awesomeminer.

Another thing is to set up a VPN on raspberry pi you can check this https://www.pivpn.io/ found it some suggested it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2105185.0
And then set up your phone or laptop(a device that you can bring outside from your farm) I think you can just install OpenVPN and use the same config that you use on raspberry pi to access the same network.
4739  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Question about bitcoins I mined long ago on: August 19, 2021, 11:43:33 PM
If it is a bitcoinpool.com it was dead a long time ago and according to old post that I found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5347.msg2758666#msg2758666

They only mined two blocks and never payout miners for mining on their pool.
So it's gone forever.
4740  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best way to monetize cryptocurrency blog on: August 19, 2021, 11:36:43 PM
Are you sure that you get 200-300 daily visits?

You are lucky that you can get visitors for 5 months old website sometimes new blogs gain organic traffic after 6 months. So one more month we will see some good rank keywords from your website and gain organic traffic.

If coinalap.com is your website based on similarweb it seems it only has 300 to 500 monthly traffic so most of the ads networks don't accept low traffic.

I would suggest you learn about SEO to increase the traffic of your website and to gain more organic traffic I have a list of tools and guide that you can follow keyword is very important on SEO.
Check this https://github.com/eliquid/awesome-keyword-finder-tools

About ad networks your website is based on Crypto so if you want to earn right away then a-ads is the best option and focus on making more traffic by doing SEO.
