4721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which tokens do you like to stake/hold for profits? on: March 13, 2020, 05:08:16 PM
I don't stake Tezos but why because it's one of the most staked is because Coinbase and Ledger are supporting it.

4722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the position of the gambler in the market? on: March 13, 2020, 04:29:46 PM
Your stand as a gambler within the market is easier because you know that there's a risk and that's a part of it. And once a trader gets in to gamble, you will already understand the concept and idea of gambling.

As you trade, you're already gambling but in a different aspect although it's almost like that.

Still don't know how to gamble? look at the signatures of everyone here that contains casino's, you can check each of them but try to check mine first.  Smiley
4723  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful downloading COVID-19 map spread, it contains info stealing crypto on: March 12, 2020, 11:52:43 PM
I don't open attachments if some stranger sends me an email requiring to open the attached file. And these scammers, where the heck they're getting all the emails?

Always watch out your browsing so that you will not end up to alike websites.

Thanks for the heads up!
4724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best t in me to fill the bag? on: March 12, 2020, 11:31:14 PM
I strongly believe that the market will definitely come back green and that now is the time to fill the bag and acquire these coins on the low.
This is for sure.

Looking back few years ago, 2018 to be exact. The scenario and flash back was the same, people panic although during that time there's no global crisis. But still the market plunged to the lowest that it can which was $3,300.

It's time to be hungry this time, many are in sale.

And if you can afford to buy and store it for long-term investments, that would be good. But if you have the needs of your money in the next coming weeks, I guess you need to weigh your situation. I strongly believe that we will still go up in the next coming months or maybe weeks. Movement in crypto is very fast, so one should always have contingencies regarding possible unexpected trend.
Yes with the situation that we're facing, it's everyone that's affected by the spreading disease and was declared as pandemic. If you have spare money to buy bitcoin as soon as possible because it's cheaper today, don't hesitate.

But let's all just talk about cryptocurrencies, don't miss this time because many have told before that they want it cheaper. And now that it became cheaper, they want it to be more cheaper than what they've told before.

Buy bitcoin and long it.

4726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto tracker is the best?? 🚀 on: March 11, 2020, 09:06:52 AM
Before I have used Blockfolio but today, I dont use it anymore because having a ledger live app makes you aware how much your portfolio is with the current time.

It shows realtime updates and your funds are even safe.
4727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea Parliament Legalizes Crypto on: March 11, 2020, 02:49:40 AM
I think it is misleading to say that South Korea "followed the foot steps of India".

South Korea has been welcoming to cryptocurrency even before they have legalized it. The huge exchanges are even orginated there and they have been paired with Korean Won and some of those reports about exchangr hacking too. So before telling that they are only following, I guess it shouldn't be like that, just my two cent.
4728  Economy / Services / Re: Get paid for posting in BitcoinBangladesh.org forum on: March 11, 2020, 01:49:44 AM
Regards to the OP, this is 3 campaign in one thread. Participants can join whatever they want to join.

Be it here, or in the other two forums. But specifically for the participants that will wear your signature here(bitcointalk) will have the rates as indicated on your payment structure as followed by the said bonus.

For your other campaign, I think it is best if you will run it to specific forum.
4729  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Learn to put some good deal of restrictions on your device on: March 11, 2020, 01:05:59 AM
Just like the advice for PC users that never install an unknown applications. Same goes for the mobile phone users.

Avoid installing any app that you see on the play store. Because it can be the other reason why the important files and information that's saved on your phone will be stolen due to malware infection.

So, if you are that type of guy tha loves to save pk's or seeds on your phone, beware of that too.
4730  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: March 10, 2020, 11:39:46 PM
In my opinion, who would want a thread with the same content with the other one rather than continuing the old one.
It is sad to see that the old thread will be locked but it is the mods decision and with that, we have to respect the decision.

However, this should be a new beginning just for the thread and the rule has been updated that was misunderstood before.

Happy dicing everyone.
4731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PSA : Remember to always back up your Private key / Seed! on: March 10, 2020, 10:54:16 PM
With the online wallets too, if they don't provide you your keys then it's not yours.

Many still don't understand the simple logic about holding your private keys. They are trusting exchanges more than holding their own coins through having their own keys.

This has always been a reminder on B&H.
i agree there are still maby people preapared to use an exchange as wallet which is actually have a danger using it , like what if that exchange hacked your stored can also be stolen.
It's either they are keep on doing that because it's ease and less effort if they want to trade again.

But they don't see the caution from that strategy if they want to sell or buy as quickly as possible. In the past, various of exchanges were hacked and people's fund were affected and the majority was never returned.
4732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DAMMIT, I missed another profit opportunity!!! on: March 10, 2020, 10:29:31 PM
You don't have to predict the future, you have to set yourself at what price you'll start selling. You have missed that opportunity because you're not proactive with your investment but if you have ever set a price to sell before, you are in profit.

And you also have another chance to buy again at lower price because you have made already. It's not yet the end of it, there will be more opportunity in the future and don't commit the same mistake.
That's why we have to understand analytical techniques, increase knowledge to be able to do fundamental and technical analysis. If you can learn from someone more expert, or friends who can be invited to discussion. So that in choosing and buying cryptocurrency, we have a strong foundation and planned next steps, not just limited to imagination or wishful thinking and expect price movements according to our wishes.

Op also do not easily give up, the OP can learn from that incident that price movements are very difficult to guess, professional and experienced traders can be wrong, especially someone who uses it carelessly. Not enough to rely on luck.
I'm not into TA's and fundamentals but I understand the need of it if you are into daily trading. But a holder will always be a holder and has plans with regards to the prices of selling.

But I'm looking to the light of OP's situation. That he didn't lose that much despite of the market's bad reaction allover due to several factors.
4733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Newbie returning after long hiatus on: March 10, 2020, 10:02:36 PM
Thank you.
Exodus is the client for BCH?
Is BSV another fork? I did not know there was another fork to BCV! And looks like I can use Exodus for both forks?

Thanks for the caution! Appreciate that.
BSV is a fork of BCH and since you have untouched your BCH, you're also expecting to receive it once you've claimed your BCH.

Exodus is a wallet and is just another way to claim your BCH, there are other ways for the process but I find this easier.

Yes, you can use Exodus for both forks. You also have other forks to claim like Bitcoin Gold, and the ones that has a good ranking in coinmarketcap. But not all of them has value.

4734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Newbie returning after long hiatus on: March 10, 2020, 09:40:48 PM
Welcome back!

Also, do I have the same amount of BCH as I have in BTC? How do I move / sell BCH?
Yes, as long as you have never moved or transferred it during the fork. Since you've mentioned you're in a long hiatus, let's assume that you never did. You all have the known forks there and one possible way to claim is through exodus wallet for bch and sv.

Be wise and careful with some strangers that will try to help you but with a different method and agenda because they might scam you. Because they will ask for that file so only do the process on your own unless the person is very reputable in the forum.

4736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 20000 pieces of Bitcoin wreck the market sounds annoying on: March 10, 2020, 02:35:27 PM
Then it will be more than the effect that we have experienced from the sold 12k BTC. It is a lot more so the expected damage will be higher compare to what we've seen.

But, do you think that there will be a complete sell off with that huge amount? unless a whale decided to have his own exit out of this market. And I cannot see that from this moment because we're all optimistic about bitcoin's usecase.
4737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers in a top exchanges telegram groups on: March 09, 2020, 01:10:31 PM
Just contact the legit members of the exchange's management.

AFAIK, there will be tags of scams if the telegram account has been reported by various people. This also happens for the coinomi support and any other popular service that's being used by many crypto people.
4738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amid Growing Covid-19 Concerns Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven for US Stock Traders? on: March 09, 2020, 12:13:53 PM
There will be many who will be confused with the situation and of what bitcoin is showing right now.

They'll think that it's due to the news about covid-19 and everything's affected by it. But no affection nor connection of why this is happening. We're all still looking to the point that it's the whales that are cashing out some profit.

And soon, they'll be back which will make the move upwards.
4739  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: March 09, 2020, 11:03:29 AM
As usual, when we see downtrends like this, many are already starting to think of the negative effect and that causes them to sell immediately even a huge loss.

As I have said in some thread that this is the time that we should stop monitoring the charts for a week and this is applicable for most holders. But if you are a day trader, you can mostly take the opportunity out from this dip.
