4741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency: lives or dies? Part 1 on: May 10, 2019, 07:20:58 AM
Of course not. Cryptocurrency can't just die like that.

Cant just die ? So are saying that its still possible for cryptos to die ?  How come when cryptos are too useful in s persons daily life ?  Useful not only in the means of providing extra income but also in the form of giving a good service as well   . crypto is controlled by two big factors ,  one is electricity and one is the internet  . they must first kill these two before they can finally shut down crytpos   .

4742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 10, 2019, 06:42:18 AM
For some years back cryptocurrencies were being used just like the fiat currencies but now it has being integrated in so many industries

Crypto is still a crypto and it still can be used for a currency and for an asset use  . nothing really change aside from the support for cryptos , before crypto is limited to use as a currency because not all stores and shops are supporting it but now there were now lots of merchants that are willing to adopt crypto on their business because they see to themselves that crypto is really the future of payment system
4743  Economy / Speculation / Re: Article: BTC bubbles repeat, but much higher ? on: May 09, 2019, 09:59:21 PM
First of all .  btc wasnt a bubble because if its a real bubble then it should pop and dissapear already    .    what actually happened before is only a bull run or a pump that lead cryptos to acheieve their ath ( all time highs )   . now on the current year we are witnessing another price hike but theres no confirmation yet if there will be another bull run that could occur this year because its still too early
4744  Economy / Economics / Re: Joseph Stiglitz: ‘We should shut down the cryptocurrencies’ on: May 09, 2019, 09:31:07 PM
Shut down cryptos ? Why ?  What is thier problem on why so many people want to destroy cryptos ?  Cant they see the benfits of cryptos to the public  ?   Or maybe they are only a hater that hates crypto because they cannot control it but even most governments right now are already joining the movement towards the legalization of cryptos   . oh well , shutting down cryptos is i think not really possible to happen .
4745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some unique advantages of online gambling ? on: May 09, 2019, 08:55:00 PM
There are no casinos close to my home so playing online is much more convenient. I go to a casino at least once a month with friends but I still prefer playing online.
You have no choice if there's no casino close to your home.

And most of the gamblers that is on the same situation as yours would probably say the same thing.

And that is a real advantage for people who are far from offline casinos because online casinos can provide services similar to those found in offline casinos. With online casino we can save some money for travel costs.
If you are really after playing the game, it's an advantage to play online as you don't need to go far from your home to enjoy the game you
like, as every games are already offers online and with the benefits of playing it inside your room will be more hassle free.

Agree but not all are on the same situation as you  . on some places there are still local gambling casinos that is not far away from their home  . offline casinos are more preferable by mature people because they can bet easily using thier cash ( fiats  )  .  local or offline gambling is also fast . there is no need to wait and there is no need to pay for the transaction fees  . you can also meet and greet real people in real time . isnt that great ?
4746  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin at this moment is right? on: May 09, 2019, 11:37:21 AM
I feel trading at this moment is not right and waiting is better
You are wrong. In my opinion, bitcoin is on the right track and its growth is quite similar to 2017.

you might be wrong but the guy above you is correct . i think you miss-look his post  , didnt you see that the date of his post was last year 2018 ? but when you qouted his post you are already in the year 2019  where cryptos are already recovering  but anyway , there is no right or wrong time for a skilled trader  . market dump or market pump , he can still do a trade effectively  and he can still earn some profits even if its only small  .
4747  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you share Bitcoin percentage in your portfolio? on: May 09, 2019, 10:30:43 AM
You can’t completely rely on altcoins you need to quickly buy bitcoin,

why not ? not all altcoins are bad  . if you only invest on the good altcoins , you can also earn alot from them like what you already earned on your bitcoin investments  .

Bitcoin bull run has a way of making some altcoins value to pump but not all of them and it can never be compared to the profit you will get when you invest in bitcoin itself.

altcoins can pump double or tripple than the price of bitcoins and you can expect to earn big on them if you have invested a good amount of alts  . whats good about alts is that they are cheaper which means you can buy and hoard in a bigger volumes not unlike to bitcoin which was expensive and you cant hardly afford to buy btc in a whole  .
4748  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: May 09, 2019, 09:02:36 AM
its cool because we can call our selves independent  . we get our money online and we can spend it the way we want  .  we dont need to worry bout the taxation and other charges that what we have on a centralized payments .

the best part is that  we can use our cryptos directly in any country that we will end up  . cant wait for this to happen but i think this can take a long time for it to be approved because other country and people are not yet ready to dispose fiat curencies  permanently  .
4749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any casinos that have a 0% house edge? on: May 09, 2019, 07:51:09 AM
Have you ever heard of socialbet.io? They are saying to have 0% house edge but I don't know exactly their development phase. But if I am a player, I will doubt an online casino to have 0% house edge. They need to get money from somewhere. And that will be a mystery for us.

They can't have 0% edge else they will be in a loss and they won't have funds to pay people who wins on their site.  As far as I know, the minimum house edge is 0.1% and I have not seen anything below this number. Normally the gambling sites offering 1% house edge are considered to be good and anything above 1% is not recommended by the gamblers too.

its rare to see a gambling site that has a 1% house edge  . i bet most of the gambling sites nowadays are mainly have an above 1% house edge and of course this includes the reputable and older casino's  .  they are still recomended by other gamblers so there is no need to worry at all  . infact above 1% house edge do also offers higher prize pools than those who have a lower house edges  .
4750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: There should be a wikipedia page of casinos that accept bitcoin on: May 09, 2019, 07:16:04 AM
I have the feelings there are already gambling articles on Wikipedia, might not really be based on crypto casino gambling,

thats also what im suspecting  . before when crypto/blockchain gambling is not yet born  , there were already online gambling site and most of them are card based like poker but crypto and blockchain based gambling should not be left behind  . its better that we recomend some to do the listing on the wikipedia page so that future generations will have a ready made reference  .
4751  Economy / Economics / Re: become rich by bitcoin. on: May 09, 2019, 06:12:11 AM
I think, right now, getting rich with bitcoin is a common thing.

Common thing ?  Lol no i dont think so . its not a common thing to get rich with bitcoins but its a rare thing rather thinking that bitcoins value is hardly rising  .  bitcoins value is on the stable side at most time and some times it goes down  .

many people have done this. I think when you get into the world of bitcoin, there will be opportunities for that. You just need to choose a good path for that. strategy and hard work are needed in this work.

Like what i said earlier its rare to become rich with bitcoins but its possible if you continue hodling and working hard  . save your bitcoin and it will grow along with the price of bitcoins  .  patience is what matter the most aside from startegy and hardwork
4752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much money you use for gambling? Crypto gambling market profiling survey! on: May 09, 2019, 05:09:42 AM

Question 1:
How much you spend weekly in crypto gambling? (please don't write how many bitcoins or Dogecoins you spend. Convert it into a dollar value)

Options -
1. $1 - $100
2. $100 - 250
3. $250 - 500
4. $500 - $1000
5. $1000+
6. I hate gambling (if this is your option, please don't bother to reply)

i chose the option number  #1 because my budget every week when playing a gambling is only 3 to 5 usd

Quote
Question 2:
What is the maximum amount you have won from crypto gambling? (No options here, mention the amount you have won and I will create a category based on replies)

max amount i won is 0.0255 and max amount that i won on a jackpot prize on a gambling site was 0.01  . the numbers look so small but it was big enough for me since im only a small time gambler  .

Quote
Question 3:
What cryptocurrency you use in gambling?

basically my primary medium for playing online gambling is bitcoin but i do also like to use altcoins if ever bitcoin is not available or if ever i recieve some some airdrop/rain altcoins from a gambling site that im playing with   .
4753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current bounty campaigns that can make you rich? on: May 08, 2019, 10:21:09 PM
talking about the current bounty campaign, my guess is there are no bounty campaigns that can make you rich. except bounty campaign in 2016-2017.

bounty campaigns alone wont make you rich even if you say that you joined the bounties on the year 2017  .  sure you can get alot of profit if you have a max level account but the cash is not enough to reach millions  .

currently bounty campaigns have degraded so the chance of earning alot of income is also lessen   .  if we want to be rich then we should look for more stable work that is not volatile and less riskier than doing a bounty campaign  .
4754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: May 08, 2019, 09:41:18 PM
This shouldn't be an issue in the first place. Casino should adjust a little(once in a while) when there is drastic increase or decrease in price of bitcoin.
I guess this is why bitcoin is divisible.

what do you mean adjust ? adjust thier fees  ? i dont really get what you are trying to say   .

I wonder why you think altcoins are better in this regard. They fluctuate along with bitcoin.

not really  . alts are more stable than bitcoins   .  some gamblers think that alts are better because alts are cheap  ( cheap tx fees  , cheap price ) alts are also more faster when it comes to withdrawal or deposits compare to bitcoin  .

btc's high price is the reason on why some gambler thinks that it is expensive to use for gambling   . this why gambling sites are now starting to accept altcoins  because alts can be a good alternative if btc price pumps  .
4755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market situation on: May 08, 2019, 09:07:32 PM

Id say that the current market conditions is now becoming stable  especially bitcoin   .  the price of bitcoin was also heading to 6k usd which was a good  sign because this might trigger the bull run once it finally touches the 6k usd support

It seems like the right time to start putting coins in the investment basket starting today. Good luck.

The right was not today or this year but it was last year when the coins are still in the red zone  because right now the coins are already recovering and they are now slight expensive compare to last year but its still not too late to join the ride  .
4756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: May 08, 2019, 09:11:17 AM

You didnt understand guys . altcoins have actually an advantage when used for gambling . few examples is that altcoins are cheap which means sending fee from your wallet to a gambling site will only cost less plus the transaction time was also faster compare to bitcoins  . gambling with altcoins is also less risky and less regretful due to its cheap value but itll also depend on you if you want to bet a really huge amount  . the only problem is that there are still gambling sites that does not support altcoins  .
4757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE coin time to buy ? on: May 08, 2019, 06:27:55 AM
first of all i heard that binance was currently hacked , so i dont think their platform is up   . i heard that users cannot withdrew since thier account was still frozen  , you might want to avoid trading at binance right now   . second of all  , there is no right or wrong time for buying dogecoin because doge's price are hardly moving  .  the price of dogie coin is been always affordable  , only a few sats difference if ever if it do fluctuates  .
4758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulating bodies on: May 08, 2019, 06:07:34 AM
- snip ~
Your playing with fire by gambling with cryptos if its illegal where you live.
Even more so it is important to do your own research when deciding to deposit your coins into a casino.
To my knowledge there are no real regulatory bodies and always be careful with what you read on here.

if gambling is illegal on a  certain country then the gambling site was also banned not unless a gambler will use some kind of anonymous tools such as vpn . on gambling there are also regulations especially if the kind of gambling that you are playing with is not a blockchain based a.k.a centralized  . most of us will only prefer decentralized gambling because it does not need any identifications such as kyc's  and aml's  .
4759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to invest now? on: May 08, 2019, 04:45:59 AM
If someone who feel fear to spend money for their crypto investment now, they should not leave crypto.

should not leave crypto?  then whats the point of waiting and staying if they are afraid anyways ?

Because they likely feel fear with dumps, and they don' follow the rule of Prominent investors .

what is that rule for Prominent investors  ? invest only what you can afford ?  dumps should not be consider as a fear beacause dumps are only normal and part of the game  .

Are you ready to invest now?
im not ready to invest now because i dont have a cash yet but no doubt that this was still a good time to buy and invest on cryptocurrencies because there value is not yet expensive  .
4760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: which dice site is better ? on: May 08, 2019, 03:24:59 AM
I think every dice site is better especially if that site doesn't require KYC for their members because I think many of us don't like to send any document.

this .   that was freaking true  .  i think almost all of us do always hate kyc because being anonymous is the real reason on why we are here in crypto so why expose your self for just a kyc  ?  i heard other gambling sites have a kyc epecially if you are daealing with bigger amounts of cash  .

I thought that if the dice site can process the withdraw without waiting for a long time, then I will consider that the dice gambling site is best for me.

you mean instant withdrawals  ? i think not all have that feature but i think withdrew time depends on how much fee the site has put up  . i believe that instant withdrew sites have an expensive transactions fees  which was bad for me   .
