4741  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does Mass Surveillance Lower Crime? on: June 11, 2020, 06:59:43 PM
I think that mass surveillance is more negative than positive for society. The perp wears a mask and can safely do whatever he wants under a video camera. Personally, I see all this as a violation of my rights and freedoms because I am a law-abiding citizen.

I agree. But explain why people die at all, and how they die very fast in war. I mean, if life were priceless, you would think that there would essentially be no death. Or is it the rareness of life that makes it priceless.

Cool

Each of us is only given life once. That's why it's priceless. We can't buy a second life for any money.

People like sheep are led to slaughter so they don't appreciate their lives...

I think wars are being fought to reduce our planet's population, as the planet gets more polluted every day. Just imagine that every liter of oil extracted from the bowels of the earth is replaced by a liter of fresh water that we can no longer use.  Sad

Human life is priceless and there is absolutely no difference in what color skin. It is true that sometimes I think that some people abuse their position, namely their disadvantaged rights.

Guys, abortion will always be no matter how many opponents there are. The poor want to have sex too, but they don't even have money for food. I don't think they'll think about contraception.  Wink

States will always try to prohibit the use of cryptocurrency. Of course, except when they develop their own cryptocurrency. It's absolutely useless to fight their actions. It's like trying to ban Bitcoin.
4747  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Corona virus-when you will go on: June 09, 2020, 12:29:13 PM
More important than healthy food in COVID 19 is maintaining cleanliness We have to wash our hands and face well from outside so that the germs from outside cannot enter inside and we can get rid of this virus as soon as possible as long as we stay at home. All kinds of food can be eaten but those who have problems with governance should stay away from cold foods Otherwise it will have a worse effect.

In my opinion, the rules of hygiene that have been imparted to us since childhood are almost no different from the recommendations on hand washing that were given during this pandemic.

The most interesting thing in Russia was the self-isolation regime introduced on March 30, when the number of infections was only 1836 and the number of deaths was only 9.

Today the self-isolation regime is being removed, although the number of new infections yesterday was 8975, and the total number of deaths today is 5971. This is all very strange.

4748  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BLM protestors: British antique bronze statue toppled and tossed into harbour on: June 09, 2020, 11:48:53 AM
Many people do not understand that monuments are part of history. If we demolish all the monuments, it does not mean that the pages about the slave trade or some terrible event will be crossed out of history.
4749  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'Trump Designates Antifa "A Terrorist Organization"' on: June 08, 2020, 09:06:43 PM
As I understand it, ANTIFA's activities in the United States are fully aimed at fuelling conflict, riots and looting. In fact, this is a terrorist activity directed against civilians and it should be punished accordingly. So Trump is doing the right thing.
4750  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BLM protestors: British antique bronze statue toppled and tossed into harbour on: June 08, 2020, 08:28:36 PM
Please stop equating destruction of property with the destruction of human life. It comes off as being an apologist for white supremacy.  There is nothing more democratic than a large group of citizens, skipping bureaucracy and changing public property themselves.  The people needing permission from an official about what is acceptable on public property is not democracy.

I do not divide people by color of skin or religious affiliation, as in any nation there are both good and bad people. I divide people by their deeds and the destruction of a monument is the destruction of cultural heritage no matter how much you like this monument. Therefore, I consider such actions unacceptable.
4751  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How will people earn a living after COVID-19? on: June 08, 2020, 07:27:32 PM
Marauders themselves, without realizing it, are causing enormous damage not only to the most ordinary people living next door to them, but also to themselves. None of the small businessmen will want to open a re-robbed shop. Therefore, looters will be forced to shop only in large shops usually far away from home.
4752  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BLM protestors: British antique bronze statue toppled and tossed into harbour on: June 08, 2020, 06:59:29 PM
I also disagree with the decision to tear down the statue without official permission. The more unauthorized decisions there are, the scarier the consequences. Tomorrow one of the protesters may decide that someone in the city behaves unworthyly and is lynched.

4754  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Qatar is still the richest country in the world on: June 06, 2020, 12:15:40 PM
I didn't know the Qataris lived this rich. Comparing their average salary to the Russian one, I want to cry. The average salary of a Russian is only $400-500. Our pensioners, who have worked their whole lives, can't afford to travel or live a normal life. They have to live their lives as beggars.
4755  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How would you convince an atheist thief that stealing is wrong? on: June 06, 2020, 10:33:19 AM
When someone is a thief it is not a matter of religion but a matter of education.
It doesn't matter that this guy is an atheist. He is not educated that he should not do that and we have to blame their family at first - their parents - and in a second thought his teachers at school.

You are right, we have been taught morals and norms of behavior through education and religion since childhood.

It is quite possible that this guy just denies morality because his parents suffered from this system and could not give this guy a decent education.

If such a person is not able to convince not to steal himself, it is better to seek help from psychologists.
4756  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where next major war or revolution is going to happen? on: June 06, 2020, 10:10:41 AM
I think that nowadays travel is not a good idea as all over the planet special operations are being prepared in order to stir up conflicts and internal wars. More negative news is appearing in the media every day and I think their number will increase.
4757  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Cop broke the windows at Autozone which sparked riots across America on: June 05, 2020, 03:21:40 PM
In my opinion, both cases: George Floyd's strangulation and the story about the guy hitting the window with a hammer are staged by Trump's opponents in order to sow mistrust to the police in the USA and, against this background, to stage a mass riot in order to show Trump as a bad president.

I think this whole situation has turned into some kind of hysteria https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=So_PC3rHrXA, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaMG4nVVmpw. Don't you think so?
4758  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If you think carefully, you can’t do a lot of thing in life on: June 05, 2020, 02:44:55 PM
Restrictions is a must. We are human who were so knowledgeable about what is good and right but we love to choose what is wrong. So that means there's no problem with the restrictions but the problem lies in human who can't keep himself from what is right without imposing the law or any kinds of restrictions.

Most people are reasonable enough alone and lead a quiet life, but once we get together in a crowd, each of us loses control over ourselves and the crowd becomes uncontrollable and aggressive. That's why all kinds of restrictions are created.
4759  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't buy facemasks for the coronavirus! on: June 04, 2020, 07:19:59 PM
It's been you who missed the point. You don't wear the mask to protect yourself, you wear it so that you don't spread the virus with every breath.

I do not wear or advise anyone to wear masks or respirators if they do not have ffp2-ffp3 protection class, as this is a completely useless exercise which is more likely to cause a negative impact on your health than save others even if you are asymptomatic.
4760  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't buy facemasks for the coronavirus! on: June 04, 2020, 05:23:13 PM
Totally disagree. Wearing as a mask in this kind of situation will surely make a difference especially about when it comes to your health safety. Covid-19 is mainly transmitted by droplets from a person who is positive from the virus to another person. Wearing a mask will prevent you from acquiring those droplets which can infect you. Wear a mask and observe proper social distancing in order to avoid passing the virus from other people.

Only you have missed one nuance that when distributed by a drip-and-droplet, small droplets can get to another mucosa - the eyes. And whatever mask protects your respiratory tract coronavirus can easily penetrate into your body. Therefore, the protection should be complex and not consist of just one mask.
