4741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies as a Legal Tender on: March 09, 2020, 04:43:32 AM
I agree with you OP.

It must be limited and it should even be only bitcoin as a legal tender. That's already the face of cryptocurrency if they have allowed and legalized bitcoin.

But declaring the other crypto's same as bitcoin, it depends to their jurisdiction. Maybe they're looking into it as the same thing and function.
4742  Economy / Lending / Re: Crypto loans and trading on: March 09, 2020, 03:07:36 AM
Crypto calls? are these the trading signals?

From looking to the perspective of trading signals, I already doubt those offers. And if you think that you're making from it, why ask for loans? if you can expand yourself first and make your own cycle?

In that case, you wouldn't need the help of others and you are only working on your own with that money. It's for safety precaution for others money. Your trade, your money, your risk.
4743  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another decline of BTC expected on: March 09, 2020, 02:11:31 AM
In the last 24 hours, we see some huge dump on the market, - 10% someone from behind is just cashing it out. I have heard that the PlusToken scam address is moving again, selling and shorting. This is just one factor though, we all know that crypto has many parameters right now, like the corona virus scare, but this could be one potential reason one the market in matter of hours goes down unexpectedly.
I have no idea what's the reason for this but I saw some other traditional market is on the same downline. It's likely that we'll see the $7k prices again.

Brace yourselves and stop looking at the charts for a week or two.
4744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of good marketing on: March 08, 2020, 11:52:38 PM
It's not just all about marketing.

But let's accept the reality that many are buying to good marketing and exposure. This is bringing the leads to them because of how the marketing looks perfect and enticing.

Despite realizing the project isn't actually good and it's more of marketing based, investors tend to fall for their emotions because of that and they're making decent sales and success with that. Marketing has an important role but most projects are forgetting the essence of why the project is made and are only relying on marketing most of the time.
4745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: March 08, 2020, 11:26:18 PM
Curry is back, in his first game he scored 23 points but on a very bad shooting night. 3/12 in 2 point shooting, and he is currently on a max of 28 minutes restriction per game, today he played his max restriction but they still loses,.. hopefully his good shooting touches will be back soon.
Kudos to his performance but I don't think this will ever change the standing of their team. I guess that's all they have to make for their next games.

And that is to perform very well and just enjoy the entire series with their remaining games.
There is no pressure on them as they will not make it t the playoffs, curry in his first game is maybe trying to figure out his good shooting stroke but that's alright, we all understand that and we are expecting being a real start he can level up his game again.
Yes, no pressure on them anymore.

They just have to play the remaining games and enjoy it. See to it, that even up to the remaining games they shall perform well despite of the bad run they had during this season.

Not a GSW fan but hoping that they'll make it next season.
4746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Searching for AirDrop platforms on: March 08, 2020, 11:05:28 PM
Instead of looking for an airdrop platforms, do it on your own. Host it and post an entire bounty/airdrop on the appropriate section which tells your airdrop.

Don't ask for KYC.

Many don't like KYC because it's been known that airdrops before probably used their participants KYC and sold it somewhere for extended promotion.
4747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Indiscipline and Greed on: March 06, 2020, 09:07:54 AM
Discipline is a must whether you are a trader or investor.

This attitude is very important to control yourself and avoid further losses. Without discipline and you're just letting your emotions move you, you will have a bad ending and you will be disabled to control greed.

Without which, you will always end up losing even though you're pursuing yourself to make money.

4749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Coronavirus never happened on: March 06, 2020, 07:12:13 AM
I don't think the world epidemic happening today will have something to do with the market—it's just that I think this happen all the time and it's not yet the right time for the bullish market. No matter how I think about it even if there's a virus or not the market will always be like this. Nothing is permanent because it is so volatile due to the fact that it is an open market.
We see that there's no interconnection to bitcoin and the world happenings. But sometimes it's making me think that isn't that just a coincidence if we're seeing the same movement if the entire economy is facing a downtrend then crypto is also going the same way.

We don't know when this pandemic will ever be stopped but we're all hopeful that this must end asap.

Yes, nothing is permanent so this virus will be stopped in no time.
4750  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is AMFEIX a Huge Scam? on: March 06, 2020, 06:33:51 AM
I wouldn't trust them.

How they can sustain the returns to their investors? more than 100% a year is hard to maintain. Even the banks and other legitimate investments cannot provide such a percentage of returns.
4751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need of the hour on: March 05, 2020, 11:24:25 PM
They just won't stop. They keep on replacing and re-innovating the existing projects which they think lacks of something which they ends up creating a new one and adding to the massive number of altcoins in the circulation.

It's not anymore valid to see such new projects because we have existing ones. We need to reduce them as much as possible and determine what are the useful projects which we can apply with real use cases.

Yes instead of launching new projects which is just an updated version of existing projects the developers needs to work on existing projects and upgrade the same projects because it doesn't make sense to launch a new project every time they need new technology or missing link. Already investors and users have stopped believing in new projects as they think it's a scam by default due to past experience. I think either the developers need to upgrade the project or else the come up with a new project based on the technology which is unique and different from the existing ones.
It's no longer valid for investors to look out for the new projects because they're all the same. No new solutions, no new offers and just plain project that was made even before.

The ideas that are coming are the same so there's really no need for investors to watch for the upcoming ones. It's hard to restore the faith of the investors if many of them were frustrated and lost money due to this.
4752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VPNs using Blockchain Technology on: March 05, 2020, 10:45:31 PM
I still can't understand why many keep bringing up TOR network when it comes to anonymity, every time I try using TOR my location is easily leaked compare to other VPN services like IPSEC and OVPN, as for blockchain no idea
When I've tried to access TOR using Brave Browser, my computer notified me that there's a Trojan and that made me worried about it. did a few search and saw that I'm not the only person that experienced it. But I have cleaned it already.

So I think the idea of VPN with blockchain technology, that looks good after reading the thoughts of Abiky. I don't think it's still early, people are becoming conservative with their privacy these days so it's a good topic to discuss.
4753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bittrex Global Announces Improvements and Exciting Upgrades for March 9th! on: March 05, 2020, 10:10:48 PM
They have to compete and keep on improving. The competition for exchanges are becoming tough and traders seem to become loyal with the chosen exchange that they have. If the service is very good and convenient, we don't have to go to another exchange and that's why we're staying.

Before Bittrex is at the peak of its popularity but I don't think they are now. These are the steps that they must conduct to retain the customers that's gone from their platform.
4754  Economy / Speculation / Re: Coronavirus Forces the Hand of Central Bankers: A Boon for Bitcoin? on: March 05, 2020, 09:28:51 PM
The two connections about the virus and the month of April to be the best month for us, I don't see as well the connection of those to the price of bitcoin. Well, if it's just the month of connection many will say the least that it's December to be the best based from the experience of most but still that doesn't have any connection.

Threads about corona relation to bitcoin price, it's just absurd.
4755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A question about halving on: March 05, 2020, 08:56:42 PM
You are right.

Just like with Litecoin, I believed at first that it will make the price higher but after that almost nothing happened. But for bitcoin, this is a different coin and much better than the said altcoin because it's the most popular and well-invested cryptocurrency in the market.

But with what you have said to your friend, you just said the right words.
4756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bitcoin Legal in South Korea! on: March 05, 2020, 08:17:59 PM
Question is When China?
The ICO's has been stopped by them during the entire bull run but I don't think they have ever banned bitcoin. Huge mining facilities are coming from that country so it has been a good country for bitcoin.

Was it illegal before? I don't understand, I thought south Korea are one of the crypto friendly country high rate of crypto supporters,
I'm also thinking the same question because we've been hearing good and bad news from them about cryptocurrency. The bad news is about the taxation and the exchange hacks.
4757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China has suspended research and launches for electronic currency digital paymen on: March 04, 2020, 06:33:15 AM
What's the latest news? first quarter is about to end. We're on the beginning of March but days are passing by very quick so that announcement has been mentioned will be announced by this month.

I guess almost everything which is very important that's being done on China is being halted. My country is still good and the health department is doing the best that they can to avoid or at least reduce the cases.
4758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Asking Investment advice? on: March 04, 2020, 05:20:34 AM
I agree that you should always depend to yourself but it's not that bad to get some advice from other experienced people. This is applicable for newbies that are totally out of knowledge of what to invest with.

But on their part, they also need to be careful with whom they are asking. They may not know that the people they are talking with is just shilling the portfolio that he has so it's always together with diligent research so that you won't be fooled around by anyone who is giving advise. Extract the useful and ignore the unuseful advises.
4759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin Could Be The Key To World Peace on: March 04, 2020, 04:55:52 AM
I like his idea about the protest. Instead of people going to protest, they can easily give their thoughts and idea that the government should give back what the people deserve.

And through buying bitcoin, it's like that because bitcoin is decentralized and it's more of the power of the people who have it. Because, we are the ones who are determining the greater value of bitcoin and they don't have authority to control it but they all have the means to regulate businesses that uses bitcoin.
4760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What could be the court's ruling on crypto banking BAN ? on: March 04, 2020, 04:03:32 AM
Good luck and hoping for the positive result of this hearing.

Keep us updated with the possible outcome of this court hearing. We're all hoping for the best thing about crypto there in India.
