Can go either way. 44 needed from 24 balls (4 overs), with just 5 wickets in hand for Quetta. On paper, Islamabad has the advantage, but Quetta has performed well in similar situations in the past. Mohammad Nawaz and Ben Cutting are batting now, and after these two the tail starts with Naseem Shah and Mohammad Hasnain. Quetta can't lose any wickets at this point.
Well it looks easy for Gladiators now 12 from 7 balls when I am posting this .

11 from 6. 10 needed for a super over.

It can't get anymore exciting than this. Quetta was on the backfoot, but then Ben Cutting and Mohammad Nawaz managed to build a very handy partnership. Islamabad would be very disappointed with the 19th over, in which Cutting holed out to Colin Ingram (the bowler Rumman Raees had over-stepped). Now Amad Butt is going to bowl the 20th over... and the first ball is a dot.

Edit: 4 runs from 3 balls.

Edit2: Quetta won with 2 balls to spare. Ben Cutting 42 n.o from 17 balls.

Indian cricket has always inside politics while selecting the players and I heard people get discriminated if they are not Hindu based religion and will be terminated from the squad completely even many players who faced this openly stated this but I don't want to comment anything about it now.Only people were selected for this series and not enough experience, whoever plays this may not get any advantage because once Rohit and other players comeback into team will take their spots permanently.

Here I have to disagree with you. If there was any discrimination, it was based on regional basis. There was never any discrimination based on religion. If that was the case, then Mohammed Azharuddin would have never captained India. He later went on to become a parliamentarian (despite being charged for match fixing). Indians are proud of their home states, and usually they have a soft corner for individuals from their region. But this has nothing to do with religion.

4744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stock market CRASHING. How will this reflect on Bitcoin on: February 27, 2020, 04:37:50 PM
The crash has just started... Global economy has taken a major hit due to the Corona Virus and there is going to be a major correction as far as the stock markets are concerned. The last time we had a recession was in 2008. I won't be much surprised if we end up with another one as a result of this outbreak. Let's hope that the largest economy (United States) remains immune to Corona.
4745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 27, 2020, 04:31:35 PM
Indian women have beaten the teams like OZ, Bangladesh and today NZ. This is a good sign as beating some of the best sides before semi final will add the confidence in then and now they are inching closer to be in finals and may be ifncontinued to play the way they have played till now even can life the T20 World Cup. Though today’s match was close and India could win only by 3 runs .

India has performed well till now, but the women's team in India doesn't enjoy the level of glamour and glitz that is associated with the men's sport. The BCCI is yet to organize a franchise league for the women players, while their counterparts in Australia and England have Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) and Women's Cricket Super League respectively.

We don't need to be worry about the current situation, trust the system that it could recover much better that what it has been fallen. This is also a great opportunity for everybody to accumulate their holdings, since many people dumped their asset, then it's now time to buy instead of ranting.

I don't worry about Bitcoin, but I do worry about the health of global economy. With the epidemic spreading to more countries such as Japan, Italy and Iran, the economic losses are mounting. Many of the affected countries have closed down offices/schools and implemented lock-downs. Now this is a very expensive solution and if this goes on for a few weeks, then the economy will be in a very bad state.

Vishnu i am not sure bhai what are your sources are but i think you need to reconsider your statement of "Chief Selector" or if there are any such thing, then please post here, I might learn something new. Because as far as i know there is no such thing and Hanuma Vihari playing on merits. he played couple of good innings in Oval and Sydney when condition were tough for every batsmen.

I don't have any personal enmity against Hanuma Vihari. I was just saying that he was given too many opportunities (similar to Rishabh Pant and Kedar Jadhav), and this was not given for other players such as Karun Nair and Sanju Samson. MSK Prasad is the chairman of the BCCI Senior selection committee, and many of his selections were controversial.
4748  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ex-Coinbase CTO Argues Bitcoin Will Likely Hit $100,000 Using Coronavirus on: February 27, 2020, 02:48:41 PM
I don't know much about its impact on Bitcoin, but if this goes on for another month, then the global economy will be destroyed. Airline companies have incurred a bone-breaking loss of $30 billion so far, and it is climbing with every passing day. More and more countries are implementing lock-downs, and the latest are Italy, South Korea and Japan. We may witness a recession pretty soon.

Islamabad United vs Quetta Gladiators and I am going to believe my instincts LOL. I already had a bad start in this round where I could easily booked 2 points from yesterday's match if I would not hear the mob :-P

I have gone with Quetta Gladiators and I believe they will win. Good luck everyone.

I am watching the game live on DSPORT, and it seems that Quetta Gladiators are having the advantage now. Three of the top IU batsmen are back in the pavilion (Ronchi, Munro and Malan), and 14 overs remain in this innings. Both Naseem Shah and Mohammad Hasnain seems to be on fire. I don't think that QG are going to make a total above 140 runs.

Speculation.... NZ vs India

For second test, i have a feeling that team management might go with Shubham Gill as he scored a double ton on same venue recently (against NZ A). If it happens then chances are Prithvi is going to sit out. It would be interesting to see that who gets the opportunity to open with Mayank.

Shubham Gill or Hanuma Vihari ? Hanuma took the bullet last time when he was asked to fit in the similar opening role against the Australia.

Not a big fan of Hanuma Vihari here... so if I need to chose between the two, then I'll go for Shubham Gill. I am not happy with the performance of Hanuma Vihari during the past few months. He seems to have retained his slot in the squad only because the chief selector favors him (MSK Prasad). Gill is an exciting young talent, and he deserves a few outings.

I read on the new last night that virus is getting cointained and it's reducing, is this a fake news? I guess it is because right now it has spread to Italy and stock market is heavily affected, this is trouble

What you heard is not entirely false. The number of new infections in China has declined to a few hundred per day (from few thousands per day). But on the other hand, the infection has spread to countries such as South Korea, Iran and Italy. The situation in South Korea is especially alarming. As of now, close to 2,000 people have tested positive (almost all of them during the past few days). And don't forget that South Korea is one of the most important markets for cryptocurrency.

^^^^ In case anyone is interested, we have the match between Asia XI and World XI next month. There will be two T20 matches between the two sides, scheduled to take place on 21st and 22nd March. Asia XI consists of players such as Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Sandeep Lamichhane, Rashid Khan, Tamim Iqbal, Lasith Malinga and Mohammed Shami. For Wold XI, players such as Jonny Bairstow, Sheldon Cottrell and Faf du Plessis will be participating.
4753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach $5k in this up cycle ? on: February 27, 2020, 01:56:28 PM
The basics are not that strong for Ethereum right now. As a mode of payment, it has lost ground to other coins such as Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash (ever since the steep increase in transaction fee which occurred a few months back). And apart from that, it is not being widely used for any other purpose in the cryptocurrency sector. Even the smart contract concept has not taken off in a big way in mainstream economy.
4754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: February 27, 2020, 01:50:03 PM
@Vishnu.Reang I missed that match but England won comfortably, and I’m not surprised to see them win so easily as Thailand is not a strong team. Furthermore the Indian women’s team has won their game against New Zealand, and have now entered the semi finals and I have a strong feeling that they’ll win the T20 World Cup as they look unbeatable to me what are your thoughts?.

I would like to see India as the champions, but they are not the no.1 ranked team right now (unlike the case with the men's team). Both England and Australia are being regarded as stronger than India. India has won all three of their matches so far, but their big test will come in the next stage (when they will face teams such as England and South Africa).
4755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Visa approves Coinbase as Principal Member - big step for mass adoption? on: February 26, 2020, 05:39:42 AM
A few years back, payment processors such as Visa and Mastercard were the most vocal critics of cryptocurrency. They were banning anyone who is even remotely associated with BTC usage. It is happy to see that their attitude towards Bitcoin has changed now. Perhaps they no longer view Bitcoin as a rival. I don't know whether this is a good news or a bad news for us.
4756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to survive if you lose more than 80% of your Capital? on: February 26, 2020, 05:31:11 AM
Personally, making a cut loss is the best choice to solve it.
I know this is very frustrating. But I can't see the value of my assets continuing to decline month after month.

Booking loss is not a bad idea. In many cases, it is the most intelligent thing to do. However, the investors are not very comfortable at this as no one is happy to sell their assets at a loss. I am someone who had done loss booking in the past (although with a heavy heart) and I would say that I was happy with the outcome. If I had held on to my assets, then I would have incurred complete loss.
4757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin declined 3% as the coronavirus spread in italy on: February 26, 2020, 05:10:49 AM
The decline had more to do with the theft of $45 million worth of BCH and BTC from wallets controlled by Chinese cryptocurrency whale Zhoujianfu. The thieves are dumping both the coins in exchanges and as a result both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash have gone down. The other cryptocurrencies haven't dropped by that much. It will take a few days for the market to recover to the previous levels.

4758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One of the Richest Man in Russia Launching his own Token on: February 26, 2020, 04:55:49 AM
We can't blame the guy for coming into the game if developers who lack the funds can set up one why not him who has the products and the means to make his coin moving forward, I prefer this kind of developer than those developers who are asking investors for money because they don't have the means to set up their platform.

Well.. you have a point there. At least he is spending his own money in to this project and therefore we can assume that he will be serious about it. What happens with other projects is that the promoters never invest any of their money and all the funding comes from the investors. As a result, many of the team members are not that motivated or interested to make sure that the project succeeds. Even if the project fails, they lose nothing.
4759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys, be aware of a new scam! Stay safe with your funds! on: February 26, 2020, 04:13:28 AM
As such this is not a new con method. The YouTube part may be new... but this type of scam has existed from time immemorial (even before the invention of the first ever cryptocurrency). Intelligent users know that there is no such thing as a free lunch... however the less intelligent (and greedy) ones may lose their hard earned money to such scams.

Anyone watching the (women's) match between England and Thailand (ICC Women's T20 World Cup)? Thailand won the toss and chose to field first. And England lost a wicket early on and they are 1/1 after 1 over. The match is being shown live (@ Star Sports 2 HD in India). Thailand is participating in an ICC tournament for the first time ever and they have done well till now. Their first match was against West Indies. Although they lost the match, they gave a good fight.
