Nip to beat VP is the bet I saw tipped and seems reasonable like you say, it'll be close though I guess.   Russian speaking VP team I dont really know but a former VP supporter told me they are ok, since he speaks both Polish and Russian I guess he'd know far better then me.

3 maps was a lesser bet this time  or 5x odds for OT on the 2nd map, possibly a bit too specific to be worth it but doesnt look like either side is taking ithttps://talkimg.com/images/2023/06/12/AjDbc.png easily.

LTC since start of Feb gained about $85 per unit, I wasn't able to see till now just how dramatic that was as my trading account went into full kyc mode as they unfortunately tend to do every now and again in this modern crypto era.   Anyhow looks like this site has been successful in their campaign, I'll leave OP a merit for being new but genuine forum user and I'll cover any microtask similar in future and pm'd him to say as much.
4763  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin go up to $1000k? on: February 16, 2021, 02:37:03 PM
K is thousand so 1000k is a million per unit.   Not this year I think but 100k isnt out of view to many, Ive been thinking it should pull back a bit more then it has but the last dip to 27k might as far as it goes for now.

Moving around the 12hr and 2 day averages at the moment, not especially weak in any regard.  If it can close below 48k on 4hr bar assume some weakness is possible until then you can name any upwards target is possible or the probable outcome even.
4764  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will not reach $50,000 on: February 16, 2021, 02:08:16 PM
A higher price does not purely relate to success alone, the actual usage of BTC rising with greater utility and efficiency is the main guide.  Price is secondary to circulation at any price with greater volume.   50k or 5k I would look at actual usage as more important, we just all assume the price reflects greater usage but at this moment I think its just showing up speculation and excess dollar currency production in the last year especially.

[price has touched 50k now]
4765  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Vaccine Will Cause Bitcoin Crash on: February 16, 2021, 09:46:35 AM
The Vaccine might release effects built up during covid which was somehow a move away from bricks and mortar business investment to the more virtual and distance selling for obvious reasons it was a healthier move to favour distance in business.   We will get a return to normality and some kickback in prices and market assets because of that quite likely.
Thats not bearish exactly, its better that the economy readjusts and of course it means people can move freely and choose whatever they want.   I'm quite sure we have taken a large step away from over crowding and giant traffic jams maybe forever.  The airborne virus threat is always there to some extent and every year a small percentage find the flu to be fatal so it was just more obvious with this particular strain but we had the bird flu and other types before and we will again imo.
Crypto isnt under any greater threat then normal, it goes up and it comes back down and its always in some adjustment in every year through various cycles and tides of change.   I think over five years we are appreciating in value and I hope usage is paired to that not just speculation so I hope to see further developments.
4766  Economy / Speculation / Re: Since BTC doesnt open/close what time of day is the price most active volitile? on: February 16, 2021, 02:27:22 AM
Was looking at this just now and seems like the boring answer might just be that the change of the daily candle is when movement or pattern is set often so important to watch price at this point.   So simply today we had a low at around midnight forum time and price moved fast around that point.

A pin candle like that is considered bullish by many though its not normally how I look at the chart I dont disagree as to OP question the change of days is maybe a good time to expect some volatility or turn around can occur.
4767  Economy / Speculation / Re: How would you protect your potential profits? on: February 16, 2021, 01:59:29 AM
The point to profits is to avoid excess speculation and losses through volatility especially when considering costs.   So you have bills past present and future and also profits to secure, it makes sense to meet those costs in a way thats reasonable and doesnt cost too much in interest vs the profit growth gains.     I think the housing debt market can alter alot in costs as it is related to government debt interest rates which are at all time lows which inversely means the cost of debt is likely over rated, hence I do recommend taking some long term profits to secure that debt.   Make sure not to have a loan to value ratio that would exclude you from refinancing if required, to be agile can be what allows control of positions and overall profitability sometimes.

I prefer this nice little private lake on almost 400 acres (over 150 hectares) of pristine forest:

Very nice, maybe I can get a 2 week yearly lease or something Shocked   Land is one of the best long term inter generational stores of value possible over time.    Thats the kind of thing to make sure you do retain not just frothy type profits that occur but the slow asset gain in value year to year, dont be unbalanced in holdings and you will be ok.

one user won $5 million in a single roll in Stake
Wasnt that the largest single win on a crypto casino, heard about that one and worth stating as a point in their favor tbh.

As far as withdrawals you have to be careful not to fit the pattern of somebody who deposits, doesnt play or especially risk their deposit and then want to withdraw to a different address. Ive noticed most casinos Ive used are not keen on users wanting to use the site as an exchange, if theres some problem its probably that they require you to be an actual real unique user not trying to clam just the bonuses or lose the trail on a public blockchain ledger by stopping into the site.    Any site is going to demand real users and real activity in their usage of a site, that part is not rare.

, it is worth waiting for the correction.
Waiting too long means you dont gain the benefit of the token so its a balance between the two effects.   I would suggest more then speculation which none of us know totally due to probability of any outcome in the market but just dollar cost average by taking some token towards your target every day.   You will either capture part of the lower price by averaging your purchase price or be buying as the token returns to its more long term normal price which is probably going to take this whole year to observe properly.   There is some negative for actual big users of their site to just wait and not hold the amount that would gain them the benefits, might as well speculate daily not hold off hoping for a larger move and attempt all at once.   I'm bullish on ETH for the moment thats why I dont mind especially, if its part of that blockchain its probably related and of course BTC itself has raised all boats with the tide.

unclear whether we going towards the correction or $50k+?

As a hedge Im more liable to bet over 50k or similar optimistic expectation mostly because I wasn't bullish enough to hold that much BTC especially otherwise.   Might as well bet on that outcome, if it goes lower I know I'd probably accumulate some there.     As far as a really wild bet and big odds outcome, I dont yet see 20k is going to occur.   Ideally I want to bet on an event out of the peripheral vision of most bettors but right now price is going sideways and nothing more.
4770  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't be surprise to see price of btc drop this week on: February 16, 2021, 01:28:14 AM
Great chart Walt, we never consider the Dollar of 2021 is nothing the same as the Dollar of 2019 and it will alter prices that should be expected for the same value, naturally we do rise over time to compensate for the new dollar supply.   Its a known effect but also usually unaccounted for.
Price right now is the same peak as on the day of the Tesla buy news and also at the 2 day average, its been sideways since then and so Im not sure if we fall or not.

Betting for Action: Not every event is profitable so you need to pick your spots.

Betting because you are bored is going to be a large part of it, theres a time when you have the best chance of success and a time when you should walk away for a moment to collect yourself and take a break for food etc.   People pushing their luck and trying to win one more without any system to their actions is when its most unlikely to turn out ok.    Cant really tell people not to do that exactly but I would say money management to not bet high when you are so casual, thats quite reasonable and will raise your profitability overall.
4772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua on: February 16, 2021, 01:20:56 AM
He has to believe in himself or he would never step into the ring with the same confidence and energy to survive each hit.   Its not something that can be criticised as he needs that as part of his stance to do his job, he is fully confident in his moves and doesnt doubt or question himself in the moment so its not a mistake as such.   Will history judge him the same way is a different question.
4773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who pays for these companies? What is the resistance point of Bitcoin? on: February 15, 2021, 08:04:17 AM
There is the idea that people may deliver less trade on a public holiday but also China has a tradition of money presents around now which would suggest a greater flow of capital in the young receiving that or so Im told by those who know the customs.  Im not sure that has an observable effect on the market but the public holidays probably would register in some way.

In this area anyway is some resistance, its projected via previous pricing not something I do personally as I just draw a trend line and I have us only slightly below that measure maybe.   Moving averages has us close to the 2 day average and just below but this is just momentum so its hard to say.   We've gone sideways a few days now  45817 is the low to watch and if we confirm below on a 4hr bar its a negative progression but only short term still.
4774  Economy / Speculation / Re: How would you protect your potential profits? on: February 14, 2021, 11:35:58 PM
You could try dollar cost averaging.     Lets say you are being totally sensible here, you gained 100k of BTC value and you have a house debt of 50k owing and you want the security of knowing no matter what your family is safe in a fully paid house.   A very reasonable expenditure increasing security.
What you could do is use the 50k BTC to repay the housing debt and then rebuy the BTC over a planned term say 3 years or whatever idea you can come up with for a possible scenario to redirect future earnings.    Some will say why bother but good health is not always assured but bills will always need paying and puts the house at risk if you get sick say.      I noticed this guy is super bearish on BTC but appears to have a daily buy on BTC as he backs it long term perhaps, his native country destroyed their currency I think etc.    So his expectation is negative but even if BTC appreciates you also will realise a gain even buying the BTC back every day or week etc.  ; it just will be less then holding all but we dont know the future hence its viable imo.
4775  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will not reach $50,000 on: February 14, 2021, 11:27:58 PM
Some people would take that as a negative but I already count BTC as having reached 50k basically.   We have numerous FIAT currencies all over the world and many are already at that point or there are private exchanges where the agreed price was at 50k or higher.    Anyone who deals in escrow that kind of thing will frequently set a price around the market not exactly at the market, so that easily takes us over 50k for some people right now.   If you ever bought holiday money and noticed the rate was a little different, its because they put their costs into the stated price or exchange rate so its common practise and its possible this happens with various goods etc. off exchange not quite so keenly bid.
Hence we already exceeded 50k in transacted BTC price in a few sites Im fairly sure, it can be a psychological thing where people put theirs orders to the nearest flat number so lets see if there is any effect from that.
4776  Economy / Speculation / Re: Apple is buying Bitcoin on: February 13, 2021, 11:58:08 PM
I get a bit apprehensive if people feel the need to hype the price with news before its occurred and may never occur, its likely we have hot money speculating on higher and trying to trigger such a move.   We cannot move BTC price continually higher without checking and revising lower prices or it becomes unstable and liable to a sell off which is far more damaging then taking a longer time to wind upwards.
From a quick look at the charts I'm more bullish if we close above, confirm and maintain a price of at least 47163 where it could accumulate further and break a range upwards.   For the moment its still possible we also may check prices down to 30k still, especially if some only hold BTC via leverage then almost always the market will come calling to check those positions.

The faucet goes up like a quarter when price drops below a certain amount.   The constant adjustment was always a core thing, just BTC being this high puts us at the end of the yellow brick road because it is the impossible in reality.  Cant blame the original algorithm for that, I dont think in retrospect anything would have been different and if we didn't claim the faucet and save it then thats on us.   I just was never that serious about it, Ive said before but if nobody used BTC for stuff I think it fails then tbh so it is better to bet some of your balance imo and price will go down over months sometimes also or its not right.

50k is the amount of income they debate whether to send help for struggling families.  50k sounds alot then you have to realize USA is also pretty bad on taxes, some states maybe you pay half of that in taxes of various sorts federal and local.   There is some advantage in varying countries where the costs aren't ridiculous for rent or housing especially is a big deal.    That is why Im optimisic on some elements of 2020 that occurred to further distance or remote working and general efficient usage of networks rather then people sitting in traffic for an hour to go to work and an hour to come back.  I always thought the sad reality of commuting was like being in the Flintstones cartoon where its almost surreal comedy how much waste is occurring in processes eg. to jam pack people closer.
That relates to crypto because this is or should be about efficiency and distance secure transactions, if thats true and dollar continues to be a political mess rotting capitalism inside out then crypto likely does well year to year; even if we dropped the rest of this year I'd still recognize this as likely ongoing bullish trend.

Check your emails for the free wheel of fortune spins,  very nearly expired my free spin from it getting buried in my email inbox.   Nows the time to check as any further on and it runs out of time to claim, I checked 2x free spins and got the big RP reward so worth a thought.   I need to remake my mail filter to highlight it.

Faze doing well as of late but to beat Navi I wouldn't go with because Navi also are doing well within their skill range and their skill range is major winners and the best in the world so that was not a tempting bet for me.

This guy Im following is from the 2014 era of big betting which I respect and appreciate the posting of his bets of course but definitely it pays to have your own opinion when to follow or not.  Alot of the players then are still in teams but obviously things change and they were a bit off today.   I dont think this game is going to end with a positive result for him either as Mibr should not be beating Liquid most of the time though they seem to be improving and Liquid is a bit flaky imo;  7x live odds its worth considering but doubt I will

[mibr win 6 rounds in a row after I post lol]

People start doing this... thinking that the few Satoshi that they are claiming is actually worth something.

It is if you wait long enough, I wouldn't put too much effort into it but just as a page that loads on browser open is hardly a big ask.   If we went back to 2016 era it might be that the faucet payout was 1000 satoshi or even double that or more and that's now half a dollar.   We didn't know but its pretty much the same for all of crypto that it doesn't add up to much at first.   Take the faucet and gamble it on slim odds the event nobody thinks will occur but might, then nothing is lost but maybe a gain; depends how people want to play it.   People lack imagination and patience to wait, I think the site now with event bets is far broader interest.
4780  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit $50k? on: February 12, 2021, 11:59:12 PM
I think it has to meet 50k just to prove this point as resistance or not, the reason being is the target is fixated in peoples minds.

Trend is good, momentum is there and it can certainly come back to this point even if it needs to retest slightly lower near term.
