Whole new schools of painting seem to charge through the art scene with the speed of an express train, causing Pop Artist Andy Warhol to predict the day “when everyone will be famous for 15 minutes.”

Let's give him 15 minutes of fame, that's a right even Justin Bieber has had.

100% filled block and price on the downside, not a good morning for me at the moment.
I need some coffee to wake up and analyze WTF happened tonight
It has nothing to do with a few full blocks; actually that doesn't ever impact the price. This was caused by Hearn who should be listed as one of the worst people that were ever in the Bitcoin ecosystem & Cryptsy. Hearn basically declared Bitcoin as dead/dying and the media caught it, a fine exaple of a evil and backstabbing person.

Yes Lauda I know it has nothing to do with that: I was only saying that opening the thread and reading some news made my morning a bit bitter.

4763  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here we go sub 400! on: January 15, 2016, 09:12:06 AM
If i had to bet on whats going on, this is my theory:

Cryptsy moved the coins into those separate wallets (probably still on their servers somewhere), then reports the "theft / hack" to see how
far the FBI investigates or if FBI even gives a shit at all.   Cryptsy has left themselves a way out of blame by virtue of "computative error"
IF the FBI decides to investigate and can find how the coins actually moved.  If cryptsy would have sold the coins and FBI investigated and
discovered it was an inside job by Cryptsy - then Cryptsy knows they would be screwed.  but by leaving the coins in those wallets
(probably still on their servers) they are leaving themselves an out. Now cryptsy is simply waiting for the FBI's move - if FBI does nothing, then
Cryptsy can move, mix and sell the coins after the dust settles.

a REAL outside hacker would have used a mixing service and sold those coins by now.

Great, that's the explanation everyone should read. Craptsy behaviour is the worst seen in crypto world so far, everything has been calculated to try to save their arse. But we are not monkeys waiting for bananas.

There's always a bad hacker around to save an exchange responsibilities.  Roll Eyes

 Angry So pissed off.
Granada was not able to score a single goal thus nullifying my parlay.
I'm tired of losing for one game only.

Some of you should start betting on horses by the way. Someone said Granada was going to win 3 - 0! Change sport buddy!
4765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 15, 2016, 08:58:40 AM
I have the feeling Liverpool - Manchester United match will be boring and possibly under 2.5 goals Cool I will put a nicely sized bet on the draw as well just for fun.
Do you really think it will be that boring? I hope not and actually I hope these two teams will remember that they made History lately for English football.
I would like to see some sort of wake up call for them.
I think it will be a good match to watch.
4766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 15, 2016, 08:55:16 AM
Sassuolo is the only team which won against Napoli, Inter and Juventus this season so be careful if you think they are going to lose for sure. I would not be so sure.

4768  Economy / Speculation / Re: 500$ This Dec ! on: January 14, 2016, 10:09:01 AM
I believe we will 3k this year

It might reach $3000 this year, but the price might not last long, the price will drop afterwards.

And if so, I beieve I can fly over a rainbow so high.

This should be a dead thread. We did not see 500$ in december and BTC price is on the way down as we speak. 3000$ will never happen because lots of people bought in above 800$ and they want their money back.
4769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spanish League Prediction Thread (La Liga) on: January 14, 2016, 08:47:04 AM
Atl. Madrid vs Rayo Vallecano  Atl Madrid wanted to win but they want to invest a minimum of force. On the other hand, Rayo Vallecano do not have anything to lose. They will try to provide a strong resistance. In any case, I expect an open game with 2-3 goal
over 1.5 goals

So today still copa del rey right? Here is my prediction

Atletico Madrid vs rayo vallecano | both teams not to score , correct score 2-0
Granada vs Valencia | both teams to score 2-1 for Granada.

I doubt Valencia can win in this match, they had bad week! My brave bet Granada to win with 1 goal margin.
That's a brave bet indeed, but too risky for me. I will consider a simple both teams to score while I will try the one goal margin on the other game.
Atletico - Rayo At. Madrid wins
Granada - Valencia Both teams to score

Reading the last two pages I realized there's a great deal of work behind this project but I will wait for its launch to judge. We saw many coins and projects full of life at the beginning: is keeping that alive that counts.
Looking closely and waiting patiently.
4771  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: January 14, 2016, 08:35:23 AM
Isn't it funny we like to consider a price range of 100$ between 400$/500$ a stable price?
That is not stable to me, considering we did sideways on 430/440$ for three weeks: that was kind of stable.
4772  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Reddit’s science forum banned climate deniers. on: January 14, 2016, 08:28:31 AM
Actually, from the humidity, wind, and temperature record presented, it certainly does look like "front passage."  By the way, a more accurate number would be to go from (say) 12 noon one day, to 12 noon the next.  Or max min for the 2 days.  As presented there is likely 5C error in the range due to differing times.

By the way, you certainly can use statistical variance to determine significant variation from climatic norms.  All the records are available to do this, at least in the USA I know.  You can just use the last 30 years, that should be fine.

You know, even without all the scientific stuff, weather became rather crazy gotta admit that. Never had a winter like that truly xD

So don't know if it's mankind fault or not, but there is still something coming. And I don't think burning our fuel is helping reducing it!

Btw, you didn't answer on the heat produces by us compared to the sun, I'm still sure it's not that low you know?

I totally agree with you: humans are disturbing this planet's stability but... as George Carlin said once Nature will take its chance to regulate itself again.

The trouble was never to destroy Nature, I'm pretty sure Nature will be fine with what we're doing.
But Nature "regulation" might not take mankind survival into account  Grin

Of course! We have no power against something which is totally unknown to us. These guys can think they own the weather they can do some mess for a while on Earth but Earth/Nature eventually will clean itself. To me it will all end up in a big sneeze  Grin and we'll be gone

atchaaa! Grin

Bless you!
Not this time, not now. Let me become filthy rich and then, only then, you may be able to sneeze.
 Grin
And what if that "something coming" is an ice age?

We are about overdue for one, you know.

So be it.
Data show sun activity is decreasing and so it is its power to warm the Earth. It's not a thing of today, it will be a process but to me our efforts to modify and change the weather are only making things worse.

what a goal from carlos bacca yesterday evening against Carpi! did you see that amazing rabona? beautiful goal
Next time Milan will play either with Alessandria or La Spezia so they seem to me very close to the final.

Is official now, Ac Roma have fired Garcia and the new manager of Roma is Luciano Spalletti (have already work with rome for more years). But is a low time choice because have a contract only for 18 months
Oh Thanks God he's finally out of business!
Now is AC Milan' coach turn! He will also lose his job tonight!
If Carpi wins he will be gone for good. And no one will care

AFAIK Juventus ahs a better team compared to Napoli, they have much more replacements that can be useful to the cause. Napoli without Gonzalo Higuain is doomed to failure!

Gonzalo is indeed a top player in napoli but apart from higuain they still have alot of great player at the team. Juventus may have more top player at their team but most of their defenders and midfielder have an age of over 30 + so they are lacking alot of stamina if you compare them with naopli

I would like to think alike but that's not the case. Juventus has the best team in Italy: that's a fact! They are like a machine programmed to win.
Napoli strongly depends on one player who scored 18 goals so far and my question is how long will Higuain score like this?

No offence but this small dump was clearly just behind the corner, I'm not going to trade in the next days I see a lot of nerves going on in the market.
I'll just hold on to my stash for a while.
4779  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Vote] Who did 911? on: January 13, 2016, 09:29:04 AM
"""As of September 2009, the organization 9-11 Health Now reported that 817 World Trade Center workers had died from various causes. About 40,000 were enrolled in medical monitoring and 20,000 were "sick and under treatment." Many had upper respiratory issues, while some reported multiple medical concerns. A number of these people are receiving help from designated World Trade Center programs at facilities such as Mount Sinai Medical Center."""

http://www.asbestos.com/world-trade-center/

Not sure how the situation is now but there must have been tons of lawsuits ongoing, after all people were assured that the air was perfectly safe to breathe and no need for masks. So there´s all sorts of info in those court documents, probably also about the Port Authority and its bad asbestos situation there before 9/11.

Obviously they couldn´t have the rescue workers use special protection because the public would have gotten the message and hauled ass out of Manhattan.

I see. We now that many people died because of inhaling the Ground Zero dust following 9/11. If there was asbestos in there that has been like the most poisonous place on Earth for years. This is so sad.

Deportivo La Coruna vs Mirandes in my opinion La Coruna are clear favourites of this game. The

Deportivo la coruna had just been beaten by real madrid at their last match so there is some opportunity for mirandes to win at this match. The chance for mirandes to win is low enough since this will be at deportivo la coruna's home but it is worth a shot since they had draw with la coruna at last meeting

Compare Real Madrid with Miranda is joke, plus they are playing at home. I'm still with Deportivo

You should learn english because you dont even understand what Im writing. Read it once more before you make a stupid post like that, any team that got beaten 5-0 should have some mental breakdown and that is what Im talking about, you cant recover morality of the team exactly after it was beaten 5-0

They had another big mental breakdown as I can see! Losing 3-0 home against Mirandes was really out of the world but it happened!
No more bet on deportivo from my side. Simply unbelievable.
