I just want to chat with them... geeeez.. what is the big deal... it was melvolent... don't see why they cant identify themselves.. but instead of all of there lackies come here and comment... no offence to lackies ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I spoke to the main mod who looks after 'services' and he said he didn't do it... so it was another mod. If it's not malevolent, then probably BadBear or one of other global moderators. What are you going to do when you find out? Action is taken and I'm pretty sure moderator was right to delete your posts. Most moderators just delete the spam post they notice and go as they don't really care about the topic. I think that's what happened.

That sounds like a great idea, especially for personal requests which can't be discussed in Meta. However, when creating a ticket, a user should be told to only use the ticket system for mod-level complex or really personal requests as most questions can be addressed in the Meta board.

Not sure who did it, but don't you think it could've happened like this:
1. A mod deleted an off topic post. 2. You posted about moderation in a Primedice thread (which is off topic). 3. It was seen by another moderator and deleted, as in most cases talking about moderation is off-topic.

Added, thanks. Don't forget to check here for updates. The guidelines for threads are still in english, I will translate them tomorrow or so.
FWIW, I adapted the guidelines for threads so they talk about the spanish sections, so that part isn't really a translation but brand new content. You may want to do the same for german (although the english-speaking demographics in Germany is quite different, dunno ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ). Shorena has made the translation for the "guidelines for threads" today. I implemented it now and our work is done. The german version is fully translated. Thanks to everybody who contributed to this. Edited the main post to reflect that.

You may need two different threads, using the one now in the Announcement section for the announcements, and another in the service section for discussion of the service.
I am okay with that idea assuming the Staff here are okay with that as well. Perhaps if a staff member sees this, they could ring in on whether this would be acceptable to start a second thread in the Service section. I didn't want to appear too spammy, but will happily create an additional thread if permitted. Thanks. Service discussion doesn't go to Services, it goes to Service discussion as mentioned by my previous post: You may need two different threads, using the one now in the Service announcement section for the announcements, and another in the Service discussion section for discussion of the service.

It won't be moved and their traffic is pretty good. https://bitcointa.lk/forums/services.35/https://bitcointa.lk/forums/marketplace.31/http://www.reddit.com/r/bitmarketBitcointa.lk isn't a forum, it's a mirror of Bitcointalk and syncs up with it. I have an account there. You can make posts there that are independent of this forum. To test it I just made this thread: https://bitcointa.lk/threads/what-do-you-like-to-do-for-fun.355062/The same thread is not on this forum. However if you do post in on here, it'll appear there, right?

It require a lot of time and effort to do a good and righteous investigation, but I think it worth it.
In the end, personal opinions still affect the conclusion.

Great work. Thanks.
You can add to rule Nr.18, that itīs forbidden to evade a ban with another account. It can result in a permanent ban for all related accounts to this user.
If you are banned for a few days/weeks, you have to sit it out.
That's kind of intuitive, but I'll think about it (whether to add it to the FAQ or the rules).

Any news on the chat problems? It's still busted for me.

The list very much, i just know some bitcointalk.org rules ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Actually i have few question (i don't want to open new thread) : 1. What should we do if we don't get paid after do signature-ad campaign should we give negative trust / not ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) 2. Some provider in my country use Dynamic IP (the IP changed every time we connect to internet) What will happen with my account if i got banned IP ? And i think you should add post/activity, example : you become member if you have 60 activity Regarding the IPs, if there was an IP ban issued, usually both the IP and the account get banned. When an IP gets banned, it gains "units of evil". I'll quote that part from the FAQ: Q: Why is my IP banned? What are those units of evil? A: Your IP might be banned because it was used by a user that got perma banned. Don't worry - IP bans decay over time if there's not too many of them during a small period. If you register using a banned IP, are using TOR, VPNs or well known proxies, you will have to pay a small fee. This is to prevent spammers while allowing legitimate members to post without many restrictions.
