4761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: April 06, 2017, 12:27:30 AM
Basiccally play gambling for getting profit is bad ideas, it is not good way moshtly gamblers getting addiction of gambling and lost control, it is the problem on gambling but moshtly gamblers can not control about it, they play gambling just for profit and double betting and it will not be easy, should they are giving up it is best choice than lost everything.
When it gets that far in their life then they should just quit gambling because that feeling of losing after each bet isn't worth it in the end.
The easiest method to quit gambling is just to stop gambling today.

The reason people are doing gambling is because people want to earn money fast and quick, easy money, to use to but things or to satisfy their wants or needs. But earning money nowadays is hard but the easiest way to earn cash from the scratch, is basically gambling. The thing about gambling is that it is a full of risk depending on your luck, which is not a good thing.  But why gamblers can't stop or give up gambling is because they are still hoping that they can still win big bucks from it after losing a lot which is making you more addicted to gambling, but gambling is really hard to avoid especially when you are enjoying and or experienced a big win from it and you are wanting to feel that experience again.
4762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: April 05, 2017, 10:12:17 PM
To play gambling is to risk money and believing in the chance that you will get more money than you initially risked. For this you play against a casino house , against a friend, or against other people like in fairlay. A game of chance in general, sometimes some games like poker also involves skill but still remain game of chance.

How about the people who take gambling as an entertainment, a way to indulge and enjoy themselves.  There are gamblers that dont prefer to win, but are preferred to be enjoying the game and having fun, some of them still hopes to win, but mostly they do not care to lose because what they are after is the feeling of enjoyment and hapiness, in which gambling is kne way they can attain that feeling. It is a game of chance and these game of chance is a fun and enjoying activity for some. Gambling is risking something for getting more than you risk or you had, in other words, gambling is the game of the greedy.
4763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: April 05, 2017, 10:04:06 PM
Yes that is very needed if the game in the gambling that you are going to play is blackjack, poker, and sports betting these games needs the application of analysis for you to have a chance to win to your opponents.

No it is not really useful, just play for fun and just let it flow. Eventually you are going to win as you cant keep losing every single time. If you are only having fun then you wont really care about the result although you might prefer to win however afterall it is luck so doing some analysis wont help us really to win

I think you are being misguided by the way he said that, he is not really saying that with analysis, you can win all of your blackjack, poker and sports betting activities, that is wrong, he said that the application of analysis can give a chanhe to win to your opponents so there is no way to disagree with him, he has a point. We all know that losing is inevitable, but the thing that we create a lot of ways to earn on gambling is a good reason that people are still using their brains to keep them standing in a rotten society we have right now. Although, they are using the wrong feet to stand.
4764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: April 05, 2017, 09:51:48 PM
There's no sureball thing in gambling with 100% probability that you will win, It is a gamble so there's a possibilities that you will loss or you will loss it all. So I would like to suggest that in gambling just spend you spare money because there's a high possibilities that you will loss on it so better to invest it than to gamble it.
Yes, anyone who thinks gambling can be turned into a profitable activity is an idiot. There is no way gambling can be profitable in the long term, if you bet big once and come out lucky than yeah you can profit but aside from that there is no way of “turning gambling into a profitable activity”, no way, nada, nitch, zero.
a little bit exaggerated if you say so , those people who thinks gambling could profitable due they full of optimistic not just idiot. people just want to put some effort at least to reach the goal of make money through gambling even though it wasn't easy they are aware about that.

I think you can't just call them idiots, and they are really optimistic seeing a way to earn on gambling as we all know, gambling is a really the worst way to get a profit. So we can say that they are half idiot and half optimistic, why, because who would be trying to earn a profit from an activity like gambling if we all know that it is just a game of luck and most of the gamblers lose their money, in which we are putting our money on risk, why not inves it, you can earn there, why not trade, you can earn a lot there. And they are half optimistic because they are seeing a postive result into a chance of something almost impossible. Sometimes optimistics are an unbelievable ones, though, they are also idiots always taking the positive way in life where life is a gamble that it is a game of chance, there are just some one that is lucky enough to win in these gambling of life the reason they get the upper hand.
4765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling sites should ask proofs ? on: April 05, 2017, 09:42:38 PM
Proof of what?
They are the one who is running a business so they should be the one who will provide the proof of legitimacy.
They are making it backwards for what? Proof of not being a robot? Who the hell would sacrifice his money to be controlled by a robot? I wont. That is hilarious. This is real money we are talking here not just a game of poker in a facebook app.

That is right, Everyone who runs a Gambling site must prove their site to be a legitimate gambling site, it is a given if they want to attract more costumers to them. There are a lot of ways to attract a costumer, getting good house edge, getting a good prize, bonuses, and one of them is also proving the gamblers that they are legit and they are not a scam. As a businessman, who wants to be controlled by a robot, that is really hilarious.
4766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: April 05, 2017, 09:32:27 PM
If gambling is not a sin, why do they call Las Vegas the Sin City? Considering Las Vegas holds the largest number of Casinos located in a single city.

It is not that gambling is a sin, and calling a City, into a Sin City has its own reason, Sin City is an urban that caters to various vices, various means there are many things that is going out there and not just gambling is the reason why it is called the Sin City, the vices are, sex related services, including prostitution and strip clubs, Gambling, Drugs, and excessive organize crime and gangs activity. There are a lot of Sin Cities in the world and not all of them, includes gambling on it, that is why it is not really a sin to gamble. Excessive gambling activity is really not good to a ckuntry and it's  people.

4769  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: April 03, 2017, 11:21:03 PM
Technology can be a useful tool and source of entertainment for kids. But it's important for parents to keep in mind that screen time must be limited.

I dont think that the idea of technology as a useful tool and source of entertainment for kids must be tolerated. If you are not realizing the problem, introducing them to these gadgets are the main reason why they are getting addicted to it, who would want their children getting addicted to something that you gave then blame the children to it? Why not blame yourself, the parents, because you are the one that introduced it to them. They are just kids, they can't just stop their addiction to these gadgets be ause they want to, they will play and use these gadgets until they knew that there are better gadget than they are using.
4770  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Ether and dash.! 😱😱😱 on: April 03, 2017, 10:26:09 AM
Grabe ang baba ng DASH and ETH now, halos pareho na sila ng price sa pagtaas ng BTC.
Ano sa tingin nyu good to sell or good to buy?

4774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you play Dice can you feel your heart in your throat? on: March 31, 2017, 08:02:49 AM
Not just my heart in my throat, but sometimes my money is in my mouth every time I talked. Sometimes I gamble and just told my opponents that I have my money at home and I will get it if I will lose, but I will never go back if I lose. I love to gamble and it is really fun, I won a lot of times but I lose a lot more than I won.
4775  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Btc price on: March 30, 2017, 12:58:42 PM

4776  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: March 29, 2017, 02:37:00 PM

4777  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Possible to Mine Bitcoins Using Desktop? on: March 29, 2017, 10:23:47 AM
Is it still possible to mine for bitcoins using a normal desktop computer nowadays?

You can use your normal computer mine bitcoins, I did use GUIminer to mine in my computer, it is working and it is great. But the problem about this is it's profit, don't expect to have a lot of profit from these type of mining because it is not really profitable.
4778  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Fork,BU ATBP. on: March 29, 2017, 09:41:47 AM
No risk, no gain.

4779  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Almost gave me a heart attack on: March 29, 2017, 12:07:09 AM
You are importing their public address, thus as you said it is watch only.

The only way you would be able to influence the coins on that address would be to import their private key.

In short, you cannot affect other users by importing a public address in watch only mode.
Hmm, I think seeing these kind of setup in your wallet will make someone greedy, making a plan or a trick to hack it, it is possible right?

No you can't hack it. Not can you hack the bitcoin network. What you can do however is use hacking and social engineering to gain access to someone's private key. If you gain access to someone's private key then you can access their wallet. So while you can't hack directly you can indirectly gain access to a person's wallet. Hope that helps. Was a good question btw

I'm going to stop you right there and call BULLSHIT

Everything can be hacked.
Not in this matter. Your sentence is true in theory, but bitcoin network can't be hacked. It can be exploited in ways that was not think of before, but so much people reviewing it to keep it safe, its most secure network on entire planet.

I do believe that too that bitcoin network can't be hacked, the fact that it stays as a top and popular digital currency is the proof. And I guess many people must be converting their bitcoin to other altcoins or assets that is more secured. But wallets can be hacked, and thats what happened from the recent hacked sites. I think if there are genius that can hack the system, gonna believe that he is a top hat hacker.

And not all hackers are that bad, there are also white hat hackers.
4780  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Andriod Games for Bitcoin to introduce kids? on: March 28, 2017, 10:45:32 PM
There are android games that I play using my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, and I've downloaded it on the playstore. They are Alien Run and The Blockchain Game. I love the blockchain game because it is more exciting than Alien run, mostly I am being pissed when I am playing alien run and I dont know why.
Just try them and look what might happen.
