Those kinds of scheme is a waste of time, you don't have assurance that the token they will pay you will even have a value.

Try this.

true . if its mostly airdrops from unkown projects but for a well known companies like other user mentioned above ,  we can expect a pay from them with the coin that has a value of course . coinbase is also a known companies but i heard many people never recieve thier reward from thier referal campaign  and im one of them  . inviting is not easy and if you think that it can be cheated well no , those companies are also smart and they know how to detect if they are being cheated or not  . i never cheated them but i wonder why i dont get my coins
Referral is a hard task and sometimes these developers that runs the campaign will have doubts that you have been effective with your link and might hold your reward.

Unlike in Coinbase, it's a large exchange and won't hold your rewards unless you truly violated one of their terms.

but the coinbase that I know is that there are some countries that cannot participate in the program and only a few countries can participate in the program, I have long followed the coinbase program but still haven't received an invitation to claim the free coin
Yes, I guess there are countries that are not allowed to join and I don't know the reason of Coinbase with that matter.

There's no connection about the skin color, stop the racism. There are warnings that people in Africa must also be careful and prepared.

4764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MetaMask for Ethereum Crosses 1,000,000 User Milestone on: February 26, 2020, 02:07:45 AM
If there's a reliable and extension that I would trust, MetaMask is one of the few.

There's a lot of these extension browsers that I'm not using anymore and avoid downloading such because of being aware from the incidents that hacked wallets of the users.

It's a milestone for MetaMask and I guess to the crypto community as well because we're growing and keep multiplying which means adoption.
4765  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto eSports betting on: February 26, 2020, 01:21:44 AM
eSports industry is already a multi-billion industry so betting sites will really look into this one now. Huge money involve means lots of profits for these casinos that will run eSports betting. Only a matter of time that it will just be a norm in casinos to have eSports in their list. And I think, this is a good one to venture with especially if you are familiar with their games as it will require knowledge to get high chance of winning in this betting category. So it is not pure luck in play here and good for gamblers.

https://www.businessbecause.com/news/mba-jobs/6495/esports-everything-you-need-to-know
Yes, just few years from now and they'll see that the esports industry is accelerating and promising for the whole gambling industry. A lot of crypto casinos has already adopted it and they've been there already.

It's near to its peak now and I don't want to say that it will dry off soon but we'll still far from that. While it last, they should look into the industry and check out how many amazing tournaments are there and some casinos are even sponsoring popular and professional teams and players.
4766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto wallet explained simply. on: February 25, 2020, 08:33:27 PM
We have other sets of hardware wallets that's also listed on bitcoin.org and those three are the most common hardware wallets. I've seen some other new hardware wallets from an unknown company and it's better not to touch those unlike someone reviewed their codes.

I heard TradeSatoshi is going extinction very soon, it seem the exchange is just as bad as many new exchanges out there, I never had good experience using the exchange and I only trade there once
It's confirmed that they will be out of business soon. Look what does the users says.

TRADESATOSHI CRYPTO EXCHANGE SHUTS DOWN, USERS REPORT FOUL PLAY

Tradesatoshi Crypto Exchange Closing Down, Has All the Signs of Being an Exit Scam

TradeSatoshi is the Latest Crypto Exchange to Shut Down

thanks for the links buddy . actually this is what im about to say  . they are going to close based on what i heard before  and that could be the reason why they remove trading fees . they arent planning to earn too much , also this is like  a reward for those who have experience an issue using thier exchange because their exchange have alot of complaints before  and as well as scam accusiation too  .  anyway thanks op for the idea that polo have also remove thier fees too  . polo is still kicking so users will definelty crawling to them  .
They have announced it and they have allowed their users to withdraw as much as possible before the said closure.

But now, a lot of bad reviews are coming to the users about them and even before, there are too many complains already about them. Polo is trying to regain their users because they've been known in the past but due to competition, they've lost the market.
4768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust wallet rocks on: February 25, 2020, 07:37:07 PM
I still haven't used Trustwallet until up this moment. But with the huge number of people that's telling it here that they do trust it and it's very convenient to use.

I'll start considering of using this wallet because of you have compared it to coinomi which one of the known multicurrency wallet.
Yes trust wallet is a very trusted wallet and also it's from binance exchange team themselves, it offers some features that are not available on coinomi wallet like Dapps and staking abilities
I didn't know that it's also from the Binance team who made them so basically it's a very reliable one if the developers came from that company.

As the reviews by others here are good enough to try it.

Before I was hesitant to try it but now, there's no reason anymore not to try it.

4770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin declined 3% as the coronavirus spread in italy on: February 25, 2020, 11:34:12 AM
Let us not think that when there are crisis like this, there's always an attachment to the bitcoin market. And if I remember it last time, when the possible triggering of US and Iran war.

The price of bitcoin pushes up.

Which made everyone thought that there's also a connection to it.
4771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren buffett strikes again 😂 on: February 24, 2020, 04:46:21 PM
This is the typical Warren Buffett that we know and he can tell whatever he wants about bitcoin whether it's real that he have it or not. To his point of view, his words are the right one and he's the most successful investor in the world.

And that's what matters for him. I guess we can always expect him to be like this unless there's a sudden turn of tides and there's something that he's cooking that he will not say it this too soon.
4772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good use for Laptops? on: February 24, 2020, 03:55:36 PM
Whether there is, running some sort of mining through laptop with a different consensus won't help you that much. You will just waste the laptop you will use from that experiment because the chance of breaking its durability is high, you are just lessening it's life span as well.

And for mentioning cloud mining, just avoid any of it. As for staking, there are staking coins like Tezos, NEO which doesn't require you a specific specification of a laptop or desktop because it only requires you a wallet to store those coins.

Proof of stake doesn't imply a laptop (see OP questions). You can just stake your coins with an online wallet, example, Waves or Calisto, no real need of a laptop.
Yes, it was actually what I have said. And I'll bold those parts that I've mentioned and understood that staking doesn't really require a laptop or desktop because it's a piece of software(wallet) to install.

4773  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto eSports betting on: February 24, 2020, 02:59:27 PM
When new players are looking to place a bet on eSpors games, players and tournaments, is it more like sports where you better read some history, make predictions, calculate the odds, see the players starts ans so..... or better like gambling where you just place the bet more like slots and wait for the winning shot ?

Also, can you rate tree top games to place a bet, as there are so many. I believe CG:GO. DOTA2 and League of Legends suppose to the be the top ones in terms of interest and games played, but are these the best ones to place a bet ?
Yes, those three are the calibers of esports. But another one that's popular is Fortnight but I think there's a very few people that bet on it or also the factor of the casino that lists the games of it is actually few.

One game that's also rising is Call of Duty, the newer version and I think these other games will have hard time to beat the three esports caliber games.

I have no idea with the other wallets that you mentioned but if MEW isn't working on your mobile phone, use your phones browser for MEW but still be cautious about the possible fake MEWs that are existing on the web.

It's not advisable to use an unknown wallet so you should stick and try using MEW despite you have difficulty using it on your mobile. Don't you have desktop or laptop?
4777  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Coronavirus: How can YOU help? on: February 24, 2020, 09:49:21 AM
panic.

Cool
Legit, panic is contributing more than the CV in my place and this is serious that can affect other people in other places. The ones that are panicking and the ones that has the symptoms.

And what I did was replied/commented to those people that were in serious panic that they have to calm down, with my observation I guess it helped them a bit and they remained calm but with precaution of avoiding crowded places.
4778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sometimes hunters are to be blame on: February 22, 2020, 12:19:48 PM
It's a shame asking a bounty Hunter about a project he is promoting and can't say why he choose the project, some bounty hunters are still promoting projects blindly, they don't do research, mainly when a bounty campaign offers 1 million tokens they think it's huge money whereas the total value is around 3000$ for all campaigns 🤪 and after getting paid complains takes place, who is at fault here?
That's mostly the reason why they chose to promote a bounty. The choice that they did research might be the 2nd reason.

But don't call the majority to be like that because there are still bounty hunters that knows what they do and still cover their choice with research.
4779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not FOMO on newly listed altcoins on Binance on: February 22, 2020, 11:21:58 AM
You can take the advantage of this scenario but you need to be quick and never lose your sight with your trades. But if you think that you can't do that, avoid it those newly listed coins even in Binance.

This FOMO is everywhere.

Even with news and other stuffs, people tend to FOMO because of bad and good news.
Couldn't agree more. Perhaps, some people out there took the advantage of such news quickly though. But may be majority didn't get the chance as dump happened so quickly. So, I totally agree to this man, if you can't handle quick stuff like this you better get out of the scene it might be bad for you. Reminds me of my friend, boasting around telling that he had bought some good coin, and when we checked out, it turns out to be the opposite of what we especially he expect.
I had a laugh with the last part about your friend. Though it's funny but this is the reality that many do buy random coins they think will moon soon. I have the same on my mind too and I was brought with the crowd when I've heard their opinions.

But I have proved to myself that bitcoin will always be the best choice no matter how promising these new coins are. And Binance doesn't guarantee profit whether it will list some new good or bad coins depending on their standards.
4780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters respect yourself, please! on: February 22, 2020, 10:39:36 AM
There's a low demand for paying campaigns so they wouldn't joining those. They'll take the risk and instead of doing nothing, it's their time and effort that will be used so it's them that shall choose the bounty that they want.

If they find it legit and even the allocation is low, they won't mind it. As long as they'll get the expected stake by the end of the bounty, that's all they think and what's important to most. They have various experiences from high budget promising campaigns but no good to low budget but paying bounties and up to low paying and no good bounty, so it's their choice.
