I think there are legal precedents to be set here which will affect how so-called stable coins are impacting crypto space and the privacy of those using them including USD Coin. I think this issue deserves more attention.

There is still a chance the fight will happen before October 2021 because if Fury manages to get through self-isolation but keep fight training by himself (or within his bubble if local government rules permit it) then it might be possible. What happens with arranging a venue and selling any spectator tickets if they are allows in to the stadium will be a different issue to tackle.

The Guardian UK: Circle, the company behind digital currency USD Coin, is to float in the US in a $4.5bn (£3.27bn) merger deal with a company chaired by former Barclays chief executive Bob Diamond.

Circle, the owner of USD Coin says its blockchain shows over $785 billion worth of trade. Bob Diamond is an ex-Chief Executive of Barclays Bank UK and now Chairman of Concord Acquisition Corp. Barclays part-funded Circle before it launched back in 2016 when Diamond was Chief Executive at the bank but that was then and this is now.

Does this acquisition make financial sense? Is the timing correct for this type of deal to go through especially after the US Internal Revenue Service served summons to Circle asking for information on US tax payers that traded at least $20,000 per year between 2016 and 2020.

Anyway the games today have ended. Barty will meet Pliskova in the women Wimbledon final on Saturday, it is a first Wimbledon final for these women. I think it is obvious on paper without a doubt Barty is favourite to win but Pliskova will put up a good fight:

Pliskova beat Sabalenka: 5-7 6-4 6-4

It was very sad to see Federer play like that. It seemed like Federer might have been carrying an injury, it is highly unlikely he lost that match because age caught up with him. Everything went well for Hurkacz in that match it really did but he played at 100% of his capacity whereas it looked like Federer played at 55-65% of his capacity - he just did not look comfortable out there. I think he will go to the US Open and probably get to the quarter-finals again at the very least, anything more would be a fantastic run.

The happiest person in SW19 right now after Hurkacz has to be Djokovic because he did not want to meet Federer in the final but Hurkacz, Shapovalov and Berrettini did not get to the semi-finals to give it up easily. Even if Djokovic beats Shapovalov he will still need to get past Hurkacz or Berrettini.

I think the final will be between Djokovic and Berrettini. I think Berrettini will cause a major upset and win Wimbledon 2021
