 I know that there is no point in talking about these two teams and yes they are below the Standings of the Bundesliga League but Mainz was a formidable team back on 2008-2009 Bundesliga and become 2nd in the standings back and in 6th Position on 2015-2016 what I am saying is Mainz FC is a good team but right now they are not in their good shape because of the even formidable Bayern, I know Mainz can beat Gladbach but with a lot of struggle but again they can surely do that, Well, all I want to say is back then Mainz FC was my favorite team until Bayern turn the tables around and I want them to surely come back in a lot of ways they can possibly do, and yet Schalke can be an easy win for them in my opinion. I think it is another good chance for Mainz to get a win. Schalke have been so terrible that they were literally demolished in the last two games. I don't expect them to be very focused on this game. Mainz have a nice form recently and I think they will manage to defeat Schalke away. |

Finally! Man City!!!
Gabriel Jesus to the rescue, I was beginning to assume Man City's winning streak will eventually be halted tonight due Wolves's resilience despite City's complete dominance, but It seems the streak is going to continue, there are about just 5 minutes plus stoppage time left to play for.
It was totally a well-deserved win for City. They were very dominant and Wolves didn't get many goal chances. They luckily scored a goal and hoped for City not to get ahead again. But City scored 3 goals in the last minutes which was really nice to watch.  I liked G. Jesus' performance very much. He scored 2 goals in this match. |

I look forward to watching the both games of Manchester Utd-Milan draw in the 1/8-finals. I think that it could be so much different if this draw would be in the Champions League now. But still, I think we will see very competitive games. In the first game, I think Manchester Utd will be the victor.

The rematch of Sevilla-Dortmund draw will be very interesting I believe. Dortmund managed to defeat them with a very nice 3-2 score away. They really have a huge advantage in Signal Iduna Park. I don't think Sevilla will give up that easy but I think Dortmund will most likely be able to eliminate them in the end. I'm thinking of betting on 'both teams to score'.

It seems that the atmosphere in PSG is no longer good and that the first problems appear among the players, which could affect their future results. Bad news continues to come for Barcelona. I really wonder what kind of a Barcelona we will see in the next season. They are doing whatever they can to be the champions in the La Liga this season and maybe they will succeed in it also. But I think Barcelona are under a big danger for the next season unless they somehow find a way out of these crises. They can really have a much worse season than now. |

Liverpool are finally winning a game in the EPL after 4-game losing streak. They are defeating a weak opponent Sheffield but it will still help boost their morale before the next matches I think. After Chelsea-Manchester Utd ended 0-0, they will also decrease the point difference with Chelsea to 1.
So now Liverpool is ready to compete with the top 4 teams Liverpool, Chelsea and West Ham will be hunting for points to stay safe in the UEFA zone Unfortunately Tottenham and Arsenal cannot compete yet, of course it will be very interesting to see these strong teams compete with each other. But looking at Liverpool’s poor form overall lately and how the next 5 matches out of 6 are somewhat tough, it’s gonna be sketchy... And I’ve been saying this, player fatigue is a thing. Esp how Klopp’s squads play. Most of his squad has been with him since he got there. I think LFC should be active during the summer transfer window to sell some players and get new faces in to freshen up the squad. To be honest, I'm also not very hyped about Liverpool for the next matches. Considering Sheffield are the worst team in the league, it wasn't surprising for me that Liverpool defeated them. They are gonna play vs Chelsea home in their next match. I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea win it. Liverpool are even under the threat of not qualifying for any tournaments with their recent performance. They are still not eliminated from the CL but I don't think that they will even get to the final. |

I still believe that this Ronald Koeman's Barcelona team can still go ahead to top and win the league. Their performance with Sevilla although not the best we have seen from them, was really impressive.
I was expecting Sevilla not to lose against Barcelona and we got a result that was really surprising for me. Barcelona managed to defeat even this Sevilla away which have been great in the La Liga recently. Barcelona are trying their best to win the league title. As long as they maintain their awesome effort, they can manage to do it. |

Champions League could play out as an important factor here because if Juventus will be eliminated by Porto then only Scudetto could save this season. They tiny chances to be able to fight for the title until May but current team conditions are very bad. And, I repeat, Pirlo is not the right coach for this Juve. It was really another important loss of points for Juventus against Verona. They have got too many draws so far in the league which affects them very badly in the table. Inter have an easy match against Genoa today and I think they will be the winner again. It is doubtful for Milan as they have a very hard away match against Roma. To be honest, Juventus don't seem to be able to catch the leader, Inter. It is also doubtful for them in the Champions League. They didn't have a solid performance against Porto and lost the first game after all. Even if they eliminate Porto, I can't see them even in the final. |

City continues to win and this shows that this season the Premier League already has a winner and the winner of this season of the Premier League is called: Manchester City
West Ham tried their best but still Manchester City managed to be victorious. They have been literally unstoppable for many weeks. If Manchester Utd lose points today against Chelsea, City will be one more step closer to the championship. Leicester have the same points with Manchester Utd so the result they will get also will be important. But I see City already as the champions. |

Leipzig really managed to turn that match and a 0-2 lead of gladbach around. I already regret that i didn't watch that game.  It really seems a match that was worth watching. After Gladbach brought the score to 0-2, I thought Leipzig were really going to lose this match and the point difference between them and Bayern were going to go up to 5 again. But in the second half, there were a totally different Leipzig and turned the game around perfectly. Gladbach didn't even have a shot in the second half. |

It was another solid performance from Luka Doncic last night vs Celtics. 6/8 3-point accuracy for him which shows he was in fine feather. He had 31 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. I wish he made a triple-double also but it was still a great performance. |

@Red Pie De Gea is indeed a good goal keeper but lately he’s been absolutely poor, and due to that Manchester United have dropped many points, hence I do expect him to be sold at the end of the season.
I wonder where De Gea will go if he leaves Manchester Utd this summer. Back in the days, Real Madrid were interested in him but now they have Courtois. It wouldn't be logical to have two great goalkeepers at the same time. I hope that we can continue to see him at a big club if he leaves. Every player gets through bad times but it doesn't make them a too bad player at once. |

Brentford needs the win tonight in order to keep fighting for securing the second position at least to qualify for the Premiership next season.I think they are going to win because they are playing at home and against a team which is in the last positions in the table.However so would have done Reading yesterday night against the very last place and they lost the game so anything can happen.
I don't know what happened to Brentford suddenly. They lost their last three games in the league. They are in the risk of going down from the top 2. They have the same points with Watford now. Of course it is football and everything can happen. But I think that Brentford will defeat Sheffield Wed in this easy match and gather strength again. |

Atlético is looking very fatigued lately and losing while playing home with Chelsea was not that unexpected. Tuchel's Chelsea confirms to have another grip these days and I expect them to be able to reach the final this way.
Lazio Bayern Munich, on the other hand, showed that Bayern can be merciful form time to time as they could well scored another 4 goals. They decided not to beat the dead horse.
I think it is still very early to say that Chelsea will make it to the final. There are very strong clubs like City, Bayern, PSG etc. . If Chelsea manage to eliminate Atletico which seems quite possible, much harder teams will be waiting for them in the next round. But as long as they play like this, their chance of continuing in this tournament will be higher of course. |

Barcelona should have an easy win tonight against Elche and probably would be an over 2.5 goals and both teams to score game.Barcelona really needs to step up their game as they are not in their best form.Paris beat them heavily while they were not able to win against Cadiz,it is time for them to get back fighting to tonight.
They definitely need to pull themselves together otherwise they will lose their chance on the La Liga championship completely. Elche are a very easy opponent for them and I think we could see a similar result to the Alaves game which ended 5-1. |

Leeds United 0 - 0 Southampton
Both teams clash tonight in a mid table battle in the premier league; A win for Leeds takes them to the 10th position, above Arsenal; while a Southampton would be level on point with Arsenal also on the 10th position. Both teams struggling and i think both team score would be a good bet.
I bet on Under 3.5 and it looks like it will win because so far approaching the final minutes of the match Leeds are able to increase the goal to 2-0, previously I hoped Southampton could score a goal to draw 1-1 but that is no longer possible. Southampton is very chaotic having lost its last 6 matches in the EPL and being a 7 losing streak now, Southampton should be able to match Leeds because I think their Head to Head is a draw. It was actually a close game but Leeds destroyed Southampton 3-0. Both teams actually weren't in a good condition in the table but Leeds were outweighing Southampton a little in this match I think. Southampton haven't been getting any win for 8 matches. They actually started the league very good at first but things have gone very bad for them in time. |
