4781  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Too strong KYC on: November 21, 2020, 08:14:55 PM
Know your customer popularly known as KYC has never been a bad thing in business besides, who wouldn't love to know his or her customers in order to serve them better. KYC is put in place to ensure only authorised persons performs certain transactions on a platform which is very much of a good thing but then, it's of no doubt that that which is meant to serve for the greater good can be used to commit the most evil too as, you know not whom is handling this details, for which purpose it might be harnessed and used and by whom as it might not necessarily be on the same platform.

Why we are busy being known individually by our service providers through KYC,
Do we know our service providers, the guy at the order end? Or should I say, we should have a Know Your Handler (KYH)! This is just me and I didn't get that from anywhere if I may.
4782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: November 21, 2020, 12:36:04 AM
I really don't want to believe some gamblers view gambling as a career or a way to make a living with the level of uncertainties gambling comes with. There is virtually no way to justify the odds or what you tend to make out of a bet until it's all played out and as such, your assurance is as much as zero which is rather a hard way to live by as disappointments is always at the corner.
Viewing gambling as a third option after the first and second fails is just the best way to keep up.
4783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 21, 2020, 12:22:52 AM
No wonder people complain of fixed matches a lot and with covid-19 resurgence or second wave, it seems fixing games is going to be on another level with the manipulation of these statistics but then, the players who confines with it stands a lot to loose as there careers is with held with an isolation story, keeping them away from the pitch and the club as well, which stands to earn more from better positions in the Seria A which is much more better than been relegated to Seria B.
4784  Other / Meta / Re: Stop deleting something you don't like on: November 21, 2020, 12:04:35 AM

you pajeet need to read CAREFUL the rules on the section -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1785577.0
GO AHEAD AND PROOVE I am selling hacked/stolen or illegal obtained accounts.
I can't wait, let me grab my popcorn
Clearly, you care so little about values and you have a rather unpleasant way to attract attention to yourself @OP. Your full of hateful words that I wonder what's got you this much nerve but then, your business here is way out of the forum and as such, you see the forum as a means to target at a prey rather than a way to something lasting.
You selling your account isn't a crime but then, the account isn't really safe on the part of the third party and yourself as, you both have contacts with the account and it could be used for evil by either parties which would be very undesirable.
4785  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Volatility determined by percentage of traders vs hodlers? on: November 20, 2020, 11:48:00 PM
Volatility is measured by active traders trading the market at a particular period in contrast to hoarders who will hold the coin for a long period of time. The both are important to ensure bitcoin have a controlled price through demand and supply but then, volatility isn't based on the hoarders but rather on the active traders.
Today, we have lots of hoarders in contrast to traders due to the technicality involved in trading but they all play together to make the system a success.
4786  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: OcTradism Initiatives on: November 20, 2020, 05:26:14 PM
This is by far one of the most useful topic on the beginners and help board and I have referred it in my posts a couple of times to emphasize on it a bit but then, it's really encouraging to have compilations that really helps such as these (Done by OcTradism). The technic in compiling these topics are relatively not difficult but time consuming and seeing the result only tells how much OP puts in his whole to effect the forum in the best possible way and this is what coming up users of the forum must do. To put ourselves in a write up to make it come alive to the forum and make the most impact.
4787  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Find your managers on: November 20, 2020, 05:17:07 PM
Seeing Hhampuz and Yahoo62278 occupying the 1st and 2nd spot simply means you did your homework quite well as these two has taken the managerial job to the next phase that can only be contended with by just a few and there activeness and accuracy is by far commendable.
Other managers are surely doing there best too like, Cryptoprenuerbainboss currently managing the 777coin campaign and i can say, I wasn't disappointed for working a month with them, they delivered as promised but,
What is there to know about managing a campaign as a soon to be manager?
4788  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be hitting to $35000 soon - Buy it today!! on: November 20, 2020, 05:02:38 PM
No doubt that it would @OP as regards the topic but not this year 2020, that's a budget for next year 2021 which isn't far behind so, it seems pretty much like the same thing. This is what the pandemic has brought to the people, other sources of investments and earning money from the comfort of your home which includes bitcoin. It not obvious the market is booming of resent despite the second wave of the pandemic and new highs are very much possible with this kind of growth.
4789  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Extreme greed on the market on: November 20, 2020, 04:48:11 PM
I am one of those who rarely use the fear and greed index when trading, maybe I feel that I don't fit with the strategy I use.
I mostly use volume indicators and RSI in trading, the more reliable and accurate I think. But that doesn't mean the fear and
greed index is bad, but using the fear and greed index only makes me panic if there is a bullish market.
I don't know about these features and never used them
I'm seeing this just now and it's got me wondering if there exists such a feature on any trading platform because, I'm yet to see it or maybe don't know the feature yet. I naturally thought, the fear and greed thing is your natural emotions of a trade you placed and not some algorithmic possible calculation of some sort.
What would be the bases for this calculation because if I may enquire?
Like the RSI (Relative Strength Index) it uses the number of buyers to sellers in the market at a particular period to determine strength on one side but then, what would be the bases for fear and greed index as an indicator should it exist?
4790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I study to learn how to trade? on: November 20, 2020, 04:34:06 PM
On what you should study about trading @OP, I'll say, everything. It seems ambiguous right?
Yes and it should be. Trading is new everyday and so, you need to learn everything you can find. Materials on the net, YouTube tutorial videos, books on trading and from people's personal experience. Lucky enough for you, there is a lot over the web that you need only search. I'll advise you concern yourself with, learning the concepts like,

What is trading ?
Who trades or moves the market ?
Market structure ?
Candle stick patterns ?
What affects the market ?
Best session to trade the market
Risk management

Etc.

Most of all, demo trade and discover a unique trading pattern that suits you.
4791  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2017 - 2020. Better price not yet to come. Be careful on: November 20, 2020, 04:24:46 PM
I never imagined bitcoin reaching this price of 18k+ by now, talk more of the end of the year. In fact, in my interview at the reputation section, I had predicted a 15k price closure for the year but what is happening now beats all that and it doesn't seem like it's going to be rejected too far below 18k should it stop appreciating in price. So, it's right to say the best price is yet to come as it's by far beating all expectations and only more highs can be expected especially before this month of November runs out. A lot of hoarders are very much smiling right now.
4792  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who actually moves the price of bitcoin? on: November 20, 2020, 04:17:13 PM
Surely, you and I supposing your a trader does have little impact on the market but then, the main market movers are the whales and institutions that trades this market. Mind you, the market are the same everywhere, not minding the platform being traded upon, there might be little alterations in the chart movement based on volatility but it's almost the same thing.

I say whales and institutions move the market pretty much base on the amount they invest in the market which gives them the power to determine the direction the market would take and then we that trade alongside them tends to benefit from these moves. If that be the case, it could be only right to say whales and institutions are the major market determinant.
4793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Addictive...Pay Attention to your Gambling Habit!!! on: November 19, 2020, 10:45:14 PM
Habits are hard to remove since those are the things that you are accustomed to and you can get therapy since professional help is really helpful to remove addictions.
Do people really do this, getting therapy for gambling habits?
Well, anything that works to ease or stop addiction is okay. Gambling isn't a bad thing but, getting addicted to it is and it as well goes for other things as concerns addiction. You don't allow yourself to be so drawn or always drawn to a particular thing, you become a slave to it and you really should get help as, it not only saves you of your finances, it saves your life from taking drastic decisions which is likely to be irrevocable.
4794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 19, 2020, 10:37:24 PM
ruling with iron fists of course.
Ruling with iron fist you say, now the question comes;
Is it a good thing restricting people's freedom? Freedom is supposed to be limited when it affects the next person if not, what the people wants it's what they must get. I get it that they want a healthy labour force but, not allowing true freedom kills motivation to work.

Using cryptocurrency through gambling to transfer huge funds is just one of the benefits of the blockchain system and cryptocurrency but then, even without the advent of this means, fiat has been transferred and continues to be transferred up till date without been accounted for. Let's not make cryptos seem to be warring the black hat always.
4795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any insurance service for gamblers to retain heavy losses....??? on: November 19, 2020, 10:07:41 PM
Having an insurance scheme sounds so much like a good idea but I doubt it could ever be implemented. Not very many persons are proud of betting and the few huge bettors care very little about the state of their finance and most times they make these bets, they always have the mindset of the fact that, like the bets between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. It's obvious a lot of persons expected to Trump to emerge victorious and that's where most of the bets went but, at the end, we all saw what happened. So, having this sort of mindset is going to make this insurance thing unrealistic.
4796  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am Beginner!! Any Book for Bitcoin Guide? on: November 18, 2020, 11:01:12 PM
I haven't really read any book myself on Bitcoin and cryptos but I know, the forum has some of the best guides summarize in an article that you can fine. Take your time and go through as much as you can afford to daily and your knowledge on the later is sure to improve.
4797  Other / Meta / Re: Deleted topic for no reason on: November 18, 2020, 03:19:47 AM
Since you were running a store that sells accounts for services that require KYC, there is only a small number of ways you could've acquired said accounts. You:

1. Hacked them.
2. Passed KYC with stolen documents.
3. Passed KYC with fake (counterfeit) or modified expired documents.
4. Passed KYC with documents bought from their owners.

All 4 methods are widely illegal. And as per the "Hacked invites/accounts are not allowed" stickied "Invites & Accounts" topic:

You are only allowed to sell accounts/invites that you legally obtained yourself or through legitimate trades. If you did anything illegal in order to obtain an item, then you can't trade it on bitcointalk.org. Anyone found breaking this rule will be banned.
Accounts on sites that require KYC such as bank accounts, PayPal, etc. are assumed to be hacked unless you explain why they're not hacked.
Definitely true all that is contained here because, one can not truly give off an account that bares their individual details or it's tied to them to a third party for which ever use the third party hopes to do with this account. For this reason, the best way to stay clear of any menace committed with this account is to have acquired account through the means as at above and as such, your legally obliterated from the crimes that comes with it because, most of this bought accounts are targeted at criming or accessing services for which is supposed to be legally denied.
For these reasons, majors are put in place before sales of this form is allowed on the forum. Threads or posts aren't just deleted for the fun of it, it doesn't make sense.
4798  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small assets, trade or invest? Good decision? on: November 17, 2020, 10:03:05 PM
I have seen many gambling in trading, some do well and win, but that luck runs out and they lose everything in the end.
That's the thing, trading isn't gambling! Why is that, this is because, trading comes with definite signals that if understood or read correctly, one can predict where the direction of the trade is to be headed in the next set of pips and this is what gambling doesn't offer. So, when you gamble over a trade, your bound to pick a few bets that would drive you to where you would have hoped not to be.

For OP, there is nothing wrong with going long and safe. It's always about finding what suits you or puts your mind at ease. If going long and safe does that, then your good but then, it is the risk taking that becomes more rewarding. I'm sure you realize that but, if you are actually not riding but sinking into the risk due to no proper experience, then you should learn the trade of move to a more substitute strategy as you have adopted to benefit from Cryptos.
4799  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hate mail from spammers and other forum abusers on: November 17, 2020, 09:33:07 PM
I wonder if their keyboard look like this

I'm sure they obviously do. It's a major correction of the limitations of the hardware for them and for them it helps but yet, the system and it's rules suppasses all. I don't know what is wrong with some users that they don't tend to understand the integrity that comes with accepting one's fault than trying to justifying why what and what is being committed as if, the means or the why makes it right.
Worst still, some of them go about abusing someone over the web because, they've just got this in invisibility behind there keyboard and as such, there timid and depressed nature is surpressed. I'm just sure what is worth them would be dished out to them in dose that they never expect but still gets.
Good job keeping the forum's decency @OP, I applaud you.
4800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 4% return - compounded DAILY on: November 16, 2020, 10:39:06 PM
Is this a serious thing?  freebitco.in/ - scroll down 1/2 way of page.  EARN INTEREST ON YOUR DEPOSITS section.

Just curious, didnt see anyone mention, but 4% daily compounded interest is kind of exciting if it is legit.....any one any info?

Its not 4% daily but 4% anually ( every year ) but you will get your interest daily. It breaks down to around 0.011% everyday and if you keep on compunding it, it will hit around 4% anually. Not a sweet deal but if you got something to put in then its all good but I wouldnt really recommend to put in big amount just for the sake of getting 4% anually

They even put it up on their website about this

Please lock down this thread once you find satisfied answer to that
You see, that's the problem with legit stuff, it offers you what is in itself real and can be archived but it's value always makes you feel cheated and that's it. It's always a matter of, can you go through with it? Would you rather invest instead of patience? Does the interest rate seems enough reward for you?
But then, when you get to a scam site promising a high ROI, you get scared and skeptical which is the best thing to do so for me, it all goes down to you finding a way that you can be in control of your activities. If you can resolve that, then your good to go.
