4781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: June 04, 2020, 10:25:05 AM
Bounty is now on average from newly launched projects while those who run this project need funds so they raise funds by selling ICO or IEO on the stock exchange even most of them are low exchanges because the high stock cannot afford it.
Then we, as bounty hunters, will not be able to get stable fees like the coins mentioned. OP projects will look disadvantaged with these payments because they are not necessarily themselves good tokens on the market.
But on the other hand only serious projects can afford hunters with their work worth.
4782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be invested in Crypto while staying away from gambling? on: June 04, 2020, 09:33:19 AM
~~~
The problem is that gamblers are not patient persons in general otherwise they would not gamble in the first place and hang on to what finance they had.So to tell a gambler to not tangle the balances is something very difficult to do.If the gambler losses the balance allocated to gambling and he knows he has the other balance in the casino bankroll I am sure he will start to use it too to gamble which may result in losing everything.In the invest scenario you either invest it all in the casino bankroll and wait or if you plan to also gamble it is a wise idea to not invest at all.
It is difficult to allocate percentages in gambling because gambling will always be a major problem when losing a bet and therefore investing in crypto will be hampered if you are still addicted to gambling because it will take funds from the investment allocation for gambling even though it is once but it will be addictive again for the next.
One way is to avoid gambling when you want to be serious about investing in crypto. If you still know about gambling, if you try to play again, this will be difficult to stop, even it will become a problem in your finances.
4785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 02, 2020, 01:18:37 PM
Bundesliga was resumed firstly, then we have good news and final schedules for La Liga, then Serie A. All things have jumped into a new normality for football in the Europe. At least, people have tried to finish the season if there are chances to do so. The only big league has not yet finally been scheduled to resume is Premier League. With all good news from three major leagues, I highly expect to see the official confirmation on Premier League's resume next one or 2 weeks.
I think the premier league will continue this month following the three major leagues that were scheduled before this June, but news is always in the media that the premier league will be held on the 17th of June with a statement like that might happen. because this is something that can be done in England because other Europeans have also done this during the pandemic.
But we will see a decision within the next week maybe an official announcement will be published.
4787  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam (DAM) Datamine on: June 01, 2020, 03:48:56 PM
In the past anonymous projects can still be trusted because they always achieve success even though the end of the anonymous project is still due to lack of support, but at this time there are still unclear projects that should be suspect because there is no clear information about the purpose of the project so we it's hard to get info about them.
Projects that have teams also continue to commit fraud, let alone anonymous projects like this, so we must be vigilant even though they provide huge rewards.
What I'm afraid of is that they are looking for beginners who don't know anything about their traps.
4788  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Halvings impact on Bitcoins price on: May 31, 2020, 11:08:15 PM
How do you think Bitcoins price will be impacted by the Halving in 2020?
Halving is over and Bitcoin has not changed at this time, in terms of price, but from year to year after halving occurs it has a very positive impact on the price of bitcoin, for example, 2017 has passed.
I'm sure everything needs a process to achieve success and peak, for now bitcoin is only halfway left, so, the habit if something is needed is increasingly scarce, the price will skyrocket, it might happen to Bitcoin and other cryptos, just the time might not be right yet.
In essence, Bitcoin can be said to include futures investment assets, however, if you believe that Bitcoin has a positive impact in the future continue to invest.
In view of history, halving has indeed given positive results in the near future, with prices continuing to soar, but this time bitcoin is still held below $10k from before halving happened and now it's gone.
It is true that bitcoin is investing in futures, but I am also here as a bitcoin holder and will continue to invest for the future and we will likely see the real price.
Although now it's hard to redeem 10k but I'm sure it can be easily past when the bullish comes.
4789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 31, 2020, 10:55:11 PM
And now Milan and Inter are complaining because the will play more games on 1st week than their direct opponents.
Inter is complaining because they will play the Coppa Italia on 14th June while Lazio will have 7 more days of rests.
The date are not confirmed yet and can be changed.
Of course Milan and Inter will definitely complain if you have a lot of matches because it can affect the players if viewed from other teams such as what you say is Lazio resting 7 days then this is not fair for Inter and Milan.
But I also haven't seen the Serie A match that will start, but I think it will go well because time is speeding up so the match must be over quickly.
4790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the trusted stablecoins to save money long-term? on: May 30, 2020, 09:54:34 AM
I don't think there is one stable coin that you can trust long term. All of them can collapse anytime as they are centralized. Once the owners or one of the owners decides to leave and sell off his share, it will incur huge change for that stable coin and might not recover. Also, we don't know the absolute truth about their claims of being backed by certain fiat money. What is the assurance that they are indeed saying the truth about their reserves, even USDT admitted at one time that they were not fully backed by US$?
Indeed stable coins in cryptocurrency are centralized so when the team dies it will all just collapse, but I see this will not happen what you say even though these stable coins are not supported by banknotes or USD then it will remain more stable at the same thing its in dollars.
I think in an era like this going digital, stable coins will be more interested in cryptocurrency.
4791  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: May 30, 2020, 08:58:30 AM
Some countries and some companies will survive but most of the countries will have a recession, these countries are those coming from third world countries and those with very high numbers of infected.
After the corona ends, the form of the economy cannot be ascertained considering the predicted end of a pandemic. Because after all the pandemic is a burden on the state budget. Therefore many countries have begun to reopen their economies even though the corona pandemic fire has not yet ended. The longer the lockdown, the longer the market is closed, and the longer the activity ban is imposed, the passion and ability to consume will decrease. even though in the midst of the global supply chain breaking up, domestic consumption is the only mainstay of the government to turn the economy.
Because it also takes a long time to restore the country's economy back to recovery and I think the corona virus will not end in the near future so this burden will be borne by the state for a long time, yes of course it will use up the budget because the needs must be met for the community due to activities in limit even the lockdown is still valid then this will complicate the regional economy.
Everyone knows that many of these conditions are experienced, so we have to raise the economy we must look at other people or government policies.
4792  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [PHISHING][SCAM]Stellar airdrop by Bitcointalk Center on: May 29, 2020, 11:37:58 PM
Ops this also happened with me too a few days ago. I have also made a thread in Beginners & Help to warn the newbies. for me, the email comes from bittrex_n @ yahoo.com this mail.
Since they asked bitcointalk username in google form, that means it is sure that someone collected a huge amount of emails from this forum and frequently sending them emails.
Code:
news.upbit@yahoo.com
The originating email looks different but I'm sure this is still a plot in the scamer to send spam messages throughout the emails that have been sent.
Can we prevent or filter out spam emails like this from entering the main city? annoying every time there is a notification like this spam email.
4793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 29, 2020, 11:26:57 PM
Liverpool won the league at 1990 last time, that is 30 years not 20 years. That is a looooong wait. They have come close few times as well but still managed to fail. Last year was closest I suppose, couple balls off the bars going in and you got yourself a championship. With champions league as well that would have been perfect for them to win it together.
~snip~
Liverpool became a team capable of showing consistent performance in English Premier League competitions throughout the 2019/20 season.  Jurgen Klopp's team are top of the standings, with a 25-point advantage over second-placed Manchester City.  The Reds only need two wins to ensure the success of getting the first English Premier League title in the club's history
It takes 2 more matches meaning Liverpool will win the English league season 19/20 but I am sure all of it can be overcome by breaking the record with the previous game which only lost one time in one season.
The Klopp team will definitely win the EPL with lots of surprises where the players are consistent and solid in every game.
As a fan of course you will look forward to winning the trophy for Liverpool at the end of the league.
4794  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [PHISHING][SCAM]Stellar airdrop by Bitcointalk Center on: May 29, 2020, 03:18:37 PM
I also just received a Stellar airdrop email just like your catch but this one only differs at the end of the website's name.
I do not understand that they continue to send spam emails to many people to get victims so they can install those that have been infiltrated by a trojan / Malware virus.
I hope there are no victims by their deception with the lure of airdrop XLM.
4795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in cryptocurrency but which altcoins is good for long term holding? on: May 29, 2020, 03:05:05 PM
I don't suggest holding altcoins for the long-term at all. If anything, altcoins for me are just great short-mid term trading opportunities. It's easy to assume that most altcoins will be obsolete sometime in the future though.
Especially the ones on your list, probably only Monero in my opinion has the chance of surviving in the future(but it doesn't automatically make it a good investment), assuming that Bitcoin's privacy doesn't get that much better. The rest? Total crap. I'm actually really interested in why you actually chose those six.
Well what you said is true that altcoin is better utilized in a short time to trade if it has an increase or potential either, I don't really expect full what they say like the altcoin season I think it will never be there again after seeing circumstances like this because the market has changed and investors no longer trust altcoin as a long-term investment.
Bitcoin is only one of the best coins if you have the intention to hold it for even longer.
4796  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitforex is Scam! on: May 28, 2020, 11:38:22 AM
Maybe you are experiencing some problems on Bitforex there may also be an error so they freeze your own account.
I have used the Bitforex exchange several times but there are no problems at all even the funds have not been held. The bitforex account has not passed KYC but it is still safe to make withdrawals until now.
Maybe only a few experience this, but for me Bitforex is still safe.
4797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 28, 2020, 11:16:30 AM
The next 7 days will be very important for Bremen. First they play against to Schalke and afterwards on Wednesday they will play at home against Frankfurt. I'm looking forward for the match on Wednesday. That will be a very important game for both teams.
Bremen is still in an insecure position or in the relegation zone. I think it is difficult for Bremen to move up to the next table because the points are quite different, especially this week when it will face Schalke for me it will also be difficult to win this match.
I think this match is not interesting even though Bremen will continue to try to win it.
Bremen vs Frankfurt I also prefer Frankfurt over Bremen.
4798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: May 27, 2020, 01:40:18 AM
Many people, gamblers included, usually think of borrowing money to be used for other things like setting up a small business or pay your kids education fees and all the other things one can do with money. But never to be used for gambling. Even if you think very high of yourself and you think you can actually do be able to get back the money then that is not good. You can use a small amount and make that big instead of using the whole loaned money and then lose. That is unethical.
If borrowing is only for my needs I think it's natural because it is important for them to finance their daily lives, but borrowing for gambling I think we have to think again even though we have good skills in gambling still the chance to lose in gambling 80% then therefore gambling cannot be guaranteed that it will return money quickly.
We must understand that gambling is not an easy thing to get profit so they borrow for it.
It's very difficult to say that gambling becomes greedy.
4799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of social media channels on: May 27, 2020, 01:01:00 AM
Right. Using all communication channels and information sources is very useful. The more comprehensive you study the coin or project you want to join, the better it will be for you.
It's very important that you will be keep updated on the bounty campaign that you participated so that you will never miss a single information that might cause of not getting your tokens at the end of the campaign. The more you respond in every social media channel, the higher chances that you will be at ease with the project you have joined like having KYC that should be informed at the start of the campaign.
Social media is very important where many people are now using social media on a daily basis, especially in a bounty campaign with ongoing promotions on social media. Many people will be familiar with the project and information about other campaigns, all must be on social media because of that is one of the most important information.
But now the faster information is on the telegram channel where the admin often gives the right info before going to social media.
